Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence digital marketing, promotions and prices have on online purchasing decisions, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis tools. The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially digital marketing, promotion and price variables affect purchasing decisions almost at the @hampersurabaya store in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. In order to remain competitive in this pandemic era, @hampersurabaya must pay attention to pricing, convenience in online purchases, intensive promotions, and being sensitive to this pandemic condition, so that the products sold can be combined with health care products, which can later influence purchasing decisions. The results of observations made on respondents who work outside the home, who have a busy life in the office greatly affect them in making purchasing decisions, so the only way because of their busyness they end up having to make a lot of online purchasing decisions. Marketing through digital media has a huge impact on business people. With digital media, they can market their products widely, promotions carried out to attract many consumers can be easily obtained, for example by advertising their products through online promotions, by displaying their products through advertisements on Facebook, advertisements on Instagram and social media. other. This method is quite accurate, because currently Facebook and Instagram are still the most popular social media and almost all adults have Facebook and Instagram accounts. To find out the size of the price, consumers can easily get that information. Especially now that the world of marketing through the marketplace has mushroomed in almost all of the world.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Background (UMKM) plays an important role inining environmental sustainability through sustainable business innovation. Gender, as a component that affects organizational dynamics, can also contribute to the changes made by UMKM to support environmentally friendly business practices. However, there is not much research specifically investigating how gender plays a role in driving UMKM innovation to maintain environmental sustainability. This study uses relevant literature to understand how gender factors influence innovative practices and environmental sustainability in UMKM business. By analysing the literature in depth, this study aims to find patterns of the relationship between gender, business innovation, and sustainability of the environment in the context of UMKM. Therefore, this article is expected to provide a more in-depth insight into how UMKM This research uses the type of meta-analysis research, in which research findings from various researchers are combined. Research results can be accessed by some researchers using Google Scholar or Google Scientist searches to find out how much impact the application of research models, methods, or strategies has. With a sample of literature 10 years before 2024.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and feasible Android-based interactive e-module on the subject of salt hydrolysis to improve High order thinking skills of students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research instrument is a validation test questionnaire and feasibility test with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the expert validation test obtained an average value of 81.85% with Good criteria and in the feasibility test obtained an average value of 88.18% with Good criteria. So that the interactive android-based e-module on the material of salt hydrolysis to improve High order thinking skills is feasible and practical to use in learning.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan daya saing organisasi. Di tengah dinamika perubahan lingkungan kerja yang semakin kompleks, dibutuhkan strategi yang mampu mengidentifikasi potensi serta mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan SDM melalui pendekatan Assessment Center dan Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan terkait kedua konsep tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Assessment Center efektif dalam menilai kompetensi individu melalui simulasi situasi kerja yang mendekati kondisi nyata. Sementara itu, Gugus Kendali Mutu berperan dalam menciptakan budaya kerja partisipatif melalui keterlibatan langsung karyawan dalam proses perbaikan berkelanjutan. Sinergi antara kedua pendekatan ini dapat membentuk sistem pengembangan SDM yang holistik, mulai dari seleksi dan penilaian hingga pembinaan dan pemberdayaan karyawan. Kesimpulannya, kombinasi Assessment Center dan Gugus Kendali Mutu memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan SDM yang berkualitas dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Masih banyak guru yang belum familier dengan proses publikasi karya tulis ilmiah di jurnal ber-ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) atau terakreditasi. Peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang karakteristik karya tulis ilmiah dan etika penulisannya, serta peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mencari referensi dan menerapkan teknik penulisan yang baik dalam bentuk artikel jurnal menjadi tujuan diadakannya Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan PkM ini berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan mengadopsi model siklus Deming, yakni Plan, Do, Check, dan Act. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 1 Bintan dengan peserta berjumlah 37 guru. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penilaian produk naskah artikel jurnal yang dihasilkan oleh peserta. Hasil yang telah dicapai berupa meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah berupa artikel jurnal. Dampak dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah 48% guru peserta yang mengikuti hingga tahap akhir berhasil melakukan publikasi ke jurnal sasaran yang ada di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (FKIP UMRAH).

Abstract

Background: Character education in Indonesia requires learning approaches that go beyond content mastery to foster responsibility among students. Specific background: Conventional methods in civic education have proven less engaging and inadequate in cultivating responsible attitudes. Knowledge gap: Limited models exist that integrate technology-driven, interactive approaches with systematic character formation. Aim: This study developed and implemented a web-based CERDAS learning path to foster responsibility in junior high school students, specifically in the context of civic rights and obligations. Results: Using the ADDIE model, six stages of CERDAS (Create Interest, Explore Concepts, Reflect, Discuss, Act, Conclude and Share) were designed and validated. Testing with 30 ninth-grade students demonstrated significant growth in responsibility, reflected in discipline, autonomy, collaboration, and commitment. High validation scores (96% for material, 87% for media) confirmed the product’s feasibility. Novelty: This study introduced a systematic, web-based instructional flow explicitly designed to shape responsibility through interactive civic learning. Implications: The CERDAS model offers a scalable strategy for embedding responsibility into digital civic education, contributing to character-based education in Indonesia and beyond. Highlights Students showed greater responsibility in academic, social, and collaborative tasks. Web-based CERDAS learning path engaged students actively in civic education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk partisipasi KWT “Bukit Mawar” dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga serta faktor yang memengaruhi partisipasi tersebut di Desa Bukit Lembah Subur Kecamatan Kerumutan Kabupaten Pelalawan, menggunakan teori pilihan rasional Coleman dan teori tindakan sosial Weber. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik sensus, dimana seluruh kepengurusan KWT “Bukit Mawar” sebanyak 30 orang dijadikan responden penelitian, melalui observasi, kuesioner, serta dokumentasi, dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa anggota KWT “Bukit Mawar” di Desa Bukit Lembah Subur, aktif berpartisipasi dalam berbagai tahap kegiatan kelompok. Partisipasi anggota KWT dalam tahap perencanaan berada pada kategori sedang dengan skor (436). Pada tahap pelaksanaan mendapat skor (464), tahap menikmati hasil menunjukkan skor (494), dan pada tahap evaluasi menghasilkan skor (464) dengan kategori tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi partisipasi meliputi pengetahuan dengan skor (487), penghasilan pada skor (467), dan lama menetap pada skor (479), berada pada kategori tinggi. Pada faktor pendidikan dan pekerjaan berada pada kategori sedang dengan skor (446) dan (434). Secara keseluruhan, penelitian menggarisbawahi pentingnya pemberdayaan anggota melalui peningkatan pada pengetahuan, pengelolaan waktu, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi untuk memperkuat partisipasi KWT “Bukit Mawar” dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan sebagai sumber pangan lokal yang cukup, layak, bebas dari bahan atau zat berbahaya, dan terjangkau sebagaimana konsep ketahanan pangan yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 tentang pangan. Kesimpulannya, keterlibatan anggta KWT “Bukit Mawar” sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan sebagai sumber pangan lokal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan sosialisasi dan pembinaan agar peran KWT lebih optimal dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan daerah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan strategi pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani untuk mewujudkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer retention on the e-commerce website Hijup. This study uses website quality, brand image, and Islamic physical attributes as factors that will shape customer satisfaction which in turn will affect customer retention. This research is quantitative research using two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by distributing online questionnaires through social media, and secondary data is obtained from books, journals, papers, websites, etc. The number of respondents used in this study were 185 respondents from Hijup consumers who had bought online more than once. This study uses the type of SEM-PLS analysis with SMARTPLS 3.0 software tools. This study shows that website quality and brand image affect customer satisfaction. Moreover, customer satisfaction is able to moderate website quality and brand image on customer retention on the Hijup website, but Islamic physical attributes have a negative relationship with customer satisfaction.
