This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic Work Ethics as Moderating Locus Of Control To Energy Job Satisfaction Educator at the Foundation Boarding school Nailussa'adah Surabaya. Approach on research This is approach quantitative. Variable Independent on study This that is Locus Of Controls, variable dependent on study This that is satisfaction Work. And variable Moderate on study This is Islamic work ethics. The population of this research is teaching staff at the Foundation Boarding school Nailussa'adah. For the sample in this study, purposive sampling techniques and methods were used collection data use questionnaire. Analysis data Which used that is model analysis Moderated Regression equation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna produk ERHA di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 120 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria responden merupakan pengguna produk ERHA di Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk dan pelayanan secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang pada akhirnya membentuk loyalitas pelanggan pengguna produk ERHA di Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Generasi Z dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Generasi Z yang bekerja sambil menempuh pendidikan tinggi di wilayah Kota Surabaya, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4, untuk menguji model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 (<0,05), dan beban kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 (<0,05). Selanjutnya, motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Stres kerja dan beban kerja secara langsung juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, masing-masing dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 (<0,05) dan 0,000 (<0,05). Selain itu, hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,040 (<0,05), serta memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,046 (<0,05).

Abstract

This study analyzes the representation of traditional Nusantara cuisine in the novel Nonik Jamu (2024) by Rina Suryakusuma using a gastro-critical approach enriched with semiotic analysis. The analysis focuses on three main aspects: (1) how traditional Nusantara cuisine is represented in the novel; (2) how traditional Nusantara cuisine reflects social and cultural values; and (3) how traditional Nusantara cuisine contributes to the formation of character identity. The findings show that traditional Nusantara cuisine functions not only as a narrative element but also as a medium of complex cultural representation. The results include: (1) the representation of traditional Nusantara cuisine through processes of preparation, presentation, and consumption; (2) the presence of social and cultural values; and (3) traditional Nusantara cuisine as a means of shaping character identity. This study contributes to the development of literary gastronomy in Indonesia, particularly in understanding the relationship between traditional Nusantara cuisine, culture, and identity within literary texts.

Abstract

Internal employee relations are a crucial aspect of organizational sustainability. Good interactions between employees and between employees and management can create a conducive work environment, increase loyalty, and encourage optimal performance. This article aims to examine the role of internal employee relations in improving loyalty and performance, as well as the factors that influence them. The method used is a literature review, reviewing various theories and previous research findings. The study results indicate that effective communication, trust, and teamwork are key to building strong internal relations. Therefore, organizations need to consider internal relationship management strategies to achieve their desired goals.
