Abstract

Mahasiswa adalah sebutan bagi mereka yang sedang belajar di perguruan tinggi. Dengan masuknya seseorang tersebut ke dalam perguruan tinggi dan menjadikannya sebagai mahasiswa, maka orang tersebut akan memiliki lingkungan dan pertemanan yang baru. Namun, menjadi seorang mahasiswa tidaklah mudah, di samping ketidakpuasan seorang mahasiswa sering kali timbulnya rasa tidak nyaman dan kurang bahagia. Tentu saja mahasiswa harus memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik. Salah satu aspek yang menjadi pemicu terjadinya kesejahteraan psikologis adalah menjalin hubungan yang positif dengan orang lain. Dalam kualitas pertemanan yang dibuat seharusnya dapat bermanfaat baik agar bisa mengurangi depresi dan perilaku negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pertemanan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasi. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 118 orang dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara online. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan, artinya semakin tinggi kualitas pertemanan maka semakin tinggi pula kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman sebagai cara menjaga bahkan meningkatkan kualitas pertemanan melalui dukungan dan kepedulian untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya penurunan kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made significant changes to people’s lives. Including career women who work from home, feel the impact of these changes. Challenges and burdens borne by career women in the middle of public stigma about women who should be at home, doing domestic work, taking care of their husbands and children and then increasing when they have to do it together with office work at home. The purpose of this study is to reveal the dual role conflict experienced by career women when working from home during covid-19 pandemic. The method used in writing this article uses the library method. A mother who has a dual role during a pandemic finds her work responsibilities getting more difficult. The burden is in the form of the responsibility of accompanying school children from home and work responsibilities which apparently during the pandemic are increasing. Especially when children learn online. Here the role of a mother increases because she has to act as a teacher to accompany her child. This makes career women find it difficult because they are also carrying out their duties from home (WFH) at the same time. Career women often find it difficult because they have to divide their focus between work and accompanying children during online school. So that the dual role conflict experienced by career women when working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic increases because roles in work and family are carried out in the same place at the same time.

Abstract

The Ministry of Health emphasizes that stunting is a condition of growth failure due to prolonged nutritional deficiencies, exacerbated by inadequate catch-up growth. Stunting is a complex issue requiring specific and multisectoral interventions. This study aims to examine the acceleration pattern of stunting management in Banjarmasin City. A mixed-methods approach was employed using an embedded strategy, where the primary method was qualitative, and the secondary method was descriptive quantitative. Informants were selected through purposive sampling from the pentahelix components, with data analysis following the Miles and Huberman model. The study's recommendations include a psychoeducation program for families at risk of stunting, formalized through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and an implementation guideline; a mayoral policy for relevant SKPDs based on the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) cycle (PPEPP); recruitment and training of Posyandu cadres; an integrated stunting master data system; community leader involvement in program outreach; and the establishment of a monitoring and evaluation team with scheduled indicators

Abstract

Inclusive Education is currently a concern in order to fulfill the rights of children with special needs to learn. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of research on the theme of Inclusive Education, identify current conditions, trends and other indicators by analyzing articles sourced from Scopus since 2010-2024. This study examines publications per year, keyword trends, Co-author Analysis, countries and organizations. 414 articles were obtained as samples. This study uses Vosviewer software to analyze the data. This study provides an important basis for further researchers to develop more inclusive education policies and practices. Practically, the results of this study emphasize the need for policies that support teacher training, especially in developing countries, to ensure the achievement of educational inclusivity.

Abstract

Small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs) often face challenges in running their businesses. Not a few SMEs have gone bankrupt due to the lack of innovation in running and developing their businesses. This study aims to determine the role of psychological capital in innovative work behaviors of SMEs entrepreneurs. The research method is a quantitative non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design and using simple linear regression analysis. The study included 70 SMEs entrepreneurs from Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The results of the analysis show that psychological capital plays a role in increasing the innovative work behavior of SMEs entrepreneurs. The implication of this research is to increase the psychological capital of SMEs entrepreneurs so that they can create innovations in running their businesses and can compete internationally.Pelaku UMKM sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Tidak sedikit UMKM yang bangkrut dikarenakan minimnya inovasi dalam menjalankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran modal psikologis terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pelaku UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif non eksperimen dengan desain korelasional dan cross-sectional serta menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Responden penelitian adalah pelaku UMKM di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan yang berjumlah 70 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja inovatif pelaku UMKM dapat ditingkatkan melalui modal psikologis. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan modal psikologis para pelaku UMKM sehingga mereka mampu menciptakan inovasi-inovasi dalam menjalankan usahanya dan bisa bersaing secara internasional.
