Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop an e-module based on the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative model for the topic of the digestive system in class XI Senior High School, in terms of validity and practicality. The development of the e-module uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research was conducted until the Development stage and carried out from December 2021 to March 2023. The instruments used in this research were validation sheets and response questionnaires to determine the level of validity and practicality of the product. The results of the validation stage in terms of content, language, presentation, and usage aspects showed a score of 97.4%, indicating with very valid category. The results of the limited trial showed a score of 92.0% with very practical category. Based on the average scores of validity and practicality, the e-module obtained a score of 94.7% with very feasible category. Based on these findings, the developed e-module is considered suitable for use as a supporting teaching material for learning the digestive system topic in class XI Senior High School.Key Words: Teaching Materials; E-Module; Digestive System; STAD.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the validity of pop scrapbook learning media based on animated cartoon characters Spongebob Squarepants and The Lion King on the material kingdom animalia developed for class X SMA. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The development of pop scrapbook media was validated by validators, namely the Biology Education Lecturer at the FKIP University of Riau, the biology teacher at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru and the biology teacher at SMAS Kalam Kudus Pekanbaru. The research was carried out from November 2022. The data collection instrument that was carried out was a validation sheet. In terms of the content aspect, the average score was 3.50 with a very valid category, from the linguistic aspect, the average score was 3.50 with a very valid category, from the presentation aspect, a score of 3.38 was obtained with a very valid category, and from the aspect of overall appearance, an average score of 3.50 with a very valid category. The average validation result for pop scrapbook media based on animated cartoon characters Spongebob Squarepants and The Lion King for class X high school animal kingdom material received an average score of 3.47 in a very valid category. Based on these data, it can be concluded that pop scrapbook media based on animated cartoon characters Spongebob Squarepants and The Lion King on animal kingdom material for class X SMA provides very valid criteria and is worth testing at a later stage.Key Word: Pop scrapbook, Animated cartoon, Animal kingdom

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines healthy aging as the process of developing and maintaining functional abilities that enable well-being in old age. Aging describes the influence on cells at the biological level caused by the impact of the accumulation of various molecular and cellular damage over time. This leads to a gradual decline in physical and mental capacity, an increased risk of disease, and eventually death. One of the efforts of the physiotherapy program in conducting this activity aims to provide education and an elderly gymnastics program to raise awareness about the importance of physiotherapy and how to perform simple exercises at home, the presence of physiotherapists who can provide periodic services at the Posyandu, including evaluating physical conditions and providing interventions that are appropriate to the condition of the disease. The method used in this activity is to conduct counseling, education, and intervention, then the data is processed quantitatively. The results measured the quality of life using WHOQOL. The WHOQOL score before was 68.33+5.423 and afterward, it was 86.06+4.439, indicating an improvement in the quality of life after the elderly gymnastics program. Additionally, this activity resulted in several aspects, namely: 1) the elderly and their families became more aware of the importance of physiotherapy in maintaining physical health, 2) education on the benefits of physiotherapy and physical exercise, 3) a physical exercise program (in the form of elderly gymnastics), 4) the elderly participating in the program experienced an improved quality of life, 5) the elderly reported feeling more active, enthusiastic, and able to perform daily activities better, 6) the level of participation of the elderly in the program was high, indicating interest and need for the program, and 7) positive feedback from the elderly and their families regarding the benefits of the program for their health and well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Karyawan Pada PT. Mayora Indah Tbk Wilayah Jatake Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini karyawan sebanyak 65 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, uji koefisien korelasi (R), uji determinasi (R Square), dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan, yang ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 11,654+ 0,738X1, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,779 dan koefisien determinasi 60,7%. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 4,134> t_tabel 1,998 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Stres kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan, dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 16,643 + 0,637X2, nilai korelasi 0,772, dan koefisien determinasi 59,6%. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 3,874 > t_tabel 1,998 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Secara simultan, konflik kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover, terbukti dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 10,293 + 0,431X1 + 0,352X2, dengan nilai korelasi 0,803, dan koefisien determinasi 68,3%. Uji F menunjukkan nilai F_hitung 66,683 > F_tabel 3,143 dan p-value 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi turnover karyawan secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work experience on the performance of employees and non-employees in Cicalengka Village. The research method used is quantitative, employing primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 66 respondents comprising all employees and non-employees of Cicalengka Village. The analytical methods used include descriptive analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing, and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test with SPSS version 29. The results of the study show that, partially, organizational culture has a positive influence on employee performance with a t-value of 8.591 > t-table value of 1.998 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, work experience also has a positive influence on employee performance with a t-value of 10.797 > t-table value of 1.998 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work experience have a positive influence on employee performance with an F value of 63.422 > F-table value of 3.14 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 66.8% indicates that employee performance is influenced by organizational culture and work experience, while the remaining 33.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Federal international finance sunter branch, north Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. Where the sampling technique uses saturated samples because the population totals 83 employees. Technical analysis and data testing include, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regressions, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, namely the effect of motivation on employee performance, the tcount > ttable value is obtained (16.494> 1.989) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0,05.  <0.05. So it can be stated that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance Sunter Branch, North Jakarta. While testing the second hypothesis, namely the effect of the Physical Work Environment on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance, Sunter Branch, North Jakarta, obtained a tcount>So it can be stated that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Federal international finance sunter branch, north Jakarta. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Cicalengka, Kecamatan Pagedangan, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 78 responden yang merupakan pegawai kantor kelurahan tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,511 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Artinya, semakin baik kondisi fisik lingkungan kerja—seperti pencahayaan, sirkulasi udara, dan kebersihan—maka kinerja pegawai cenderung meningkat. Selanjutnya, variabel komunikasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,428 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05). Ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pesan, umpan balik, keterbukaan, dan penggunaan bahasa yang tepat dalam komunikasi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja. Secara simultan, lingkungan kerja fisik dan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dibuktikan melalui nilai F hitung sebesar 123,024 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,766 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen menjelaskan 76,6% variasi dalam kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar pihak kelurahan terus meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja fisik dan memperkuat sistem komunikasi internal guna mendukung pencapaian kinerja pegawai yang optimal

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of physical and non-physical work environments on employee performance at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja District, Tangerang Regency. The approach used in this research is quantitative with an associative method. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The population in this study consisted of 70 respondents. The results show that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 16.172 + 0.605 X1 and a determination coefficient of 51.4%. The non-physical work environment also has a positive and significant effect, with the regression equation Y = 15.113 + 0.624 X2 and a determination coefficient of 49.2%. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 12.814 + 0.366 X1 + 0.327 X2 and a determination coefficient of 56.9%. The F-test result shows Fcount > Ftable (44.239 > 3.13), and the significance value is < 0.05, thus all alternative hypotheses are accepted. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing both physical and non-physical work environments to enhance overall employee performance

Abstract

Upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage (PSCA) is bleeding from the lumen of the proximal gastrointestinal tract above the treitz ligament. The causes of PSCA can be classified into variceal bleeding and non-variceal bleeding. The most common causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding are peptic ulcers, esophageal-gastric variceal veins, ulcerative esophagitis, Mallory-Weiss tears, and bleeding from gastrointestinal vascular lesions. Peptic ulcers are the most common cause of PSCA, accounting for about 50% of cases; the increased incidence is due to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The Blatchford Score and Clinical Rockall Score are used in patients with non-variceal PSCA to identify the risk of mortality and rebleeding, as well as to triage patients to higher levels of hospital care or immediate endoscopy. Endoscopic examination of PSCA is the chosen way to establish the diagnosis of the cause of bleeding and at the same time useful for performing hemostasis. The top priority in dealing with PSCA hemorrhage cases is the determination of hemodynamic status and resuscitation efforts before establishing a diagnosis or administering other therapies. PSCA therapy is carried out based on the underlying etiology. Patients with variceal bleeding have a worse prognosis than patients with other PSCA etiologies.
