Abstract

Dalam era digital, peningkatan efisiensi layanan pada industri jasa, termasuk bengkel bubut motor, menjadi kebutuhan utama. Sistem pemesanan dan konsultasi berbasis digital diperlukan untuk mengatasi kendala komunikasi, ketidaktepatan jadwal, dan transparansi layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemesanan jasa bengkel bubut motor menggunakan metode Scrum, salah satu kerangka kerja Agile yang memungkinkan pengembangan perangkat lunak secara iteratif dan fleksibel. Tahapan metodologi dalam penelitian ini meliputi product backlog, sprint planning, sprint execution, daily stand-up, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing, yang menunjukkan bahwa fitur utama, seperti registrasi pelanggan, pemesanan layanan, pelacakan status pengerjaan, pembayaran, dan notifikasi, telah berfungsi sesuai harapan. Hasil evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan kepuasan yang cukup tinggi, dengan rekomendasi perbaikan pada aspek keamanan login (OTP), notifikasi real-time, serta tampilan dashboard admin dan mekanik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Scrum dalam pengembangan sistem informasi pemesanan jasa bengkel bubut motor dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, transparansi layanan, serta kepuasan pelanggan. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat dijadikan referensi untuk penerapan Scrum pada industri jasa lainnya guna mengoptimalkan proses bisnis berbasis digital.

Abstract

Dalam era big data, mind mapping berbasis metadata menjadi pendekatan inovatif dalam riset multi-disiplin. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk membekali dosen dengan keterampilan dalam menggunakan Dimensions AI dan Inciteful guna eksplorasi metadata, pemetaan riset, dan analisis jaringan literatur. Dimensions AI menyediakan analisis metadata berbasis publikasi ilmiah, sementara Inciteful membantu dalam pemetaan hubungan sitasi untuk menemukan referensi yang relevan. Hasil workshop menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan mind mapping berbasis AI meningkatkan efisiensi eksplorasi literatur, mengidentifikasi research gap, serta mempercepat penyusunan framework penelitian. Peserta dapat menghubungkan berbagai konsep lintas disiplin secara lebih sistematis, yang berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas dan relevansi referensi akademik. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang teknologi AI, keterbatasan akses ke fitur premium, dan kompleksitas integrasi data lintas disiplin. Oleh karena itu, strategi pelatihan, bimbingan teknis, serta adopsi teknologi open-source diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya. Kesimpulannya, mind mapping berbasis metadata dengan Dimensions AI dan Inciteful merupakan solusi efektif untuk riset multi-disiplin, mempercepat publikasi ilmiah, serta mendorong kolaborasi akademik yang lebih luas dan berbasis data

Abstract

Background: Stroke is a leading cause of disability worldwide, significantly impacting motor function, sensory, visual, and cognitive abilities. Conventional physical therapy has traditionally been used for stroke rehabilitation. However, technological advances have introduced virtual reality (VR) as a rehabilitation tool. Research has highlighted the therapeutic value of VR in improving motor functions, with some studies suggesting superior outcomes compared to traditional therapy. Despite this, the literature presents varied results, necessitating a systematic review to evaluate the breadth of evidence. Objective: This study aims to compare the effectiveness of VR therapy with conventional physical therapy in extremity function among stroke patients. Methods: A primary search was conducted across PubMed, Scopus, and ProQuest databases using keywords related to stroke, VR, and conventional therapy. Studies will be included if they compare the efficacy of VR with conventional therapy in stroke rehabilitation. Non-comparative studies, non-English publications, and irrelevant topics will be excluded. Results: A literature search yielded 15 eligible journals using a randomized clinical trial. Analysis showed that 4 out of 15 articles found VR therapy not superior to conventional therapy, while the other 11 articles demonstrated that VR therapy statistically improved patient conditions compared to conventional therapy. Conclusion: VR-based exercises stimulate cortical reorganization and strengthen neural systems involved in motor planning, learning, and execution. Most studies indicate that VR therapy is more effective in enhancing motor recovery, balance, and limb function in stroke patients and increasing patient motivation and engagement than conventional training.

Abstract

Background: Head injury is a traumatic disturbance of brain function accompanied or without interstitial bleeding in the substance of the brain without interruption of brain continuity. The outcome of head injury is very important to know in order to prepare prevention measures, to prepare primary prevention strategies based on population size, and to prepare efficient and accurate treatment. Objective: To find out if there is a relationship between the degree of head injury and the postoperative results of neurosurgery patients at Waled Hospital in 2021-2022. Method: This type of research is qualitative research using an analytic observational method with a cross-sectional approach. The target population in this study were head injury patients who were treated at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency in 2021 – 2022. The sample size for this study was 50 people. Results: The degree of head injury in post-operative neurosurgery patients at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency in 2021-2022 has the most moderate head injuries (60%). The distribution of outcomes in postoperative neurosurgery patients at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency in 2021-2022 is mostly in the death category of 24 people (48%). The results of the Spearman correlation test showed that there is a p-value = 0.003, which means that there is a significant relationship between the degree of head injury and the postoperative outcome of neurosurgery patients at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency in 2021-2022. Then the results of the study found a value of r = 0.411, which means that there is a strong influence between the Degree of Head Injury and the Postoperative Results of Neurosurgery Patients at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency in 2021-2022. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the degree of head injury and the results of postoperative actions on Neurosurgery patients at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency in 2021-2022 Keywords: head injury, outcome, surgery in neurosurgery patients.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stroke merupakan penyebab utama disabilitas jangka panjang dengan gangguan fungsi motorik atas yang signifikan, sehingga mengganggu aktivitas harian pasien. Rehabilitasi dengan metode konvensional memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal keterlibatan pasien dan efektivitas jangka panjang. Inovasi terapi menggunakan Virtual Reality Upper Motoric Training (VRUMT) telah berkembang sebagai pendekatan alternatif yang interaktif dan menarik dalam pemulihan motorik pasca stroke. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektivitas Virtual Reality Upper Motoric Training terhadap pemulihan fungsi motorik atas pada pasien stroke di RSU Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan pre-test post-test with nonequivalent control group. Sampel sebanyak 20 pasien stroke yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (VRUMT) dan kelompok kontrol (fisioterapi konvensional). Penilaian fungsi motorik atas dilakukan menggunakan instrumen Fugl-Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity (FMA-UE) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil: Kelompok intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor FMA-UE dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Hasil uji statistik bivariat menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p < 0,05), menandakan bahwa Virtual Reality Upper Motoric Training efektif dalam meningkatkan fungsi motorik atas pasien stroke. Simpulan: Virtual Reality Upper Motoric Training terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemulihan fungsi motorik atas pada pasien stroke, dan dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai terapi alternatif yang inovatif dan menarik dalam program rehabilitasi stroke.

Abstract

Background: Fatigue is a significant challenge for geriatric patients, often leading to vulnerability and a poor quality of life. Virtual reality can potentially serve as a therapeutic intervention for fatigue and quality of life by positively influencing geriatric patients' motor and cognitive functions. Aims: To analyze the effectiveness of virtual reality training on fatigue and quality of life in geriatric patients at Kasih Nursing Home Cirebon, Indonesia. Methods: The research type was a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test, post-test, and nonequivalent group design. Sampling utilized non-probability sampling techniques, specifically total sampling divided into two groups. The intervention group received five treatment sessions over five weeks, each session lasting 15 minutes and conducted on the same days apart. Data was collected using the Fatigue Severity Scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF. Data analysis employed paired t-tests, independent t-tests, and N-Gain scores. Results: The results of the paired t-test for the control group showed a non-significant difference in fatigue (p = 0.363 > 0.05). In contrast, the intervention group showed significant improvements in fatigue (p < 0.001) and quality of life (p = 0.049). The independent t-test revealed no significant differences between groups in pre-test scores. However, post-test scores showed significant differences between groups for fatigue (p = 0.048) and quality of life (p = 0.004). The N-Gain Score test indicated that the virtual reality motor cognitive intervention was effective in reducing fatigue (83.96%) but had a limited impact on quality of life (28.32%). Conclusion: Virtual reality training is effective against fatigue, however, while there was a significant increase in quality of life after the virtual reality intervention; virtual reality was not significantly effective in improving the overall quality of life of geriatric patients. Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in medical education and clinical practice has been increasingly developed, highlighting the importance of equipping medical students with knowledge and skills regarding AI. However, the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of AI use among students still needed to be evaluated. To identify the description of knowledge, attitudes and practices towards the use of AI among medical students. This study used a descriptive observational method with a cross-sectional approach. Stratified random sampling was conducted, involving 321 students. Data were collected through an adapted and validated questionnaire. Univariate analysis was used to show the frequency distribution of respondents’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices toward the use of AI. Findings showed that the most students had a high level of knowledge (63.9%), with good understanding of basic concepts. Overall, students displayed a positive attitude (53.3%), shown by support for integrating AI into the curriculum, despite concerns about ethical implications and potential replacement of human roles. Majority of students also showed high level of practice (50.8%), with AI most commonly used for academic purposes such as preparing assignments, studying, and checking grammar, however for research and career planning remained limited. Medical students showed enthusiasm and acceptance toward the use of AI, but deeper understanding and wider utilization still needed improvement. It was expected that AI learning could be integrated into the curriculum so that students would be better prepared to face technological developments in medicine.

Abstract

Sebagai sebuah gagasan dan metode editing dalam film, istilah thematic montage yang idenya dieksplorasi oleh D.W. Griffith pada tahun 1920-an menekankan asosiasi ide serta mengabaikan kontinuitas waktu dan ruang di dalam sebuah film. Dalam sejarahnya, Griffith mengeksplorasi gagasan itu dalam sebuah film berjudul Intolerance (1916) yang menyatukan empat cerita berbeda dengan satu tema yang sama. Tulisan ini berusaha membongkar upaya sebuah film pendek berjudul Di Balik Bilik (2017) merepresentasikan sebuah pemikiran sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat modern hari ini, dengan menggunakan film pendek yang menerapkan konsep thematic montage atau montase tematik.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTelah dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan persentase mineral magnetik dan nilai suseptibilitas magnetik dari sampel bijih besi dari tiga lokasi tambang di Sumatera Barat.Tiga lokasi tambang tersebut terletak di Kecamatan Asam Jujuhan Kabupaten Dharmasraya, Kecamatan Sangir Balai Janggo Kabupaten Solok Selatan dan Kecamatan Tigo Lurah Kabupaten Solok.Suseptibilitas magnetik diukur dengan Bartington MS2 Magnetic Susceptibility Meter dengan MS2B dual frequency sensor.Pengukuran suseptibilitas magnetik dilakukan pada 15 arah.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata persentase mineral magnetik bijih besi masing-masing lokasi berturut-turut yaitu 90,8%, 91,6% dan 95,1%. Nilai rata-rata suseptibilitas magnetik masing-masing lokasi berturut-turut didapatkan 1332,6×10-8 m3kg-1, 1339,2×10-8 m3kg-, dan 1347,5×10-8 m3kg-1. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mineral magnetik bijih besi dari masing-masing lokasi diperkirakan didominasi oleh mineral ilmenit (FeTiO3) yang bersifat feromagnetik.Nilai koefisien keragaman dari ketiga lokasi tambang berturut-turut yaitu 3,17%, 5,32% dan 4,09% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyimpangan perhitungan nilai suseptibilitas masih relatif kecil.Kata Kunci:Suseptibilitas, anisotopi, magnetik, dan bijih besiAbstractThe research to determine percentage of magnetic mineral and the value of susceptibility magnetic of iron ore from three mine locations in West Sumatera has been done. Those three areas are located in Asam Jujuhan Districts Dharmasraya, Sangir Balai Janggo Districts Solok Selatan and Tigo Lurah Districts Solok. Magnetic susceptibility is measured by using Bartington MS2 Magnetic Susceptibility Meter with MS2B dual frequency sensor, from fifteen different directions of samples. The result of research show that the average percentage of magnetic mineral of iron ore for each location are 90.8%, 9.16%  and 95.1%. The average value of magnetic susceptibility are 1332.6×10-8 m3kg-1, 1339.2×10-8m3kg-1, and 1347.5×10-8 m3kg-1.From these values it can be estimated mineral iron ore mineral from each location is dominated by ilmenit mineral (FeTiO3) which are ferromagnetic. Diversity coefficient of three consecutive mine is 3.17%, 5.32% and 4.09% and it can be concluded that the deviation of susceptibility calculation is still relatively small.Keywords: susceptibility, anisotropy, magnetic, and iron ore
