Abstract

The teacher's perception of the performance of the principal at SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh, Banda Raya District, Banda Aceh City can be viewed from the aspect of personality, the principal's knowledge of education staff, understanding of the school's vision and mission, decision-making ability and communication skills. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, how is the teacher's perception of the performance of the principal at SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh? This study aims to describe teachers' perceptions of the performance of principals at SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh.The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The subjects used in this study were 6 teachers. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques. To analyze research data, researchers used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions.The results of research at SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh every time they want to make an internal decision the school always holds meetings and consults with the teachers to find the best solution for the school, always works together in carrying out any matter, is also always wise in making decisions by the principal and all teachers and staff are always compact, working together to advance the school. Meanwhile, to make decisions external to the school, the principal holds meetings and consults with teachers, committees and student guardians and also always asks for solutions and gives good suggestions.From the results of the study it can be concluded that at SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh it was found that the teacher's perception of the performance of the principal was very necessary as a reference for the principal in analyzing his performance to build a better school and the results of interviews with the six teachers regarding the performance of the principal could be categorized already well. The principal has been able to carry out his duties as a leader and is very responsible and wise in all matters, be it discipline and good cooperation

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Problematika Mencari tahu cara Membaca dan Menulis Pada Siswa Kelas 4 SD N Cot Keu Eung Lam Sabang Kecamatan Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar”. Rumusan masalah “Apa saja problematikatika pembelajaran membaca dan menulis pada murid kelas 4 SD N Cot Keu Eueng? Dan apakah solusi dari problematikatika pembelajaran membaca dan menulis pada murid kelas 4 SD N Cot Keu Eueng?” Tujuan Penelitian “Untuk mengetahui problematikatika belajar membaca dan menulis untuk murid SD Negeri Cot Keu Eueng dan untuk mengetahui solusi dari problematikatika belajar baca dan menulis pada siswa kelas 4 SD N Cot Keu Eueng”. Metode yang digunakan adalah strategi subjektif dengan tipe eksplorasi yang menarik. Pengujian menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Contoh dalam ulasan ini adalah pendidik kelas 4 dan 3 siswa kelas  IV SD Negeri Cot Keu Eueng yang mengalami problematika pembelajaran membaca dan menulis. Strategi pemilahan informasi melalui persepsi dan pertemuan. Masalah pembelajaran yang dialami siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Cot Keu Eueng, yaitu siswa kurang tertarik dalam prses pembelajaran, tidak adanya pendidik dalam menerapkan media pembelajaran, daya serap siswa dalam pembelajaran lemah, dan tidak adanya penghiburan dari orang tua siswa dalam menunjukkan membaca dan mengarang di rumah.Solusi yang didapat adalah melebihkan fokus perhatian pada peserta didik yang mempunyai problematikatika dalam pembelajaran, menerapkan media dan metode pembelajaran yang beragam. Dipercaya juga bahwa partisipasi besar akan diberikan antara siswa, sekolah dan wali siswa dalam mengatasi problematikatika pembelajaran di SD Negeri Cot Keu Eueng untuk kemajuan pendidikan dan masa depan siswa.

Abstract

This study intends to explain the principal's response to the teacher's ability to utilize technology-based media. In this study the approach used is a type of qualitative approach. Through a descriptive research model. With so many research subjects, there were four school principals. As well as structured interviews with a total of twelve questions used as a data collection method. The steps of qualitative research data analysis were then applied to all the data collected, by presenting data, presenting data, and writing conclusions. Based on the results of questions and answers that have been conducted with school principals, the ability of teachers to utilize technology-based media in Cluster XXII (Garot Public Elementary School, Garot Geuceu Public Elementary School, Jeumpet 1 Public Elementary School and Jeumpet 2 Public Elementary School) is still relatively low. From the results of interviews with the four school principals it is known that one of the inhibiting factors in utilizing technology-based media is inadequate facilities in schools so that teachers have not used technology-based media to the fullest, apart from inadequate facilities, there are still many teachers who are unable to apply information technology-based media because they are not used to using it during the teaching and learning process in class.

Abstract

The title of this study is The Use of Audio Media to Improve Students' Listening Ability Through Folklore in Grade IV SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh. This research was conducted as an effort to improve the quality of learning which still tends to use the lecture method from printed books which are delivered orally without using learning media in the learning process, so that in students' listening abilities there are still a few obstacles to the level of student understanding, therefore by using the media this learning can help the problems that occur in students, namely the low ability of students in listening skills. Learning media is a method or tool used in the teaching process. This is done in order to stimulate learning models so that they can support the success of the teaching process, so that the learning activities achieve the desired goals. The learning media used in this study is audio media, namely media that conveys information that will be conveyed in the form of auditory symbols, both verbal (transformed into spoken words or words) and nonverbal (recorder) so that it can have a good impact on students' abilities. listening to students. Folklore is a cultural heritage in the form of stories or stories originating from ancient societies and developed widely from generation to generation until finally it became widely known. There are 3 folklore stories in this study, namely Tuan Tapa Putri Naga, Mentiko Batuah and Atu Belah Atu Bertangkup. This research is in the form of a qualitative approach, the type of research is descriptive. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh, the samples in this study were grade IV students. The data collection technique uses tests and interviews (homeroom teacher), and the data analysis technique used is based on data collection, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe teachers' perceptions of changes from the K13 curriculum to an independent curriculum at SD Negeri 1 Alue Bilie, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency. The approach taken is qualitative with the type of research that is descriptive. The data collection technique was taken by interviewing the school principal, one of the grade 1 and grade 4 teachers at SD Negeri 1 Alue Bilie. There are data analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the research it was found that teachers' perceptions of the changes in the 2013 curriculum to the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 1 Alue Bilie were very diverse. Most of the teachers perceive that the change from the 2013 curriculum to the independent curriculum is very good and facilitates the achievement of learning objectives. However, no matter how good the concept of curriculum change is, if the teacher is not adaptive and unprepared, it will be difficult to implement it. So as a teacher must be able to implement the curriculum in the education unit properly so that educational goals can be achieved properly.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor ekonomi nasional strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi kerakyatan. Pemerintah sangat mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya dengan mempermudah perizinannya. Legalitas usaha merupakan identitas usaha dan salah bentuk perlindungan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah untuk pelaku UMKM. Manfaat lain dari kepemilikan legalitas usaha adalah untuk perluasan akses pembiayaan UMKM yang diberikan oleh pemerintah maupun akses pembiayaan dari perbankan. Oleh karena itu, legalitas usaha bagi UMKM adalah kebutuhan bagi para pelakunya. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM yang mengabaikan hal tersebut karena dianggap rumit dan sulit, banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami pentingnya memiliki legalitas usaha tersebut. Permasalahan lainnya, UMKM kesulitan dalam pemasaran produk, tampilan produk kurang menarik, dan pemasarannya terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi terkait dengan urgensi legalitas usaha bagi UMKM. Kegiatannya dilakaukan melalui sosialisasi, tanya jawab mengenai urgensi dan manfaat izin usaha, kedua melakukan pendampingan permohonan ijin usaha UMKM Sanikan Food. Lokasi kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hasil kegiatan ini terlihat dari antusiasme peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi, yanya jawab dan meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemauan pelaku UMKM di Desa lokasi untuk mengurus legalitas usahanya. Hasil lainnya, UMKM Sanikan Food memperoleh Nomor Induk Berusaha 803220003518 dan SPP-IRT dengan Nomor PB-KU:080322000351800000001.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning Model is a learning model by focusing student with authentic problem so that student can construct their own mind, to grow and innovate higher skills, to make them believe in themselves. The aim of this research is to know the influence of Problem Based Learning Model toward the student achievement at statistical matery at grade V SD Negeri 3 Peukan Pidie. This research used quantitative approach and experiment by using  pre-experimental designs (non-designs) and one shot case study. Sample in this research consist of 33 students, those are 20 male and 13 female. Collecting data by using essay test. Data analysis to prove hypothesis by using t-test. From data analysis and proving hypothesis t-count = 8,12 at significant grade α = 0,05 and dk = n – 1 = 33 – 1 = 32, so distribution list t1 -α (dk) = t1- 0,05(32) found t0.95(32) =1,697. Because t-count  ˃  t-table = 8,12 ˃ 1,697 H0 rejected and H1 received. It can be concluded that the significant influence of Problem Based Learning Model toward student  achievement  at statistical matery at grade V SD Negeri 3 Peukan Pidie.

Abstract

Teaching media is an important aspect in teaching at elementary school. Poetry writingskill of students is still below standard which is 75. Teaching activity is still based onstudent’s imagination in creating poetry, this results in the students’ poetry are notproductive. Besides, many teachers do not make use of environment or picture-media as thesource of inspiration in poetry writing. This research wanted to know the influence of usingpicture-media in teaching writing poetry at grade four elementary school 29 Banda Aceh.The approach used in this research is quantitative. The population is the students ofelementary school 29 Banda Aceh which consist of 52 students. The samples are 52 studentswhich consisted of 26 students from grade IV A and 26 students from grade IV B. Data wascollected using test and was analyzed using t-test. The result shows that there is asignificant difference between experiment class (IVA) and control class (IVB). The result ofresearch supports the hypothesis that using picture media in poetry writing skill influenceelementary school students grade four at elementary school 29 Banda Aceh. It is proved byt-count = 5,54 while t-table = 2,00. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) saying thatthere is an influence of poetry writing skill toward student taught by using picture-media atelementary school 29 Banda Aceh is accepted.

Abstract

The problem here is that the teacher only applies the lecture method and practice questions so that it affects student learning outcomes that do not meet the Minimum Learning Criteria (KBM). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the significance of the peer tutoring method on student learning outcomes in the matter of dividing by two-digit numbers in class IV SD Negeri 2 Rantau Selamat. The method taken is quantitative and uses the type of Pre-Experimental Design. The data collection technique used in this study was a test in the form of pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique taken is the SPSS Statistics 24 application. The decision making category is H0 rejected and H1 accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of the peer tutoring method on student learning outcomes in the division material with two-digit numbers in class IV SD Negeri 2 Rantau Selamat Aceh Timur.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa tentang profil self efficacy mahasiswa dalam bidang wirausaha: komparasi gender. Studi ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 35 mahasiswa pendidikan biologi. Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dengan jawaban berdegradasi sesuai skala likert yang telah dinyatakan valid. Analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa (1) persepsi mahasiswa tentang self efficacy dalam bidang wirausaha memiliki rata-rata skor jawaban mahasiswa berjenis kelamin pria sebesar 3,16 dengan kategori Baik dan mahasiswa berjenis kelamin wanita sebesar 3,10 dengan kategori Baik; (2) tidak ada perbedaan signifikan persepsi mahasiswa tentang self efficacy dalam bidang wirausaha antara yang berjenis kelamin pria dan wanita, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,716 lebih besar dari nilai alpha pengujian 0,05 (0,05).
