Abstract

The implementation of the Computer Based National Assessment requires comprehensive school resource readiness. This study aimed to examine resource management at SD Kristen Piliana, Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency in implementing ANBK. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the study involved principals, teachers, committees, and parents as informants. Findings reveal that resource management remains suboptimal, with lack of electricity and internet access as major constraints. Nonetheless, teacher commitment and collaboration with SMPN 119 serve as key enabling factors. These findings underscore the need for inter-institutional synergy and internal strategy reinforcement. It is recommended that schools and policymakers prioritize infrastructure development and enhance teachers' technical competencies to ensure equitable digital assessment implementation in underdeveloped areas.

But facts. There are 63% of lecturers who have difficulty compiling online material. The hope is that using Learning Management Systems (LMS) can improve student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the positive impact of implementing learning in higher education assisted by Learning Management Systems (LMS). The research wants to find out the obstacles and difficulties in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) learning. The research method used is a survey by distributing instruments. Data collection technique, by distributing instruments to 132 people consisting of lecturers and students who were directly involved in the learning process. The analysis technique averages the instruments that have been assessed by students and lecturers. The average results are then interpreted into sentences. As a result, lecturers find obstacles and difficulties in using the learning management system in the learning process. Obstacles and difficulties lie in the implementation of material, the use of learning models, and difficulties in assessing student attitudes and skills. It was found that the material was not included in the Learning Management Systems (LMS) but still distributed different media materials so that learning was less effective. Assessment indicators are also not given to students, so students cannot measure their abilities. In conclusion, every lecturer must prepare materials, models, and assessment instruments before using Learning Management Systems (LMS) as a tool to help implement learning in higher education.

Abstract

Teachers' pedagogical competence was a strategic determinant of instructional quality, especially in schools adapting to flexible, student-centered curriculum reform. This community service article reported the initial implementation of a collaborative mentoring program for teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Ambon, Amahusu, Ambon City. The activity aimed to strengthen teachers' understanding of pedagogical competence, active learning, participatory classroom management, and the use of simple and digital learning media. A community-based service design was applied through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through coordination notes, participatory observation, teaching document review, reflective discussion, and a simple participant response questionnaire. The implementation consisted of a mini-seminar, interactive group discussion, case analysis of teaching documents, and collective reflection. The results showed that the mentoring process helped teachers identify the gap between administrative lesson planning and meaningful instructional design. Teachers became more aware of the need to align learning objectives, student characteristics, learning activities, learning media, and formative assessment. The collaborative forum also encouraged peer exchange and produced an initial classroom follow-up plan. The main outputs included a pedagogical competence strengthening module, an implementation flow model, and a descriptive monitoring framework for school-based reflection. The program concluded that collaborative mentoring was feasible as an entry strategy for teacher professional development in an island-based school context. Future activities should include longer workshops, classroom coaching, microteaching, and measurable evaluation of competence improvement.
