Abstract

Kendari city is still a dengue endemic area. It is viewed from the topography of Kendari City which has a height between 0-472 m above sea level (DPL). The low ability to anticipate the occurrence of Dengue Fever is caused, among others, because the time, place and incidence rate has not been well predicted, the unavailability of index and vulnerability maps of the area based on the time of the incident, and the unavailability of predictive prediction model of DHF incidence. This underlies the need for DHF Prediction in Kendari City.The method used to predict dengue fever rate in Kendari city that is Modified K-Nearest Neighbor method. MKNN consists of two processing, the first data validation training that aims to validate training data and the second is to apply the weighting of KNN.Based on the results of testing conducted, application prediction of dengue fever (DHF) in kendari city using Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN) method is able to predict with the smallest error value 0,04%, for value k = 4 biggest error value 1 , 58 for the value of k = 4 and the smallest error rate of 0.28% for the value of k = 3.Keywords— Dengue Fever, Forecasting, Modified K-Nearst NeighborDOI :10.5281/zenodo.1402838

Abstract

The cow is a livestock that has a lot of economic potentials is quite promising. Diseases in cattle can be transmitted quickly and can result in death. The disease can be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasite. To prevent cattle disease is not contagious, then the owner of the cow must know first about the diseases in cattle, so it can be done prevention and treatment of cattle as early as possible.The expert system is a system designed to imitate an expert’s expertise in solving an existing problem. Knowledge of veterinary diseases is drawn up about literature and interviews with veterinarians about veterinary disease used to diagnose disease-disease illness and how to treat it.Determination of disease in this expert system is done through a consultation process between users with the system and also use Forward Chaining method. The system will display symptoms of the disease, then the user selected symptoms experienced. User-selected symptoms will be adjusted to the existing rule so that users will get the diagnosis of symptoms, types of disease and treatment solutions. Abstract

Payment is one of the important activities that in the transaction process. Currently, technology that supports payment system is quite a lot, however in implementation technology used still has a various of a problem such as, pin code used can be stolen, duplicated, and didn't possibility someone can forge wt the pin code of the plastic card owned. One way that can be used to resolve this is identification by taking the unique characteristics of limb.Finger vein is one of the biometric images that can be used to recognize a person. Finger vein can be used as an effective, efficient, and economical tool of payment the role of plastic cards. In this research, the method used is Local Line Binary Pattern horizontal (LLBPh). This method has a good ability to recognize of patterns, can resolve the shading irregular image  and the image area that has a high saturation. Based on the experimental results that used, the LLBPh method produces an accuracy of 92.08 with the threshold value.Keywords—Finger Vein recognition, LLBPh, Payment

Abstract

Abstrak Tumbuhan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia seperti makanan, obat-obatan, industri, melindungi lingkungan, bahkan penyedia oksigen bagi organisme lainnya. Untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis tumbuhan maka diperlukan klasifikasi. Klasifikasi tumbuhan dapat dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi fitur daun dalam tumbuhan tersebut. Dalam menentukan bagus dan tidaknya proses identifikasi citra maka diperlukan suatu proses perbaikan kualitas citra. Perbaikan kualitas citra digunakan untuk menyiapkan citra dalam kondisi yang ideal agar tidak menimbulkan masalah dan mempengaruhi hasil interpelasi serta mempengaruhi analisis dan perencanaan yang akan dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini metode klasifikasi yang digunakan adalah metode Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FKNN). Metode Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FKNN) merupakan metode yang paling objektif. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, penggunaan metode Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FKNN) didapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 93%. Kata kunci: Perbaikan kualitas citra, Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FKNN)

Abstract

Retribution information system is very important and indispensable in a terminal. At the Sabilambo Kolaka Terminal, especially in recapitulating retribution income data, they still use recording in the ledger, this makes it difficult for terminal officers to make a report so that the process for reporting terminal retribution income data to the Transportation Office in its implementation is still not optimal and over time there are losses and losses. data collection in the form of sheets of paper. Based on these problems, the researchers conducted a study with the title "Case Study Terminal Retribution Information System: Sabilambo Terminal". The information system is made using HTML, CSS, Javascript and the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database and data management process. The results of this study can be concluded that the system created works well and meets the requirements of the Sabilambo terminal. This can be seen from the survey results obtained from the questionnaire (93.53), indicating a value. A (very good).

Abstract

As one of the government agencies in the region, the Palewai Village office cannot be separated from its responsibility to improve the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on observations with the office, it is necessary to have an online system that can provide clear and up-to-date information, thus helping the public in obtaining information and services without having to come and gather in the service room. In addition, services with an online system will greatly help the people of Palewai Village during the pandemic. The online system in this service can be done by filling in the BPJS, KIS, SIM and SKTM cover letter forms from home so that people can avoid crowds in the service room as an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The Village Information System can be implemented properly using HTML, CSS and Java Script for the interface, then using the MySql database and to connect the interface and database using PHP programming. The results of the evaluation carried out with a Likert scale and continuum line obtained a system feasibility value of 4.07 with a very feasible category to be applied.

Abstract

Attractive learning media has become a necessity for teachers at all levels of education. For this reason, educators need to improve their competence in making good learning media. However, there are still many teachers who are not familiar with using technology to support their teaching and learning activities. As felt by MI and MTs AL-Mu'minin Kendari teachers who still find it difficult to make interesting and creative learning media. This service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers to create interesting media using the Canva application. The stages carried out in this activity are (1) coordinating with the school and identifying the needs of the target audience; (2) carry out community service activities with lecture, question and answer methods, and guided practice; and (3) evaluate and assign independent assignments. The results of this program showed an increase in teacher skills in making interesting learning media as seen from the independent assignments that were collected.

Abstract

Dinas Ketahanan Pangan (DKP) Kabupaten Kolaka merupakan lembaga pemerintah daerah yang memliki fungsi terkait dengan pelaksanaan dan pelayanan umum untuk ketersediaan distribusi pangan di wilayah Kabupaten Kolaka. Sejauh ini, proses pengolahan data pada kantor DKP masih belum terintegrasi antar tiap bidang yang ada pada kantor. Sistem yang sedang berjalan masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, tanpa adanya database. Akibat dari hal tersebut banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh staff seperti kesulitan pada saat proses pencarian data dikarenakan file yang terpisah-pisah dan juga sulit melakukan perekapan data. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan data ketahanan pangan secara lebih mudah dan dapat di akses dengan cepat. hasil penelitian adalah pertama sistem Informasi Ketahanan Pangan Pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kab. Kolaka telah berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database, dengan fitur yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan data ketahanan pangan secara lebih mudah dan dapat di akses dengan cepat oleh pihak dinas ketahanan pangan. kedua hasil kuisioner dari seluruh jawaban yang diberikan oleh pengguna adalah 24 dari 25 jawaban dengan presentase 96,67 %. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi yang dibangun benar benar membantu dalam pengelolaan data ketahanan pangan secara lebih mudah dan dapat di akses dengan cepat.

Abstract

Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Kolaka merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan kewenangan otonomi daerah yang terdiri dari 4 bidang yaitu Bidang Pemberdayaan Sosial, Penanganan Fakir Miskin, Rehabilitasi Sosial, Perlindungan dan Jaminan Sosial. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti ditemukan permasalahan pada bagian pelayanan Data Center yang digunakan masih berbasis dekstop dan offline. Permsalahan yang lain adalah seringnya terjadi kelupaan berkas pada saat ingin melakukan pengurusan bantuan sosial dan sejenisnya karena kurangnya informasi yang didapatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk menyediakan fitur pendataan pengaduan hasil keluhan masyarakat yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan laporan harian, mingguan dan bulanan. Fasilitas ini juga bisa digunakan sebagai salah satu fasilitas dari admin desa/kecamatan untuk memudahkan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat yang tinggal dipelosok desa yang jarak tinggalnya jauh dari kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Kolaka. Sistem informasi yang dikembang juga untuk menampilkan informasi seputar bantuan sosial dan persyaratan dari setiap bantuan sosial yang ada dan juga melayani pengaduan dari masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil, analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing untuk seluruh skenaro pengujian di peroleh hasil valid artinya sistem yang dibangun terbebas dari error. Kemudian dengan metode User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan nilai 87,3 % dengan kategori Baik Sekali.

Abstract

Palewai village is one of the villages in Kolaka district whose management is still manual and not yet computerized so that it slows down performance. The population data storage media is still using physical documents. Things like this are very vulnerable to duplicate data and lost data. This activity aims to socialize the Web-Based Village Information System (Sidpawai v1.0) at the Palewai Village Head's Office. Activities carried out by the method of socialization. The results of this activity show that the socialization carried out has been going well and clearly. This is evidenced by the enthusiasm and positive responses from village office employees and residents of Palewai village. The follow-up to this activity was training on the operation of Sidpawai v1.0 for village operators and the community.
