Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis suara guna meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi bagi penyandang disabilitas tunanetra, khususnya anggota PERTUNI. Metode Design Thinking diterapkan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu empathy, define, ideate, prototype, dan test, dengan pendekatan yang berpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang mampu membantu tunanetra dalam mengakses informasi digital secara mandiri dan efisien. Proses perancangan didukung oleh pemodelan UML seperti Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram, serta integrasi teknologi pembaca layar sebagai elemen penting dalam navigasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pengembangan solusi digital yang inklusif dan adaptif untuk penyandang disabilitas penglihatan.

Abstract

Waqf plays an important role in empowering the ummah, whether economically, socially, or educationally. Effective waqf management depends on the quality of the nazir, who is responsible for waqf assets. The Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) plays an important role in nazir coaching to ensure productive waqf management. This study aims to examine BWI's nazir coaching strategy and its impact on community empowerment. With a literature study-based qualitative approach, this research analyzes coaching programs such as administrative, managerial, and spiritual training. The results show that BWI's coaching has succeeded in improving the capacity of nazir in waqf management, especially in terms of managerial and leadership. However, challenges related to the diversity of nazir backgrounds and limited resources still exist. Although technical coaching is sufficient, social and spiritual aspects need to be improved. This study concludes that a more holistic and adaptive coaching strategy is needed to support sustainable waqf-based philanthropy.[Wakaf memiliki peran penting dalam pemberdayaan umat, baik secara ekonomi, sosial, maupun pendidikan. Pengelolaan wakaf yang efektif bergantung pada kualitas nazhir, yang bertanggung jawab atas aset wakaf. Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) memainkan peran penting dalam pembinaan nazhir untuk memastikan pengelolaan wakaf yang produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pembinaan nazhir oleh BWI dan dampaknya terhadap pemberdayaan umat. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis program pembinaan seperti pelatihan administratif, manajerial, dan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan BWI berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas nazhir dalam pengelolaan wakaf, terutama dalam hal manajerial dan kepemimpinan. Namun, tantangan terkait keberagaman latar belakang nazhir dan keterbatasan sumber daya masih ada. Meskipun pembinaan teknis sudah cukup, aspek sosial dan spiritual perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pembinaan yang lebih holistik dan adaptif diperlukan untuk mendukung filantropi berbasis wakaf yang berkelanjutan].

Abstract

Women are an interesting topic to be discussed anywhere and anytime without restrictions on place and time, especially regarding the education experienced by women, both general education and religious education. Women's education is a priority because women have a very important role in making decisions and influencing the lives of children and families.Empowerment is the transformation of power relations between men and women, the concept of empowerment can be understood in two contexts. First, power in the decision-making process. Second, related empowerment focuses on the relationship between women's empowerment and its impact on men in diverse communities.This research aims to find out the strategy of women's empowerment through the taklim council of the women of the Sunda Kelapa Grand Mosque. The five women's empowerment strategies used are increasing women's participation, providing religious education and expertise, providing leadership to women, increasing economic empowerment and increasing self-confidence.This study uses an interpretive research paradigm, a type of qualitative research, and a descriptive-analytical method. The results of this study show that the strategy carried out is with several activities such as teaching reading the Quran, teaching the book of figh, fostering women's faith, friendship programs, empowerment of duafa, improving the household economy, and forms of empowerment, namely intellectual, economic and spiritual empowerment. This is in accordance with the Theory of Religious Empowerment showing that the empowerment of women in the religious field at the Sunda Kelapa Grand Mosque is true.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction at Fachira Laundry Sungai Raya Dalam, Southeast Pontianak. The background of this study is based on the increasing competition in the laundry service business, so that every service provider is required to be able to maintain service quality, provide quality laundry results, and set appropriate prices to maintain customer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. A sample of 100 respondents was obtained through convenience sampling techniques. The research data was processed with the help of SPSS version 20 through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) tests. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables of service quality, product quality, and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 64.1%. This means that the three variables together are able to explain the variation in customer satisfaction by 64.1%, while the rest is explained by other factors outside this study. Meanwhile, partially the service quality variable does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In contrast, the product quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This confirms that Fachira Laundry's customer satisfaction is more determined by the quality of the laundry and the appropriateness of the price offered than by the service aspect. The implication of this research is the need for Fachira Laundry to improve the quality of its laundry and maintain a price balance with the benefits received by consumers, so that customer satisfaction and loyalty can be maintained.

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various institutions, including the hospitality sector, to adopt digital systems to support their operations. Hotel Sultan Medan, as one of the prominent hotels in the city of Medan, faces challenges in managing employee attendance and payroll, which are still handled manually. This manual process results in slow administrative work, inaccuracy, and susceptibility to data input errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based information system that integrates attendance and payroll management effectively and efficiently. The study employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes fast development while involving users actively in every stage of system design. The development process includes the stages of requirements planning, user design, system construction, and cutover or implementation. The system is also equipped with a GPS-based location validation feature to ensure that attendance is conducted within the hotel area, and it includes automated payroll calculations based on attendance data. Testing results indicate that the developed system operates according to user requirements and significantly improves the efficiency of the Human Resources Department. With the implementation of this system, Hotel Sultan Medan is expected to manage employee affairs more accurately, transparently, and digitally integrated. Keywords: Payroll System, Extreme Programming, Web Based, Grandhika Setiabudi Medan Hotel Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mendorong berbagai instansi, termasuk sektor perhotelan, untuk mengadopsi sistem digital dalam menunjang operasionalnya. Hotel Sultan Medan sebagai salah satu hotel ternama di kota Medan menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan absensi dan penggajian karyawan yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan proses administrasi menjadi lambat, kurang akurat, dan rentan terhadap kesalahan input data. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mengintegrasikan pengelolaan absensi dan penggajian secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang menekankan pada kecepatan pengembangan dengan melibatkan pengguna secara aktif dalam setiap fase perancangan sistem. Proses pengembangan dimulai dari tahap perencanaan kebutuhan, desain pengguna, konstruksi sistem, hingga tahap cutover atau implementasi. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur validasi lokasi berbasis GPS untuk memastikan absensi dilakukan di area hotel serta perhitungan penggajian otomatis berdasarkan data kehadiran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja bagian HRD. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, Hotel Sultan Medan diharapkan dapat melakukan proses pengelolaan kepegawaian dengan lebih akurat, transparan, dan terintegrasi secara digital. Kata kunci: Information System, Payroll, Attendance, Web, RAD, Hotel Sultan Medan

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media digital menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM di Desa Klambir V Kebon yang belum memaksimalkan penggunaan platform YouTube sebagai sarana promosi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten video, pengelolaan kanal YouTube, serta strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyampaian materi teori dan praktik langsung dalam bentuk workshop. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memproduksi konten video yang menarik, mengoptimalkan kanal YouTube, serta menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital. Dampak dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

This study examines the application of the ijarah contract within the digital sharing economy, focusing on platforms such as Gojek, Grab, and Airbnb. Employing a systematic literature review and qualitative content analysis, the research investigates academic literature, DSN-MUI fatwas, Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations, and normative principles of the Qur’an. The findings indicate that the ijarah contract remains relevant in digital economic practices but faces critical challenges, including uncertainty (gharar), information transparency, and consumer protection. The variant Ijarah Muntahiyah bi al-Tamlik (IMBT) is considered more adaptive for long-term digital transactions, as it provides ownership certainty at the end of the contract. DSN-MUI Fatwas No. 112/2017 and No. 117/2018 offer normative legitimacy, while OJK regulations strengthen legal certainty, transparency, and consumer protection. Contemporary research (Muhamad Zen, 2021; 2022) further highlights the importance of clear objects, pricing, duration, and dispute resolution mechanisms. These results are consistent with the Qur’anic principle in Q.S. Al-Qaṣaṣ [28]:26, emphasizing al-quwwah (competence) and al-amānah (trustworthiness) as ethical foundations. This study contributes to the development of contemporary fiqh muamalah by integrating classical theory, fatwas, regulations, and digital practices. Practical implications include strengthening contract transparency in digital platforms, designing Sharia-compliant tax regulations, and improving consumer protection mechanisms.

Abstract

The research problem of this study is the urgent need for real-time parking availability information to assist drivers in quickly and accurately locating available parking spaces, aiming to improve upon the accuracy not achieved by previous studies. The objective of this research is to enhance the classification accuracy of parking spaces using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model, specifically by integrating an effective normalizing function into the CNN architecture. The research method employed involves the application of four distinct normalizing functions to the EfficientParkingNet, a tailored CNN architecture designed for the precise classification of parking spaces. The results indicate that the EfficientParkingNet model, when equipped with the Group Normalization function, outperforms other models using Batch Normalization, Inter-Channel Local Response Normalization, and Intra-Channel Local Response Normalization in terms of classification accuracy. Furthermore, it surpasses other similar CNN models such as mAlexnet, you only look once (Yolo)+mobilenet, and CarNet in the same classification task. This demonstrates that EfficientParkingNet with Group Normalization significantly enhances parking space classification, thus providing drivers with more reliable and accurate parking availability information.

Abstract

AbstractZakat is an obligation for Muslims who can afford it. Compliance in paying zakat is still an important issue in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence compliance with paying zakat in society. The research method used is literature analysis by examining various sources such as scientific journals, books and related articles. The results of the analysis show that the adequacy of paying zakat is influenced by various factors, both internal and external. Internal factors include faith, understanding of religion, knowledge of zakat, intrinsic motivation, and social concern. External factors include income, social environment, ease of access to zakat institutions, trust in zakat institutions, and effectiveness of zakat socialization. Increasing compliance with paying zakat can be done through various efforts, such as increasing religious understanding regarding zakat, developing zakat education programs, increasing transparency of zakat institutions, creating a conducive social environment, and developing effective zakat socialization strategies.Keywords: Compliance with Paying Zakat, Internal Factors, External Factors, Intrinsic Motivation, Zakat Socialization.

Abstract

pH tanah merupakan salah satu parameter penting yang memengaruhi ketersediaan unsur hara dan produktivitas tanaman, termasuk pada budidaya jambu air. Pemantauan pH tanah secara konvensional masih memiliki keterbatasan, baik dari sisi akurasi, frekuensi pengukuran, maupun efisiensi tenaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem monitoring pH tanah berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan integrasi bahasa pemrograman Python sebagai pengolah data. Sensor pH tanah dihubungkan dengan mikrokontroler yang dilengkapi modul komunikasi untuk mengirimkan data secara real-time ke server. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diproses menggunakan Python untuk visualisasi, penyimpanan, serta analisis tren perubahan pH. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi yang cepat, akurat, dan berkelanjutan guna mendukung konsep pertanian cerdas. Dengan adanya sistem monitoring ini, petani dapat mengambil keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam pengelolaan lahan, pemupukan, serta perawatan tanaman, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas jambu air.
