Abstract

Abstract:  Terrorism has become a part of the extra-ordinary crimes which damage the economic system, the integrity of the country, innocent civilians as well as other public facilities in the context of the law against all significant. Sheltering terrorists as agents of political offenses or political purpose made with purpose of violence in which the action is intended to create a shock or intimidation to governmental authority or resulting to the public by innocent.ملخص: وقد أصبح الإرهاب جزءا من الجرائم غير العادية التي تتلف النظام الاقتصادي، وسلامة البلاد، المدنيين الأبرياء، فضلا عن غيرها من المرافق العامة في إطار القانون ضد كل كبير. إيواء الإرهابيين وكلاء من جرائم سياسية أو غرض سياسي المصنوع من هدف من العنف الذي يقصد العمل لخلق صدمة أو الترهيب للسلطة حكومية أو الناشئين للجمهور بواسطة الأبرياء.Kata kunci: kriminalisasi, terorisme, pemerintah.

Abstract

Orientation to establishment of Islamic law with a variant of the method is to achieve human welfare. To achieve the benefit of this, not just human authorized by God to made through His mind, but also God determine through His Word, so that in Islamic law, there are two sources of law, namely “naqliy” and “aqliy” always follow the development of human civilization has implications for the emergence of new problems the rule of law is not regulated in the passage, then the method “maslahah al-mursalah” into one of the alternative solutions oriented to the good of man. In other words, let alone at the level of Allah and the Massenger (via maslahah al-mu'tabarah) as a legal resident, on human writing even if the benefit to be achieved as the "fruit" of authoritative of law through “maslahah al-mursalah”. In regard to the philosophy of the value of the good, the methods of “al-maslahah” have embodied the virtues intuisisme, universalistic hedonism, utilitarianism and religiosisme.

Abstract

Limited Liability Companies a role in economic development and must be responsible for the surrounding environment in its business activities, known as CSR. Thus, it is necessary to know the arrangements regarding the CSR program. Reviewing the CSR program from the point of view of sharia economic law is also necessary. Therefore, researchers conducted research related to the CSR program to examine the program based on the principles of Islamic economic law. This research is qualitative research using secondary data. Data was collected through a documentation study. Data analysis technique was carried out in qualitative descriptive. This study found that arrangements regarding CSR programs must pay attention to ethical, moral, and mandatory principles for Limited Liability Companies. This principle is compatible with the principles of sharia economic law, such as the principle of permissibility, the principle of freedom of contract, the principle of agreement, the principle of binding promises, the principle of balance, the principle of benefit, and the principle of justice. CSR in the perspective of Sharia Economic Law, is a consequence of Islamic teachings. It means that a company must not be concerned with itself but must also pay attention to the surrounding environment.

Abstract

In general, the study themes above are a grouping of religious studies that have been carried out so far. However, by not limiting it to aspects of current scientific developments, the possibility of combining analysis between one theme and another is possible. Because of this, it can also happen that the theme of religious studies depends on which aspect it is viewed from. Comprehensively, there are basically two paradigms that are often used in connection with religious studies, namely; logical and positivistic.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMemiliki keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan adalah aspek krusial dalam meraih keberhasilan dalam dunia bisnis. Tanpa keunggulan tersebut, sebuah perusahaan akan menghadapi kesulitan dalam membedakan dirinya dari pesaingnya dan berpotensi mengalami kemunduran. Faktor-faktor seperti kepemimpinan strategis dan keberhasilan dalam berinovasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan mencapai keunggulan tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak dari kepemimpinan strategis dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan, dengan mengembangkan sebuah model konseptual yang nantinya akan diuji secara empiris dalam penelitian lanjutan. Melalui telaah literatur dan analisis terhadap penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal-jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang terindeks dalam Google Scholar dan Scopus, penulis menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dalam merumuskan hipotesis-hipotesis yang relevan. Dari model hubungan yang diusulkan, terlihat bahwa baik kepemimpinan strategis maupun inovasi memiliki kontribusi yang penting dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci : Strategic Leadership, Innovation ,  Competitive Advantage.   ABSTRACTHaving a sustainable competitive advantage is a crucial aspect in achieving success in the business world. Without these advantages, a company will face difficulty in differentiating itself from its competitors and potentially experience setbacks. Factors such as strategic leadership and success in innovation have a significant influence on the success of achieving this excellence. This research aims to explore the impact of strategic leadership and innovation on a company's competitive advantage, by developing a conceptual model which will later be tested empirically in further research. Through literature review and analysis of previous research that has been published in national and international journals indexed in Google Scholar and Scopus, the author uses qualitative methodology in formulating relevant hypotheses. From the proposed relationship model, it appears that both strategic leadership and innovation have an important contribution in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Keywords: Strategic Leadership, Innovation ,  Competitive Advantage

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between corporate values, leadership, compensation, and work environment in influencing employee performance, emphasizing the integration of corporate  value as a moderating factor. Using the AKHLAK core values adopted by Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as a foundation, the research highlights the significance of shared cultural principles in fostering alignment, ethical behavior, and organizational success. The study underscores the importance of transformational leadership, equitable compensation, and a supportive work environment in improving performance while moderated by corporate value. The AKHLAK framework, launched in 2020, aims to standardize behaviors across BUMN and foster collaboration, innovation, and adaptability. Employing a qualitative literature review, this study proposes a conceptual model to guide policymakers in integrating spirituality into corporate culture, enhancing employee motivation and engagement, and driving sustainable organizational transformation in a competitive and dynamic environment

Abstract

This study proposes a conceptual model that integrates brand reputation, influencer marketing, and organizational agility in driving business performance, with strategic leadership as a moderating variable. The study is motivated by the need for organizations to adapt to rapid market changes. The method employed is a systematic review of journal articles indexed in SINTA, Google Scholar, and Scopus, as well as relevant industry reports. The results indicate that brand reputation and influencer marketing have a positive influence on organizational agility, which in turn mediates the improvement of business performance through enhanced responsiveness and operational efficiency. Furthermore, strategic leadership strengthens the relationship between organizational agility and business performance by effectively leveraging market dynamics. The findings highlight the importance of synergy between brand reputation management, ethical implementation of influencer marketing, and the reinforcement of organizational agility to achieve sustainable business performance, particularly among SMEs in Indonesia. The study's limitation lies in its reliance on secondary data, suggesting that future research should involve field studies for model validation.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan aplikasi kolaborasi proyek untuk dapat mengatur tugas pribadi dan tugas tim secara keseluruhan semakin populer dikalangan masyarakat. Selama masa pandemi Covid-19 masyarakat didorong untuk melakukan aktifitas pekerjaan dan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara virtual untuk dapat menekan laju penyebaran virus. Trello memungkinkan untuk dapat mengatur berbagai proyek dalam satu tempat dimana semua orang di proyek tersebut mengetahui apa yang sedang dikerjakan, siapa yang mengerjakannya, dan sudah sejauh mana ia mengerjakannya. Analisa metode PIECES perlu dilakukan seiring dengan pengguna aplikasi yang terus melonjak dengan menguraikan ke dalam 6 fokus yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency dan Service serta melakukan pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan Model ISO/IEC 25010:2011 yang merupakan bagian dari Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) dengan mengkategorikan kualitas produk menjadi karakteristik yang terdiri dari Functional Suitability, Performance efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, Portability

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter Islam kepada anak-anak TPA Babussalam Palembang melalui metode kisah Qurani (Qashashul Quran). Anak-anak usia dini cenderung lebih mudah menyerap nilai melalui pendekatan naratif yang menyentuh emosi dan imajinasi. Kisah para nabi dalam Al-Qur’an digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran karakter, seperti kejujuran (Nabi Yusuf), kesabaran (Nabi Ayyub), dan tolong-menolong (kisah Ashabul Kahfi). Metode yang digunakan pada saat kegiatan ini meliputi : Storytelling interaktif oleh pemateri, tanya jawab dan diskusi nilai dari kisah, aktivitas menggambar kisah dan game edukatif berbasis nilai dari kisah yang sudah diceritakan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Kisah Qurani (Qashashul Quran) diperoleh hasil yang sangat baik dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dari kisah-kisah nabi di dalam Al-Qur’an merupakan kegiatan yang positif dan harus dijadikan sebagai kegiatan berkelanjutan untuk anak-anak di TPA Babussalam.

Abstract

This study discusses the prohibition of political campaigns in places of worship as regulated in Article 280 paragraph (1) letter h of Law Number 7 of 2017 on General Elections, which became the subject of review in the Constitutional Court Decision No. 65/PUU-XXI/2023. The research focuses on the Constitutional Court’s legal considerations and provides a juridical analysis of the decision through the perspective of Maslahah Mursalah. Using a normative legal approach, the study examines statutory documents and legal theories developed by Jimly Asshiddiqie, Djokosoetono, Gustav Radbruch, and Abdul Wahab Khallaf. The findings indicate that the decision arose due to legal uncertainty between the article’s norm and its explanatory note. The Court ruled that the explanation of Article 280 paragraph (1) letter h contradicts the 1945 Constitution and has no binding legal force. From the Maslahah Mursalah perspective, campaigning in places of worship may be permissible if it upholds sanctity, order, and respect for religious practices, aligning with the principle of public benefit and Islamic legal justice. [Penelitian ini membahas larangan kampanye di tempat ibadah sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 280 ayat (1) huruf h Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum, yang menjadi objek pengujian dalam Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 65/PUU-XXI/2023. Fokus kajian ini meliputi pertimbangan hukum Mahkamah Konstitusi serta analisis yuridis terhadap putusan tersebut dalam perspektif Maslahah Mursalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif dengan menelaah dokumen perundang-undangan serta teori hukum dari Jimly Asshiddiqie, Djokosoetono, Gustav Radbruch, dan Abdul Wahab Khallaf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lahirnya putusan ini didorong oleh adanya ketidakpastian hukum antara norma dan penjelasan pasal. Mahkamah menegaskan bahwa penjelasan Pasal 280 ayat (1) huruf h bertentangan dengan UUD 1945 dan tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum mengikat. Dalam perspektif Maslahah Mursalah, kampanye di tempat ibadah dapat diperbolehkan apabila dilakukan dengan menjaga kesucian, ketertiban, dan tidak mengganggu pelaksanaan ibadah. Hal ini sejalan dengan prinsip kemaslahatan umat dan keadilan sosial yang menjadi dasar pembentukan hukum Islam.]
