Abstract

The availability of high-quality seeds is now a necessity. This is due to a government program to replace oil palm trees in smallholder plantations with high quality seeds. An efficient protocol to produce a large number of embryos is needed. To increase the number of embryogenic callus production, the callus proliferation experiment was carried out through suspension culture. This study aimed to examine the proliferation ability of embryogenic callus from three different oil palm clones, in several repeated subcultures. Liquid MS media added with 1 ppm 2.4-D and 0.1 ppm NAA were used. Embryogenic callus was weighed by 0.1 - 0.2 g, transferred into the liquid media, shaking at 60-80 rpm and 27 ºC for 8 weeks without light. Continues subcultures were repeated up to 7 times. The results showed that the growth rate of embryogenic callus increased in the third and fourth subcultures and then decreased in subsequent subcultures. It also revealed that the entire embryogenic callus from the first subculture up to seventh subculture still has the ability to regenerate into new plants. These results indicate that oil palm embryogenic callus can be proliferated by suspension culture with a limit up to the fourth subculture. Ketersediaan benih kelapa sawit berkualitas saat ini merupakan kebutuhan karena adanya program pemerintah untuk menggantikan tanaman sawit di kebun-kebun petani. Salah satu cara vegetatif yang dapat dilakukan adalah meningkatkan jumlah kalus embriogenik yang dihasilkan melalui pengembangan kultur suspensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kemampuan proliferasi kalus embriogenik dari tiga klon kelapa sawit, pada beberapa kali subkultur yang berulang. Media cair MS dengan penambahan 1 ppm 2,4-D dan 0,1 ppm NAA digunakan untuk memperbanyak 0,1–0,2 g kalus embriogenik, dikocok pada 60-80 rpm dan suhu 27 ºC tanpa cahaya selama 8 minggu. Subkultur berulang dilakukan hingga 7 kali. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan proliferasi kalus dipengaruhi oleh genotip tanaman induk. Rata-rata kalus embriogenik dapat meningkat pada subkultur ke-3 dan ke-4 dan semakin menurun pada subkultur selanjutnya. Kalus embriogenik hasil proliferasi subkultur pertama hingga ke-7 dapat tumbuh menjadi calon tanaman baru. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kalus embriogenik kelapa sawit dapat diperbanyak dengan kultur suspensi pada batas sampai subkultur ke-4.

Abstract

The training held in the Stimulus Community Partnership Program Community Service (PKMS) is aimed at employees in the UMPR environment. Implementation of assertive communication training using psychoeducational intervention techniques to prevent cyberbullying at SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya as a solution to problems faced by students who are in the adolescent phase and tend to be involved in cyberbullying either as perpetrators or victims. Cases of cyberbullying in the school environment do not only involve students as bullies and victims. Incidents of cyberbullying are increasing internationally and are considered a problem both inside and outside of school. Cyberbullying has received attention because it affects many individuals of various ages in a variety of settings, especially adolescents. The training activities were implemented for one day on August 15, 2022. The training participants totaled 150 students. Based on the results of the analysis of the success of the training, 91% of students experienced increased knowledge about cyberbullying and had assertive communication skills.

Abstract

Spiritual Wellbeing (SWB) is essential in palliative care for end-of-life (EoL) patients. However, its implementation in emergency settings is often overlooked despite the significant spiritual needs of patients at the end of life. This study aims to describe and explain the concept of SWB in EoL patients in the Emergency Setting. The study used a qualitative approach based on concept analysis of the literature. Data were collected from 18 relevant articles purposively selected from international databases (2020-2024). The analysis focused on the attributes, antecedents, and consequences of SWB through thematic evaluation and cross-referencing. The results showed that four main attributes of SWB were identified: relationship with higher power, inner peace, meaning of life, and active role of family and health workers. Antecedents of SWB included clergy and family support, while consequences included improved patient quality of life and reduced anxiety. These findings demonstrate the importance of integrating spiritual care into emergency setting practice. Holistic collaboration between patients, families and healthcare professionals is key to improving the spiritual wellbeing of EoL patients.

Abstract

Aim: determine the differences in the level of suicidal ideation before and after the implementation of group guidance on students at Muhammadiyah Middle School, Palangkaraya, (2) determine the effectiveness of group guidance in preventing suicidal ideation in students at Muhammadiyah Middle School, Palangkaraya. Method: The population in this study were all students of class VIII of SMP Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, totaling 71 students. The sample of this study consisted of 9 students out of 21 students of class VIII-C. Sampling was determined by the purposive sampling technique. Result and Discussions: The results of the study showed that: (1) before being given group guidance services, most of the students in class VIII-C, namely 9 students, experienced suicidal ideation with a moderate category. After being given group guidance services with the Problem Solving technique, most of the students, namely 5 students with a low category, and 4 students with a moderate category. The total Pre-test score was 587 and the Post-test score was 437, the total score difference was 150. This means that many changes occurred after the provision of group guidance services by the researcher; (2) the results of the hypothesis test calculation using SPSS 25 software on the paired sample T-Test method showed that the significance value obtained was 0.001. This shows that the Sig value <0.05, which means that there is an influence of Problem-Solving to prevent suicidal ideation in class VIII.C students of SMP Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan guna menggambarkan penelitian. Data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan semuanya dilakukan secara induktif selama proses analisis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kebiasaan menyanyikan lagu daerah di awal pembelajaran dapat menanamkan literasi budaya. Ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung proses pembiasaan menyanyikan lagu daerah pada awal pembelajaran sebagai upaya menanamkan literasi budaya bagi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Semarang. Memperkenalkan literasi budaya kepada siswa sangatlah penting. Melalui literasi budaya, siswa dapat menyelami kekayaan budaya di sekitar mereka, baik budaya lokal maupun budaya global. Tantangan dalam penerapan kebiasaan menyanyikan lagu daerah muncul pada siswa yang kurang antusias saat bernyanyi. Untuk mengatasinya, strategi reward dan punishment diterapkan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa bahwa lagu daerah merupakan salah satu wujud dari literasi budaya.

Abstract

Konsepsi sistem among ini merupakan suatu pemikiran yang sangat mendasar dalam bagaimana suatu proses pendidikan itu dijalankan, oleh sebab itu konsepsi sitem among ini harus diimplementasikan dalam setiap mata pelajaran oleh seorang pendidik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi sistem among KHD dalam mewujudkan merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila di SMP N 6 Semarang. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindak kelas yang bersifat kolaboratif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem among telah di implementasikan sesuai dengan konsepsinya dalam mewujudkan merdeka belajar. Terdapat tiga pilar yang telah diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh peneliti, yaitu ing ngarso sung tulodho, dibuktikan dengan guru telah memberikan dan menjadi tauladan yang baik dalam segala aspek sikap, perilaku, metode pembelajaran, kedisiplinan dan keterlibatan sosial, ing madyo mangun karso dibuktikan dengan guru telah mengambil peran aktif ditengah tengah siswa untuk membangkitkan semangat, inisiatif dan kreatif mereka. Dengan membuka dialog interaktif, berkolaborasi dalam proyek, berperan sebagai narasumber dan fasilitator, dan tut wuri handayani, Guru mendorong siswa untuk mengeksplorasi potensi mereka secara penuh, baik dalam daya, cipta, rasa, karsa maupun karya.

Abstract

Program bimbingan dan konseling merupakan bagian yang terpadu dari keseluruhan program pendidikan di sekolah. Sebagai bagian yang terpadu, program bimbingan dan konseling di arahkan kepada upaya untuk memfasilitasi siswa asuh mengenal dan menerima dirinya sendiri serta lingkungannya secara positif dan dinamis, dan mampu mengambil keputusan yang bertanggung jawab, mengembangkan dan mewujudkan diri secara efektif dan produktif, sesuai peranan yang diinginkan di masa depan serta menyangkut upaya memfasilitasi peserta didik agar mampu mengembangkan potensi dirinya atau mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangannya. Peserta didik sebagai individu yang sedang berada dalam proses perkembangan ke arah yang lebih matang dan mandiri memerlukan bimbingan dan konseling karena mereka masih kurang memiliki pemahaman atau wawasan tentang dirinya dan lingkungannya juga pengalaman dalam menentukan arah kehidupannya. Selain itu terdapat keyakinan proses perkembangan individu tidak selalu berlangsung secara mulus, atau bebas dari masalah. Dengan kata lain, proses perkembangan itu tidak selalu berjalan dalam alur linier, lurus, atau searah dengan potensi, harapan dan nlai-nilai yang dianut. Untuk itulah perlu disusun suatu program bimbingan dan konseling yang dirancang secara baik agar mampu menfasilasi individu kearah kematangan dan kemandirian, yang meliputi aspek pribadi, sosial, belajar, dan karir. Dalam kelompok diskusi dan pelatihan nampak peserta pelatihan serius mencoba menyusun program bimbingan dan konseling dari program tahunan, semesteran, bulanan, mingguan dan harian. Masing masing kelompok mendiskusikan agar program tersebut terwujud dan dapat diaplikasikan. Dari pelatihan ini harapanya peserta pelatihan ketika melakukan magang dapat menyusun program dengan benar dan baik sesuai dengan assesment yang dilakukan dari kelas yang diampu.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya melalui intervensi berbasis sekolah. Latar belakang didasarkan pada laporan I-NAMHS (2022) yang menunjukkan 34,9% remaja Indonesia mengalami masalah kesehatan mental, dengan hanya 2,6% yang mengakses layanan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi: (1) workshop interaktif selama dua hari dengan pendekatan partisipatif, dan (2) aplikasi digital berbasis soal psikologis dengan umpan balik instan. Partisipan terdiri dari 60 siswa yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan mental sebesar 38% secara rata-rata, dengan capaian tertinggi pada pemahaman dasar (39%). Intervensi digital mendapat respons positif (85% siswa menyatakan materi mudah dipahami), meskipun 28% mengalami kendala akses internet. Program ini membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan multimodal dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental remaja, dengan rekomendasi pengembangan modul offline untuk menjangkau siswa dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of peer guidance services in enhancing self-confidence among adolescents. The service was delivered to 9th-grade students of SMP Negeri 12 Palangka Raya as part of a psychosocial intervention. This research employed a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 12 students selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used was a validated and reliable self-confidence scale. The findings revealed an increase in mean scores from pre-test to post-test. The Wilcoxon test using SPSS 25 resulted in a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05), indicating that peer guidance is effective in increasing students' self-confidence. Thus, peer counseling can serve as a strategic alternative to support adolescents' psychological development in schools.

Abstract

Training held in Community Service Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMS) is intended for counselors. The implementation of Self Healing is designed to reduce Burnout School Counselor, as a solution to problems faced by employees who tend to experience psychological stress, such as stress which may hinder the performance of school counselors. For that counselors and psychologists can facilitate Burnout Prospective school counselors. Organizational changes, such as restructuring and mergers, can result in higher levels of job stress and demands, such as psychological uncertainty about how the change will affect their position, role ambiguity i.e., unclear expectations. Employees indicated that one of the outcomes of psychological stress was Burnout. Burnout is a psychological process produced by work stress that is inseparable and results in emotional exhaustion, personality changes, and decreased feelings of achievement. The training activities were carried out for two days from October 09 to October 10, 2021. The training participants consisted of 20 counselors. The team evaluates the program and the results of self-healing using an instrument in the form of a scale. The scale is used as a pre-test and post-test. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test ontraining, self-healing participants at the beginning of the activity experienced burnout in the high and medium categories, after thetreatment was carried out self-healing, based on the results of the post-test. burnout counselordecreased in the medium and low categories. It can be concluded thattraining self-healing can reduce burnout counselor.
