Abstract

Latar Belakang: Jatuh merupakan komplikasi yang umum terjadi pada pasien stroke. Individu yang mengalami stroke memiliki risiko jatuh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan individu yang tidak mengalami gangguan neurologis. Jika tidak mendapat penanganan yang tepat, jatuh dapat menyebabkan cedera, penurunan kemandirian dan ketergantungan yang meningkat dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari hari. Salah satu intervensi yang dapat mengatasi gangguan risiko jatuh adalah dual task training. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-postest. Sebanyak 16 orang yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi diambil dari Klinik Bekasi Stroke And Parkinson Center. Data berupa usia, jenis kelamin, letak hemiparese, dan nilai risiko jatuh. Alat ukur penelitian menggunakan TUG test Hasil: Dari seluruh objek penelitian, didapatkan rata-rata risiko jatuh sebelum pemberian dual task training 15.44 detik dan hasil nilai rata-rata sesudah pemberian dual task training 11.88 detik. Hasil penelitian diuji dengan willcoxon test menunjukan nilai p=0,000(<0,005). Simpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa dual task training berpengaruh terhadap penurunan risiko jatuh pada pasien pasca stroke di Klinik Bekasi Stroke And Parkinson Center. Abstract

Sitting for long hours during virtual learning will cause a musculoskeletal disorder in the lower spine which is commonly known as low back pain.Interventions that can be done to treat low back pain are through posture correction exercises, which are exercises to correct unstable muscles, bad posture and muscle pain caused by changes in posture by teaching someone good posture.Objective: To determine the effect of posture correction on reducing low back pain in college students. Research design: pre-experimental using a "one-group pretest-posttest" design.The research population was all Physiotherapy students at the Jakarta III Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health.The results of the sample count were 17 people.The independent variable in this study was the posture correction exercise intervention.The dependent variable is low back pain.This research was conducted in April – September 2022. Data collection used a low back pain assessment instrument and then provided posture correction interventions.Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate.The results of the statistical test proved that there was a significant difference in the average lower back pain in college students between before and after the intervention (p = 0.0001).Suggestion: So that students can practice Posture Correction regularly, so that lower back pain will be felt even less. Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Stroke is one of the neurological disorders that is the main cause of the main task in the world. increase the independent ability of the upper extremities a large increase in functional disability that affects a person's quality of life and independence. Motor relearning program (MRP) is a physiotherapy method that can be used for patient mobilization exercises in the acute phase. Early mobilization in acute ischemic stroke has been carried out and has shown good results in increasing the functional ability of the upper extremities. Research Methods : This research method uses a pre-experimental with one group pre-posttest which is carried out in the inpatient room of the National Brain Center (NBC) Hospital. Determination of the sample using the Lameshow formula and obtained 14 samples were selected based on the inclusion criteria. Upper extremity functional measurements were performed using the Chedoke Arm and Hand Activity Inventory (CAHAI) on baseline and final data after the intervention 2 times a day during the 5-day hospitalization phase. Results: Paired T-Test test on quality of life before and after the intervention obtained a value of P = 0.000 (p<0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of early mobilization with a motor relearning program on improving the quality of life of acute stroke patients at NBC Hospital

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang pembelajaran akidah akhlak dan korelasinya dengan peningkatan akhlak karimah peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Shoutul Mimbar Al-Islami, yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Tenjolaya, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Peneliti mengidentifikasi masalah penelitian terkait pembelajaran akidah akhlak dan korelasinya dengan peningkatan akhlak mulia peserta didik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan survey, melalui teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket terhadap 70 peserta didik sebagai populasi objek penelitian. Unit analisis adalah peserta didik Kelas X dan XI Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Skor yang diambil adalah nilai rata-rata pembelajaran akidah akhlak dan nilai rata-rata peningkatan akhlak karimah peserta didik.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Dari hasil penelitian teridentifikasi bahwa pembelajaran akidah akhlak berkorelasi secara positif dengan peningkatan akhlak mulia (al-karimah) peserta didik. Korelasi antara variabel X (pembelajaran akidah akhlak) dengan variabel Y (peningkatan akhlak karimah) katagori cukup atau sedang yang berada pada rentang 0,90 sampai 1.00 setelah dikonsultasikan antara nilai “r” product moment pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan 1% dari nilai XY lebih besar dari nilai t tabel, sehingga hipotesa alternatif diterima dan hipotesa nihil ditolak. Ini berarti korelasi antara pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dengan peningkatan akhlak karimah peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah Shautul Mimbar Al-Islami  Tenjolaya Bogor berkorelasi positif dan meyakinkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dirokemendasikan kepada pengelola sekolah untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran akidah akhlak agar peserta didiknya dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara lebih efektif dan menghasilkan output yang berkualitas salah satunya terwujud pada peningkatan akhlak karimah, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Kata Kunci :Pembelajaran, Akidah Akhlak, Peningkatan Akhlak.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Beakang : Nyeri punggung bawah adalah salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal akibat dari sikap ergonomi yang salah. Nyeri punggung bawah didefinisikan sebagai nyeri yang berlokasi antara batas costae dan lipatan gluteaus inferior yang berlangsung selama lebih dari satu hari. Keluhan nyeri punggung bawah sering timbul terkait dengan suatu pekerjaan dan aktivitas. Prevalensi nyeri punggung bawah dalam 1 tahun mencapai 38% dan paling sering terjadi pada lansia. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan gangguan kapasitas fisik berupa nyeri, kelemahan otot dan keterbatasan gerak yang menyebabkan gangguan fungsional seperti sulit bangkit dari duduk ke berdiri, jalan dan duduk lama pada lansia. Tujuan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan Latihan feldenkrais untuk menurunkan nyeri akibat nyeri punggung bawah pada lansia. Metode: Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi screening kesehatan, pemberian intervensi berupa edukasi dan latihan feldenkrais kepada masyarakat secara door to door di RT/RW 001/005 Desa Lulut dengan melibatkan kader. Responden yang berjumlah 8 orang dengan kriteria memiliki keluhan nyeri punggung bawah non spesifik dan bersedia mengikuti seluruh kegiatan. Pengukuran nyeri dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi 4 kali selama 4 hari. Hasil: Data hasil pengukuran tingkat nyeri menggunakan NRS pada 8 responden sebelum diberikan intervensi didapatkan 62,5% nyeri ringan, dan 37,5% nyeri sedang, sedangkan sesudah intervensi terjadi penurunan tingkat nyeri menjadi sebesar 25% tidak ada nyeri, 62,5% nyeri ringan dan 12,5% nyeri sedang Simpulan: Edukasi dan latihan feldenkrais dapat menurunkan nyeri pada lansia akibat nyeri punggung bawah pada lansia di Desa Lulut RT/RW 001/005. Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze students' reading comprehension using Assemblr media; (2) find out whether this media can foster students' interest in reading. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative, the subject of this research is 17 students of the 6th grade students of SDIT Al Irsyad Banten. Data were obtained from tests, questionnaires, and interviews. In the learning process, Assemblr is used as a medium or tool for displaying teaching materials. This teaching material is in the form of a story entitled "The Lonely Lion". The reading comprehension activity lasts for 15 minutes. After that, students were given 5 questions related to the contents of the story to find out students understanding. The results showed that reading comprehension was quite good with an average score of 84, and the results of the questionnaire showed 64.7% of students found using Assemblr learning media more fun and growing their interest and motivation in reading. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that Assemblr can make learning activities interactive and fun with 3D and AR.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Demensia adalah sebuah gangguan fungsi otak yang ditandai dengan adanya gangguan fungsi Kognitif. Salah satu penanganan untuk mengurangi gangguan kognitif adalah memberikan Aerobic Exercise, yakni aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan secara berulang dan terstruktur dengan membutuhkan sistem metabolisme tubuh dan oksigen untuk menghasilkan energi. Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian menggunakan Studi Literatur dengan terbitan maksimal 10 tahun terakhir dengan melakukan pencaharian pada 10 search engine: Pubmed, Sage Journal, ScienceDirect, Semantic Scholar, Directory of Open Access, JSTOR, Taylor & Francis, Oxford Academic, Karger, dan PEDro. Dalam pencarian Literatur menggunakan kata kunci yang dikembangkan sesuai pendekatan PICOS dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Kemudian Literatur dilakukan pengecekan duplikasi data Literatur dengan aplikasi Mendeley dan diekstrasi data dengan modifikasi CONSORT. Hasil: Terdapat 8 Literatur eligble dengan 5 Literatur menggunakan latihan Cycling atau bersepeda dengan menggunakan sepeda statis atau sepeda ergometer, 1 literatur menggunakan gabungan Latihan cycling, crosstrainer dan Treadmill, 1 Literatur yang menggunakan latihan arm ergometer dan 1 Literatur yang menggunakan Latihan Walking atau berjalan menggunakan treadmill. Kesimpulan: Intervensi Aerobic Exercise memiliki pengaruh terhadap fungsi Kognitif lansia dengan demensia dengan Jenis Aerobic Exercise yang dapat direkomendasikan adalah dengan melakukan latihan bersepeda.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Motivation and Workload on Lecturer Performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program (S1), Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program (S1), Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, totaling 51 lecturers and 46 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. With SEM-PLS analysis technique using SmartPLS 4.0 software for data processing. The findings of the research that has been done show that: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Performance, 46 df <0.05=1.67866, the test results on the P Value of the Motivation variable have a value of 0.008. and 2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Performance, 46 df <0.05=1.67866, the test result on the P Value value of the Workload variable has a value of 0.001.

Abstract

This study explores the experiences, challenges, and perceptions of Indonesian senior high school students, specifically those with Sundanese mother tongue backgrounds, as they utilize the "U-Dictionary" app to enhance their English pronunciation. Employing a qualitative case study approach with semi-structured interviews, the research investigates students' experiences with the app, their challenges, and their perceptions of its features and effectiveness. Additionally, it examines the influence of cultural factors, such as Sundanese phonology, on pronunciation acquisition. Grounded in Kolb's experiential learning cycle, the analysis focuses on how the app's functionalities, including pronunciation assistance, translation tools, and interactive feedback, contribute to pronunciation development. The findings indicate that students appreciated the app's interactive and user-friendly features, which facilitated their pronunciation practice and increased their confidence in speaking English. However, they faced challenges in accurately mimicking native pronunciation due to phonological differences and occasional inconsistencies in the app's feedback. Generally, students also perceived U-Dictionary as a powerful tool for pronunciation practice besides suggesting improvements in feedback accuracy and the inclusion of more tailored exercises. This study highlights the potential of mobile technology in supporting language learning for non-native speakers with specific linguistic backgrounds, providing valuable recommendations for app developers to enhance the app's functionalities and for educators to integrate such tools effectively into their teaching practices.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in SD Negeri Cikampek Kota faces several complex issues, including irrelevant curriculum, low teaching quality, low student interest and motivation, and limited resources. To address these problems, integrated actions from various stakeholders are needed. Recommended actions include refining a more relevant and integrative mathematics curriculum, enhancing teaching quality through teacher training and mentoring, utilizing technology in learning, boosting student motivation, involving parents and the community, and developing collaborative learning approaches. By implementing these strategies holistically and sustainably, it is hoped that the understanding and achievement of mathematics among students in SD Negeri Cikampek Kota can be improved. Ongoing evaluation and feedback are also necessary to ensure the success of improvement efforts. Thus, mathematics learning in SD Negeri Cikampek Kota is expected to become more effective and competitive, in line with national education goals.
