Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research were to investigate: (1) which one had a better mathematics achievement, students instructed with the cooperative learning of Think Pair Share (TPS) type with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach, the cooperative learning of TPS type, or the direct learning model; (2) which one had a better mathematics achievement, students who had visual learning style, auditorial learning style, or kinesthetic learning style; (3) on each type of learning model, which one had a better mathematics achievement, students who had visual learning style, auditorial learning style, or kinesthetic learning style; (4) on each learning style, which one had a better mathematics achievement, students instructed with the cooperative learning of TPS type with Realistic Mathematics Education approach, the cooperative learning of TPS type, or the direct learning model. This research was quasi experimental with 3×3 factorial design. The population was all students of the grade VIII State Junior High Schools/Islamic State Junior Secondary School in Sragen Regency. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 308 students. The instrument used to collect data was mathematics achievement test and questionnaire of students learning style. Balance test used unbalanced one way analysis of variance. The hypothesis test used unbalanced two ways analysis of variance at the significance level of 0,05. Based on hypothesis test, it can be concluded as follows. (1) Students intructed with the cooperative learning model of TPS type with RME approach had the same mathematics achievement as students intructed with the cooperative learning model of TPS type. Students intructed with the cooperative learning model of TPS type with RME approach and the cooperative learning model of TPS type had better mathematics achievement than students intructed with the direct learning model. (2) Students with visual learning style had the same mathematics achievement as students with auditorial learning style. Students with visual learning style had better mathematics achievement than student with kinesthetic learning style, and students with auditorial learning style had the same mathematics achievement as students with kinesthetic learning style. (3) On the cooperative learning model of TPS type with RME approach, the cooperative learning model of TPS type, and the direct learning model, students with visual learning style had the same mathematics achievement as students with auditorial learning style. Students with visual learning style had better mathematics achievement than student with kinesthetic learning style, and students with auditorial learning style had the same mathematics achievement as students with kinesthetic learning style. (4) On students with visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style, students intructed with the cooperative learning model of TPS type with RME approach had the same mathematics achievement as students intructed with the cooperative learning model of TPS type. Students intructed with the cooperative learning model of TPS type with RME approach and the cooperative learning model of TPS type had better mathematics achievement than students intructed with the direct learning model.Keywords: TPS, RME, students learning style

Abstract

Pada Pasal 7 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen menyebutkan bahwa pelaku usaha harus memiliki itikad baik, yaitu memberikan informasi yang benar dan jujur mengenai kondisi barang/jasa, melayani konsumen secara benar, menjamin mutu barang, memberikan layanan menguji barang, memberi kompensasi ganti rugi terhadap barang yang tidak sesuai, sehingga perwujudan itikad baik terpenuhi. Dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini berusaha memberikan pemecahan permasalahan itikad baik bagi pelaku usaha sebagai produsen makanan dan minuman yang mengandung bahan berbahaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah itikad baik pelaku usaha didalam memproduksi bahan makanan dan minuman merupakan itikad baik yang telah diatur dalam Undang-undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Namun kenyataannya, dalam menjalankan usahanya, pelaku usaha tidak berbuat itikad baik sehingga banyak konsumen yang melakukan pelaporan seperti adanya putusan Mahkamah Agung dan beberapa laporan masyarakat.

Abstract

The Higher Education curriculum must be in line with the demands of the World of Work and the Industrial World so that its graduates can be well absorbed by both of them, with that Minister of Education Nadiem Makarim made a new breakthrough for educational change by creating an Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) at PT which consists of eight programs, namely student exchange, internship/industrial practice, teaching assistance in education units, research/research, humanitarian projects, entrepreneurship, independent studies/projects and building village/college thematic real work. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with online questionnaire distribution techniques via google form and online interviews through Gmeet. The research analysis uses Miles & Hubermen analysis, namely data reduction, display data and draw data conclusions. Respondents who filled out the questionnaire were 87 respondents while those interviewed were 8 students from semester 5 and semester 7. The results showed that the majority of students knew about the MBKM program whose information was mostly obtained from social media, namely WhatsApp groups, YouTube and Instagram and some students received information from friends, banners and lecturers. Students who take courses outside the study program on campus and outside the UPR campus have one student each, namely class management and research methodology courses. Most of the students have not participated in internship programs, teaching assistance in education units, research/research, humanitarian projects, entrepreneurship, independent study/project but most of the students have done village building programs/Thematic Community Service Program. Of the eight MBKM programs, most students agree with the existing programs.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan merupakan suatu ukuran atau standar yang mencerminkan seberapa baik proses pendidikan berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, baik secara akademik maupun non-akademik. Kualitas pendidikan mencakup berbagai aspek, termasuk mutu pengajaran, kurikulum, infrastruktur, keterampilan guru, dukungan orang tua, serta lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah SDN 150 Kota Pekanbaru, yang memiliki murid sebanyak 433. SDN 150 Kota pekanbaru beralamatkan di Jl. Patria Sari No.53B, Umban Sari, Kec. Rumbai, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis situasi yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, tantangan, peluang, kekuatan, dan kelemahan yang ada di SDN 150 Kota pekanbaru. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukan bahwa peran Guru dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan dapat mempetimbangkan berbagai hal yaitu (1) Menyediakan Pembelajaran Berkualitas, (2) Pendekatan Individu, (3) Pendidikan Karakter dan (4) Pemanfaatan Teknologi. Sedangkan Peran orang tua dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan dapat mempetimbangkan berbagai hal yaitu (1) Dukungan di Rumah, 2) Kolaborasi dengan Sekolah, (3) Memberikan Contoh yang Baik dan (4) Pengawasan dan Bimbingan. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak yang positif baik bagi sekolah, perserta didi, semangat orang tuan dan semangat guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pada tingkat dasar disekolah

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi suatu permasalahan, diperlukan kemampuan berpikir kreatif untuk dapat menemukan solusi yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan mahasiswa dalam memecahkan sebuah permasalahan yang ada dimasyarakat seperti melakukan pembauran ke masyarakat, melakukan survei hingga melakukan analisis terhadap masalah yang terjadi sehingga dalam proses ini dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam menemukan solusi yang terbaik yang dapat diimplementasikan ke masyarakat. Salah satu cara untuk membantu masyarakat adalah dengan membuat program nyata di masyarakat yang bersifat kreatif dan inovatif, namun hal ini tentunya tergantung dari permasalahan yang ada dimasyarakat.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu aspek dalam menggerakkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Era digitalisasi juga mendorong perubahan pada bisnis saat ini. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai ekonomi kreatif di era digital ini. Tim pengabdian menyampaikan tentang manajamen utang kepada para guru ekonomi di Provinsi Riau dengan metode kuliah mimbar dan diskusi terbuka. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini didukung oleh SMAN 8 Pekanbaru selaku penyedia tempat sosialisasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ekonomi digital dari para peserta masih terbatas dan telah dikondisikan dengan materi ekonomi digital dari tim pengabdian, metode kuliah mimbar dan diskusi terbuka terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ekonomi digital bagi para peserta, dan para guru ekonomi harus memahami dengan baik mengenai ekonomi digital seperti mengidentifikasi bisnis digital, menentukan sumber pendanaan yang tepat, mengelola biaya risiko, mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital dan memantau kinerja bisnisnya.

Abstract

Abstract Lalitavistara Temple is a Mahayana temple of Maszab Sukhavati, the Buddhists of the temple really glorify Amitaba Buddha and some call it Amitayus Buddha. Devotees who praise Amitaba Buddha have the belief that after death they will be reborn in Sukhavati. In the Sukhavati Maszab teachings by reciting Amitaba Buddha's name, whatever you want will be achieved. Sukhavati is a plane of existence outside the cycle of the 31 planes of existence known to Buddhists. This realm is far from the human realm inhabited by the followers of Amitaba Buddha. Beings in Sukhavati are constantly training themselves and practicing Amitaba Buddha's teachings to achieve eternal happiness (Nirvana) This research is a descriptive qualitative research. So that the data obtained are satisfactory, the authors carry out observations, interviews, and documentation so that the data obtained are accurate. The researcher also sought information from other secondary sources such as articles and books related to Sukhavati. The results of research conducted at Lalitavistara Temple in Jakarta on Buddhist understanding of the Sukhavati realm are that some people think that the realm of Sukhavati is the same as the heaven realm inhabited by the gods, there are some who say that Sukhavati is a realm inhabited by Bodhisattvas who glorify Amitaba Buddha. , and some say that Sukhavati is a heaven in the west. Next the devotees explain that to attain Sukhavati is by doing good, developing prajna, and praising Amitaba Buddha. Keywords: Sukhavati, Mahayana School, Buddha Dharma.

Abstract

This study aims to find out why Padumuttara monastery followers carry out the Mahayana tradition. This research is descriptive qualitative research. In order for the data obtained to be satisfactory, the authors conducted observations, interviews, and documentation so that the data obtained was accurate. Research on the existence of Mahayana at Padumutara monastery is that people carry out various Mahayana traditions because of teacher guidance, preserving culture and Buddha Dharma, containing teachings of love. In addition, the Mahayana tradition developed at the Padumuttara monastery due to the support from the management of the temple and the Boen Tek Bio Temple. The Mahayana tradition also experiences various obstacles such as language problems, ritual processions, and the lack of interest of the younger generation to participate in Mahayana ritual activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between digital marketing and financial performance, analyze the relationship between digital transformation and financial performance and analyze the relationship between digital transformation and digital marketing. This research method is quantitative through surveys, the research population is SMEs owners in Indonesia. The results of data analysis show that digital marketing has a positive and significant relationship to financial performance, digital transformation has a positive and significant relationship to financial performance, digital transformation has a positive and significant relationship to digital marketing. The results of the mediation effect test on the influence of digital marketing on financial performance through digital transformation mediation can be concluded that digital transformation is full mediation on the influence of digital marketing on financial performance.

Abstract

The relationship between students' prior knowledge and real knowledge in their environment can be a consideration in learning. Understanding this real context is related to the standards of the mathematics learning process, namely integration with culture, integration of culture with mathematics learning is called ethnomathematics. Ethnomathematics refers to the learning process that combines mathematical concepts with local cultural wisdom. The purpose of this study is on the Benang Bintik motif of the typical Dayak cloth of Central Kalimantan which contains mathematical elements in it. The type of research conducted is exploratory research with an ethnographic approach, where research seeks causes or things that influence the occurrence of something or is used when researchers do not know exactly and specifically about the object of research. Ethnography is a type of qualitative research, where researchers conduct studies on group culture in natural conditions through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the exploration carried out found geometric concepts in flat shapes in the form of squares, rectangles, triangles, pentagons, isosceles trapezoids, parallelograms, rhombuses and kites. The concept of this flat shape pattern can be a reference for teaching materials in classroom learning. The use of typical regional cloth motifs will certainly make learning more interesting in mathematics learning. The concept of flat geometry that is usually taught conventionally can be changed contextually through an ethnomathematics approach. Not only does it change the learning paradigm, it can also be a place to preserve local culture, especially the typical Dayak cloth motifs in Central Kalimantan.
