Abstract

This activity is a collaboration between the community service team of the University of Indraprasta Graduate School (Unindra) and the Centre for the Development of Educational Competence, Education and Research (P2KPTK2) in West Jakarta. Pkm activities were carried out online through zoom meetings on 1-5 August 2022 and expected to provide insight to low-level elementary school teachers in the work area of P2KPTK2 West Jakarta in terms of the use of innovative learning models in thematic learning in schools. The methods used in this activity are lectures, questions and answers and practice making educational games based on the Internet. After the community service, there is an increase in the value of the post-test results or a change between the lowest, highest, and rare values in general. At the lowest level there is a decrease of 10 points while at the highest there is no increase. The ratio increased by 32.97 points. Generally speaking, the rate of improvement in competence after the community service was 27.45%. The school is expected to provide guidance on the importance of this activity for teachers to improve competence. In addition, teachers should also be aware of the importance of improving themselves through such training to adapt to the demands of the implementation of education in the era of technology as it is now.

Abstract

This research article was conducted to find out the extent of the effectiveness of the application of the wafa method, namely the method using the right brain in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Bandung City For the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This wafa method has been applied in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Bandung City since 2015 which makes it the first as madrasah in Bandung City to apply the Wafa method in learning the Qur'an. The implementation of this research was carried out during the Internship 1 activity program of the Department of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University Bandung on July 25, 2022 to August 05, 2022. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Bandung City with grade 3 student Ar-Rasyid being the subject of the study. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach so that an interview was conducted with the homeroom teacher of class 3 Ar-Rasyid, the head of the expert team as well as the examiner of the wafa level increase in madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda, as well as documentation. Based on research in the field, it was found that the application of the wafa method in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Bandung City can improve the ability to read the Qur'an. ABSTRAK Artikel penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keefektifan penerapan metode wafa yaitu metode dengan menggunakan otak kanan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Kota Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Metode wafa ini diterapkan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Kota Bandung sejak tahun 2015 dimana hal tersebut menjadikannya sebagai madrasah pertama di Kota Bandung yang menerapkan metode Wafa pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan selama program kegiatan Magang 1 Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung pada tanggal 25 Juli 2022 sampai 05 Agustus 2022. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Kota Bandung melibatkan siswa kelas 3 Ar-Rasyid Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif sehingga dilakukan wawancara kepada wali kelas 3 Ar-Rasyid, ketua tim ahli sekaligus penguji kenaikan tingkat wafa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda, serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian di lapangan ditemukan bahwa penerapan metode wafa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Kota Bandung dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Chemistry is a science that seeks answers to questions about what, why, and how a natural phenomenon is closely related to a substance's composition, structure, and properties. This study aims to determine the level of learning motivation of students of SMA Islam Sabilurrosyad in Chemistry subject, the level of student self-regulation, and the relationship between learning motivation and student self-regulation. This non-experimental study used a quantitative correlational method, namely the Pearson correlation analysis technique or Product Moment correlation. The study results showed that most students learning motivation and self-regulation levels were in the moderate category, namely 66.67% of respondents who understood motivation and 63.89% who understood self-regulation. In addition, data processing using SPSS found a relationship between learning motivation and self-regulation.

Abstract

One media for conveying information about a departement, company or agency is a website profile. To provide information, the indo plant hauling district departement only uses the WhatsApp application to share the latest news, announcements, or updates related to the departement, such as awards, new projects, or changes in the organization. To overcome the problem of information that can only be known by people in the departement, we provide recommendations for designing the Indo Plant Hauling District Departement website PT. Pamapersada Nusantara East Kalimantan. The prototype method that will be used to develop this website and get results from this service, namely a user interface design and website prototype for the Indo plant hauling district departement profile.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran Question Student Have terhadap hasil belajar IPA SMK As-Syafi’iyah 2 Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, yaitu mengambil dua buah kelompok atau sampel. Kelompok yang pertama yaitu kelompok yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode Question Student Have dengan rata-rata nilai 71,55. Sedangkan pada metode konvensional lebih rendah dengan rata-rata 59,15. Dari hasil hipotesis yang dilakukan uji t diketahui bahwa 11,6 > 1,686 atau t_(hitung )> t_tabel yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar IPA dengan peserta didik yang diajarkan menggunakan metode Question Student Have dengan peserta didik menggunakan metode konvensional. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode Question Student Have terhadap hasil belajar IPA SMK As-Syafi’iyah 2 Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) program was conducted with the “Giat Bakti Lestari” Farmer Group in Cibadung Village, Gunung Sindur, Bogor. Partners faced two main problems: low banana harvest quality caused by Fusarium wilt disease and the presence of idle, unproductive land. As a solution, the PKM team introduced banana propagation using tissue culture technology through socialization, training, and mentoring. This method offers several advantages over conventional propagation, including faster cultivation, mass production, disease-free seedlings, and genetic uniformity. However, partners had no prior exposure to tissue culture technology. Thus, the PKM activity focused on equipping farmers with skills in household-scale tissue culture techniques and providing simple facilities to support sustainable seedling production. By engaging in this program, the farmer group is expected to gain essential knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to independently manage tissue culture propagation. This initiative not only addresses crop loss due to disease but also promotes the use of modern agricultural practices to maximize land productivity. The activity ultimately aims to foster self-reliance among farmers and contribute to the development of innovative an sustainable farming in the village.

Abstract

This study explores the contemporary relevance of Islamic law in shaping the development of art and culture, highlighting the transition from traditional expressions to modern interpretations. It investigates how the normative principles of Sharia—including ethics, justice, moderation, and spiritual consciousness—interact with artistic creativity and local cultural identities in the modern era. Employing a qualitative-descriptive method supported by literature review and interpretative analysis, this research examines visual art, music, and performance as dynamic media for articulating Islamic values within pluralistic societies. The findings demonstrate that Islamic law, rather than serving merely as a normative restriction, provides an ethical framework that encourages innovation while safeguarding spiritual and moral authenticity. In contemporary practice, this integrative relationship fosters cultural resilience and enables the reinterpretation of Islamic aesthetics in a globalized context. Academically, this study contributes to the discourse on Islamic jurisprudence by offering an interdisciplinary perspective that connects Sharia principles with the philosophy of art and cultural studies. It enriches the understanding of how Islamic legal values can be contextualized to address modern cultural transformation without losing their foundational spirit. Ultimately, the research underscores the need for a balanced paradigm that harmonizes faith-based norms with creative expression, reaffirming Islamic law as a living source of ethical guidance in the realm of art and culture.

Abstract

The 21st-century education paradigm demands that students master critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity skills (4C), which align with the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) approach. However, the implementation of STEM education in Indonesia still faces challenges such as low student motivation, engagement, and problem-solving abilities. This study aims to examine the potential of utilizing Game-Based Learning (GBL) with adaptive gamification as an innovative strategy to overcome these obstacles. A qualitative research method was employed through a literature study approach, drawing data from national and international journal articles, conference proceedings, and academic books published within the last 5–10 years. Data were collected through academic database searches (Scopus, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Sinta) and analyzed using content analysis techniques involving reduction, categorization, and synthesis of findings. The results indicate that GBL can enhance students’ intrinsic motivation, engagement, and academic performance in STEM learning, particularly when designed with authentic, adaptive, and reflective elements. The identified advantages include increased motivation, personalized learning, and improved problem-solving skills, whereas the limitations involve infrastructural readiness, teacher competence, and potential design-related distractions.
