Abstract

Colol is the centre of high-quality coffee production in Manggarai, NTT. Colol's arabica and robusta coffee won the title of best coffee in the 2015 coffee contest, organised by the Indonesian Coffee Exporters and Industry Association in collaboration with coffee research and Akao Jember. From 2017 until now, Robusta coffee exports to the Netherlands have continued, with a grand total of 94 tonnes. However, Colol Coffee is not widely known by people outside NTT, so this study aims to determine the marketing area of colol coffee outside NTT with the criteria of Accessibility, Market Potential, Logistics, Environmental Conditions, and Security, by considering 9 alternative regions. Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) involves evaluating decision alternatives with multiple criteria that have different weights according to their importance. The research method uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the criteria weights and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to analyse and rank the region alternatives based on their closeness to the ideal solution. The data collection technique uses the interview method with related parties, namely ASNIKOM managers who are decision makers and literature studies as a source of in-depth data that provides a theoretical basis to support the decisions taken. The results showed the highest priority value in the regions of Bali (0.7068), DKI Jakarta (0.5930), West Nusa Tenggara (0.5877), Central Java (0.5762), West Sumatra (0.5651), East Java (0.5298), North Sumatra (0.4284), West Java (0.4003), South Sumatra (0.3095).

Abstract

Museum Fatahillah dan Museum Wayang merupakan Museum Sejarah yang berada dikawasan kota tua Jakarta. Namun masalah yang terjadi saat ini adalah kurangnya media untuk mengenalkan kembali sejarah dan pengetahuan berdirinya Museum Fatahillah dan Museum Wayang Maka pada penelitian ini, dirancanglah sebuah aplikasi Augmented Reality berbasis Android sebagai media informasi menggunakan metode markerless 3D Object Tracking. Aplikasi Augmented Reality museum ini menyediakan ftur- fitur yang dapat menarik pengguna dalam mencari informasi. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu berupa sebuah 3D object dengan tambahan informasi berupa teks dan video Animasi, yang bertujuan sebagai salah satu pembelajaran alternativ berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Organisasi dan kegiatan kemahasiswaan adalah hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Kurangnya pengetahuan anggota organisasi tentang birokrasi penyelenggaraan kemahasiswaan disebabkan oleh kurangnya edukasi sebelum pendaftaran organisasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan, maka dibuat game tentang birokrasi penyelenggaraan kegiatan kemahasiswaan dengan tujuan menjadi media pembelajaran kepada calon anggota organisasi tentang prosedur penyelenggaraan kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Game ini dirancang menggunakan metode Finite State Machine dengan tujuan memberikan edukasi terhadap pengguna tentang proses penyelenggaraan kegiatan kemahasiwaan. Dari hasil pengujian game menggunakan skala likert didapat persentase rata – rata 96,76% pengguna menyatakan bahwa game telah sesuai dengan fungsinya, maka dapat dikatakan game ini memenuhi tujuan awal pembuatannya yaitu menjadi media pembelajaran kepada calon anggota organisasi tentang prosedur penyelenggaraan kegiatan kemahasiswaan.

Abstract

Hepatitis A merupakan penyakit peradangan yang terjadi pada hati, yang disebabkan karena adanya in-feksi oleh virus HAV, selain itu kurangnya perhatian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan lingkungan, makanan dan minuman yang tidak higenis, mahalnya biaya konsultasi, serta hubungan seks yang tidak sehat juga merupakan faktor utama dari berkembangnya penyakit tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah suatu sistem yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mendeteksi dini, serta memberikan informasi terkait penyakit hepatitis A yaitu, dengan memanfaatkan sebuah sistem pakar yang menggunakan metode Dempster – Shafer, yang merupakan sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk mencari nilai kepastian dari gejala yang telah diinputkan sebelumnya, dan menghasilkan output berupa hasil diagnosis, penanganan, solusi, dan gejala yang telah dipilih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mensimulasikan sistem dari gejala yang dipilih secara acak, sebanyak 100 data uji, dengan didampingi oleh pakar terkait. Sehingga diperoleh hasil akurasi sebesar 92% data yang sesuai dengan pakar dan 8% data tidak sesuai dengan pakar. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukan bahwa sistem pakar ini telah mampu untuk melakukan diagnosa dini terkait penyakit hepatitis A dengan metode Dempster – Shafer.

Abstract

Segala aktivitas dalam era digital 5.0 ini tak lepas dari teknologi komunikasi dan informatika. Dengan bantuan internet, segala sesuatu dapat terhubung secara terus-menerus. Berkat kemajuan pesat teknologi informasi dan penyebaran internet secara global, setiap orang dapat menggunakan internet dan mengakses informasi. Namun, hal ini juga membawa dampak negatif terhadap keamanan data dan privasi, di mana data dan privasi bisa dengan mudah dieksploitasi di dunia maya, terutama bagi perusahaan yang memiliki sistem informasi inventaris yang berisi data barang yang bersifat pribadi dan tidak boleh diakses sembarang orang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan penerapan keamanan data dan privasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma MD5 untuk mengenkripsi data dan Sistem Peringatan Dini yang bertujuan untuk memberikan peringatan jika stok tersedia mendekati batas minimum yang ada.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a trending topic of conversation on social media today. one of the trending topics on social media in 2021 in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic related to tourism destinations that will reopen amid the increase in daily cases of covid 19 in a number of areas of Indonesia in particular. The implementation of the government's policy of opening tourist destinations has drawn various arguments or opinions among the public. especially social media users by providing arguments or tweets related to opinions through social media such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. In this study, an analysis of the sentiments of the Indonesian people, especially social media users, was carried out regarding government policies related to the opening of tourism in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic using the Naive Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms and knowing the comparison of the performance of the two algorithms. This dataset used is taken through various social media platforms with a data crawling process. The dataset used is a sql file. the number of datasets used to process data processing in the public sentiment analysis application about the opinion of opening tourism in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic on twitter as many as 570 tweets using 12 hashtags namely #Desabisa, #desawisata, #DiIndonesiaAja, #EraNewNormal and #LabuanBajo #MulaiDariDesa #PPKMDiPerpanjang #SobatParekraf #PlacesTourism #Bali Tours #Banyuwangi Tours #Jogja Tours. In the research conducted, the implementation of the results of the application of the Naive Bayes algorithm and the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm in the sentiment analysis of the opening of tourism destinations during the covid-19 pandemic was successfully carried out by producing the highest Naive Bayes accuracy rate of 75.53%, precision the highest positive is 71%, the highest negative precision is 25%, the highest positive recall is 99% and the highest negative recall is 14%. As for the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm, the highest accuracy rate is 48.66%, the highest positive precision is 69%, the highest negative precision is 14%, the highest positive recall is 69% and the highest negative recall is 28%. The level of accuracy in the comparison of the two algorithms shows that the Naive Bayes algorithm has the best performance with an accuracy level compared to the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm in analyzing the sentiments of social media users about the opening of tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Along with the increasing number of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk outlets, the company's human resource needs are also increasing. Therefore, the recruitment of new employees is very important to support the company's operations. In order to select prospective new employees to fill various positions needed by the company. Recruitment of new employees has not been carried out professionally. This is because there is no systematic method to assess the suitability of new employees. The application of a decision support system uses a combination of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. This method determines the weight value and ranking results of each candidate. Then, the company conducts the process of selecting candidate data based on the value closest to the old prospective employee to determine the final classification results. In this case, prospective new employees who qualify as employees are based on predetermined criteria. Then this decision support application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The conclusion in this study by combining the SAW and K-NN methods in the recruitment process is very helpful because the administrative and assessment processes are carried out online. So that decision makers can make choices quickly and accurately.

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, information technology companies are the main target of increasingly complex and intense cyberattacks. To address these threats, risk analysis is a crucial step to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with cyberattacks. This study aims to analyze the risk of cyber attacks on information technology companies using the Octave framework. The Octave framework provides systematic and structured risk management guidelines that can be applied to different types of risks, including cyber risks. Based on the results of the risk analysis, priority is given to risks with high severity to obtain appropriate mitigation measures. The proposed risk mitigation strategy includes the implementation of security technologies, the development of security policies and procedures, and the increase in employee awareness and training on cybersecurity practices. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of continuous monitoring and periodic evaluation of the effectiveness of the mitigation strategies implemented. In an effort to combat cybercrime and protect digital security, this writing uses the Octave framework method. The results of this study show that by using the Octave framework, companies can effectively identify and manage the risk of cyberattacks. The implementation of this framework not only improves information security, but also provides a systematic and structured approach to cyber threats, thereby strengthening the company's resilience to future attacks.
