Abstract

The fingerprint is one kind of biometric. This biometric unique data have to be processed well and secure. The problem gets more complicated as data grows. This work is conducted to process image fingerprint data with a memetic algorithm, a simple and reliable algorithm. In order to achieve the best result, we run this algorithm in a parallel environment by utilizing a multi-thread feature of the processor. We propose a high-performance computing memetic algorithm (HPCMA) to process a 7200 image fingerprint dataset which is divided into fifteen specimens based on its characteristics based on the image specification to get the detail of each image. A combination of each specimen generates a new data variation. This algorithm runs in two different operating systems, Windows 7 and Windows 10 then we measure the influence of data size on processing time, speed up, and efficiency of HPCMA with simple linear regression. The result shows data size is very influencing to processing time more than 90%, to speed up more than 30%, and to efficiency more than 19%.

Abstract

In a world where the algorithm can control the lives of society, it is not surprising that specific complications in determining the fairness in the algorithmic decision will arise at some point. Machine learning has been the de facto tool to forecast a problem that humans cannot reliably predict without injecting some amount of subjectivity in it (i.e., eliminating the “irrational” nature of humans). In this paper, we proposed a framework for defining a fair algorithm metric by compiling information and propositions from various papers into a single summarized list of fairness requirements (guideline alike). The researcher can then adopt it as a foundation or reference to aid them in developing their interpretation of algorithmic fairness. Therefore, future work for this domain would have a more straightforward development process. We also found while structuring this framework that to develop a concept of fairness that everyone can accept, it would require collaboration with other domain expertise (e.g., social science, law, etc.) to avoid any misinformation or naivety that might occur from that particular subject. That is because this field of algorithmic fairness is far broader than one would think initially; various problems from the multiple points of view could come by unnoticed to the novice’s eye. In the real world, using active discriminator attributes such as religion, race, nation, tribe, religion, and gender become the problems, but in the algorithm, it becomes the fairness reason.

Abstract

Jakarta has many types of public transportation such as Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL), Transjakarta, taxi, angkot, metromini, mikrolet, bajaj, ojek, etc. But, there are some problems that happen in public transportation where the people don’t want to use public transportation and choose to use private transportation that cause more traffic in Jakarta. The problems of public transportation are in the facility which is still inappropriate, unclear information, uncomfortable, bad accessibility of public transportation which take more time to reach the destination, more complicated than taking the private transportation, and about the society, people don’t want to be labeled as low-class level. This paper is representing how to make the better system for public transportation in Jakarta with smart integrated payment system. Aim of this system is to encourage people to use public transportation rather than private transportation. The payment system that proposed are using smartphone application by scanning the QR Code or using smart card. User can easily pay through application by scanning QR code to pay the public transportation. The proposed of this smart integrated payment system will have opportunity as profit when collaborate with business when they can advertise their business and get customer from our user.

Traditionally, higher education institutions have combined several functions in their faculty. Abstract

Being a company with a high level of productivity is the goal of all companies. If a company or organization has high productivity, the company or organization can be called an advanced company. PT GMF AeroAsia is one that always tries to increase its productivity. PT GMF AeroAsia is a company engaged in aircraft maintenance or known as Maintenance Repair and Overhoul (MRO). PT GMF AeroAsia always tries to improve its performance through increased manhours productivity. If the productivity productivity increases every year, the company's revenue or revenue can increase as well, thus the company will progress and develop to be equal to the world's top ten (10) Maintenance and Overhoul (MRO) companies as the vision of PT GMF AeroAsia is to become a top ten MRO in the World. Therefore, the research will be carried out by analyzing the performance through manhours productivity in every maintenance project in the base maintenance, especially in cabin base maintenance. In this study, an executive information system (EIS) in the form of a dashboard for decision makers such as managers, general managers and vice presidents will be proposed. The aim is as a source of information to identify, control performance and can help and support as a source of information for leaders in deciding wise and strategic decisions on performance, especially the performance of cabin base maintenance units at PT GMF AeroAsia

Abstract

Pada paper ini kami mendesain 2 buah model desain data warehouse untuk dinas pemadam kebakaran DKI Jakarta. Model desain data warehouse yang pertama dikategorikan sebagai fact constellation schema, dimana terdapat 3 fact tabel, 2 dimensi tabel dan 1 sub dimensi tabel, sementara model desain data warehouse yang ke-2 adalah fact constellation schema yang hanya terdiri dari hanya 3 tabel fakta. Kedua model data warehouse ini ditampilkan dengan maksud agar penerapan data warehouse berdasarkan data pemadam kebakaran ini akan terlihat bedanya dan yang pasti akan lebih cepat dengan menggunakan model ke-2 yang dikategorikan sebagai model data warehouse yang tidak normal dimana hanya terdiri dari 3 tabel fakta yang mana kurangnya proses join pada tabel fakta dan dimensi pada data warehouse akan mempercepat proses query dalam membangun laporan data warehouse. Model desain data warehouse tersebut didesain berdasarkan 4 table file excell yang masing-masing memiliki 1 table yang diunduh dari website dinas pemadam kebakaran DKI Jakarta pada website data.jakarta.go.id.

Abstract

Penderita gangguan pendengaran belum mendapat perhatian serius dari pihak yang berwenang, yang membuat para penderita ini bingung untuk memilih media pembelajaran untuk melakukan interaksi dan diisolasi dari lingkungan sosial mereka. Kami berusaha untuk membantu orang-orang dengan gangguan pendengaran dan bagaimana berkomunikasi menggunakan aplikasi mobile yang disebut Deaf Helper, yang memiliki banyak fitur seperti pendaftaran, video interaktif , penerjemah bahasa isyarat, forum, layanan pelanggan, perpustakaan, informasi, sejarah, acara, donasi, dan toko.

Abstract

Instansi Pemerintah DKI Jakarta mempunyai data Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) yang begitu besar yaitu 16.364 record, sehingga membutuhkan alokasi penyimpanan yang besar dan sulit mengolah data-data yang digunakan oleh manajemen Instansi Pemerintah DKI Jakarta dalam pengambilan keputusan. Data Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) akan digunakan untuk pengolahan data mining yang bertujuan untuk membantu penentuan pola (patterns) dari attribute apa saja yang akan menjadi nilai tertinggi untuk menentukan perubahan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Aplikasi Data Mining dengan metode Supervised Emerging Patterns akan digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mengelola data-data yang besar tersebut, sehingga memudahkan pembuatan laporan pola (patterns) dan menghasilkan informasi dan laporan pola (patterns) yang cepat. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan CRISP-DM. Perancangan aplikasi Data Mining Supervised Emerging Patterns menggunakan bahasa pemprograman Java, tools NetBeans dan database Mysql yang digunakan untuk membangun sebuah teknologi Supervised Emerging Patterns pada sebuah Attribut untuk pengambilan keputusan, mempermudah user untuk menentukan pola (patterns) dari attribute apa saja yang ada pada Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) dan mempermudah pengolahan jumlah data yang besar, khususnya data Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Perubahan.
