Abstract

Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, sebagian besar pembelajaran di sekolah dilakukan secara daring. Hal ini menuntut para guru untuk memiliki keterampilan menggunakan berbagai media pembelajaran daring. Para guru juga dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan dan penguasaan terhadap metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Guru PAUD/TK merupakan ujung tombak dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini, diharapkan memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan mengajar. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pelatihan membuat dan menggunakan bigbook story telling kepada guru IGABA Banjarmasin. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan dua metode, yaitu teori dan praktik. Dalam tahapan pelatihan diisi dengan (1) Apa itu Big Book?, (2) Bagaimana membuat cerita anak, (3) Manfaat dan Cara Mendongeng, (4) Pendidikan Karakter Anak dan terakhir, dan (5) Praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat bigbook story telling serta memahami cara menerapkannya sebagai metode pembelajaran karakter untuk anak usia dini.

Abstract

Bapas plays a role in mentoring clients and one of his duties is to make community research reports (Litmas). Considering the importance and importance of Litmas in helping judges to make a right and fair decision, to determine appropriate coaching therapy, the Litmas report must be able to provide a clear picture of the background of the client's life, both in the past and after becoming a client. All problems contained in life and the social environment are covered in the Litmas content report. The purpose of this activity is to: (1) Improve the ability to write scientific papers of PK. (2) Improve understanding of Indonesian spelling rules. (3) Provide training in writing narrative from interviews and observations. The activity was carried out for one day which was divided into 3 sessions. From the results of the activity, it was concluded that many Litmas writing violated the rules of the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling. In addition, the obstacle faced by PK in writing Litmas is the difficulty in transforming the data obtained in the field into narrative form.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sastra dengan lingkungan melalui kajian ekologi sastra, sehingga dapat diperoleh nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam karya sastra. Salah satunya adalah penanaman sikap cinta tanah air. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini berupa kata, kalimat, dan dialog yang terdapat dalam novel bersetting di Kalimantan Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian adalah dengan melakukan pembacaan terhadap novel yang bersetting di Kalimantan Selatan, mendata  semua kata-kata, frasa, kalimat, dialog dan paragraf yang berhubungan lingkungan yang terdapat dalam novel bersetting di Kalimantan Selatan, setelah data terkumpul, data akan dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan keindahan alam dan kerusakan alam yang digambarkan dalam novel. Keindahan alam loksado yang hendaknya selalu dijaga dan kerusakan hutan yang diakibatkan oleh aktivitas tambang illegal memberikan dampak bagi alam dan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Melalui gambaran tersebut memberikan pemahaman kepada pembaca agar memiliki sikap cinta tanah air yang dapat dilakukan dengan mencegah kerusakan hutan, menjaga keberadaan hutan-hutan hijau, dan mempertahankan kebudayaan.  Kata kunci: ekologi sastra, novel, cinta tanah air

Abstract

Dalam rangka menyiapkan peserta didik yang memiliki kecakapan abad ke-21, pemerintah akan melakukan Asesmen Kemampuan Minimun (AKM) pada tahun 2021. Penilaian dalam AKM mengacu pada tolak ukur yang termuat dalam Programme for International Student Assesment (PISA) dan Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS). Pengembangan soal AKM disusun untuk membantu sekaligus memberi inspirasi kepada peserta didik dan sekolah dalam mengembangkan soal-soal yang dapat menuntut peserta didik memiliki kemampuan kecakapan abad ke-21. Masalah dalam pengabdian ini adalah belum diketahuinya soal AKM terbarukan program pemerintah bagi guru-guru bahasa Indonesia pada khususnya. Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian ini adalah melatih guru-guru untuk bisa berinovasi dalam pengembangan soalnya, khususnya soal AKM yang menjadi program pemerintah di tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah bentuk sosialisasi daring mengenai pengembangan soal-soal AKM bagi guru-guru Bahasa Indonesia se- Kota Banjarmasin. Hasil dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalan hasil cipta berupa soal-soal yang sesuai dengan program pemerintah melalui soal-soal AKM bagi guru-guru Bahasa Indonesia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, melalui bahan ajar ini guru-guru dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman dan bagaimana soal AKM literasi membaca, serta melatihkan kepada peserta didik di sekolahnya masing-masing.

Abstract

Pendidikan literasi saat ini marak diagunkan karena memiliki peran penting bagi masa depan anak. Namun, berbanding terbalik dengan teori, praktik pendidikan literasi di lapangan masih memerlukan perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan mengembangkan big book storytelling dwibahasa untuk mendukung perkembangan literasi anak usia dini. Menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris, big book disampaikan dengan teknik mendongeng yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kosakata anak dan minat mereka terhadap kedua bahasa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan berdasarkan model Reeves (2006) dan melibatkan 74 guru taman kanak-kanak yang ada di Banjarmasin. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Tahapan pengembangan terbagi menjadi empat fase: analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan produk, implementasi, dan refleksi. Validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa big book yang dikembangkan telah layak dan dapat digunakan untuk anak usia dini baik dari segi psikologis, pembelajaran, kualitas fisik, dan bahasa. Anak-anak juga menikmati belajar dengan menggunakan media ini berdasarkan hasil observasi

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of storytelling for teachers and parents of PAUD students in Pulantan Village, Aluh-Aluh sub-district. This dedication was held on Thursday, March 22, 2018, in PAUD Makanatut Talibin. The target of this activity is PAUD teachers and student parents/guardians. The reason for choosing this school is because the schools are classified as far from the city center and include the villages built by the PKH program. The method used in the implementation is by presentation/lecture and storytelling simulation/training. After this activity was carried out, it was concluded that storytelling had not become a habit and approach to the formation of children's character both by teachers and parents. This is because teachers and parents have very little ability in storytelling. Therefore, in the future, it is hoped that further training will be carried out by involving more teachers and parents and bringing in speakers who are more competent in storytelling such as Mother Enik Mintarsih, a storyteller from South Kalimantan.

Abstract

The method of learning to begin with is conducted by Al-Kautsar Kindergarten teachers which are still conventional in nature. This means that the method used is still monotonous, the teacher uses the lecture method with whiteboard media, markers, and erasers. This is not very interesting for beginning reading learning. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of flash card media to instill the value of religious characters in learning to begin reading in early childhood in Al-Kautsar Kindergarten. The method used is classroom action research. The steps taken in this study are planning, implementation and observation, and reflection. The results showed that the flash card media can improve the ability to read early childhood and is effective for instilling the value of religious character education.bjectives. This is because student motivation is a variable that is influenced by various factors.

Abstract

Every educational institution longs for the formation of the noble character of students which is the ultimate goal in education. This noble character can be formed through learning activities in the classroom as well as learning outside the classroom. Cultivating culture or good habits in students can be done through the media banners posted in the school environment such as in classrooms, libraries, school hallways, and laboratories. For this reason, this study aims to describe the cultivation of character values ​​through the visual banner media at SMP Islam Sabilal Muhtadin Banjarmasin. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with text analysis approach, because the data comes from the interpretation of the pamphlets or banners posted in the halls of the Islamic Junior High School Sabilal Muhtadin Banjarmasin. The data was collected by documenting the banner through photos which were then identified and classified based on the type of sentence contained in the banner. Data validation was carried out by interviewing the school. The documented number of banners was 12. After the data is classified, then it is described so that conclusions can be drawn. The results showed that the visual media of banners or banners can be used as a medium to instill values ​​of religious character, discipline, care for the environment, and love of science. Media banners are made using formal language, English, and everyday language that is easily understood by students. The content of the sentence in the banner is usually in the form of a sentence containing motivation, reminders, invitations, and prohibitions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of religious character education for students carried out at SMP Plus Citra Madhinatul Ilmi (CMI), especially in online learning. The research uses a qualitative approach through the case study method. Sources of research data were taken from interviews with informants consisting of principals, classroom teachers, Indonesian language teachers, English teachers, and Mathematics teachers. Research data were taken through in-depth interviews with all informants. The results showed that the cultivation of character education values ​​for SMP Plus Citra Madhinatul Ilmi (CMI) students can still be done in online learning. Character values ​​that are instilled in schools are religious values, nationalism, integrity, independence, and mutual cooperation. The pattern of religious character education in online learning is carried out using various easily accessible media and collaboration between parents and teachers in terms of supervision of students.

Abstract

Lecture methods carried out by lecturers greatly affect the results that will be achieved by students, whether it includes the teaching and learning process, assignments, and during exams. The spiritual andragogy approach gives freedom to students to grow independent learning, awareness of self-potential development, and motivation to achieve learning goals. This study aims to describe the application of a spiritual andragogy approach in lectures to optimize student learning outcomes. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The method used in data collection is interviews and the distribution of open questionnaires to lecturers and students. Sources of data were obtained from 40 students and 6 lecturers at the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, FKIP, University of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin. The results showed that the application of a spiritual andragogy approach could improve student motivation and learning outcomes. The spiritual andragogy approach is a learning approach for adults that emphasizes the spirit or psychology of students at the adult level. In the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, the application of this approach is carried out in various aspects based on the inculcation of the values ​​of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan. The application is carried out by lecturers starting from learning preparation, the process of learning activities, to assessment or evaluation activities.
