Abstract

Education is a very important thing for human life. Likewise for the Indonesian people. Education ranks most important. Islamic religious educationhas an important role to create religious and noble human beings. In learning the religious of Islam, muslims are required to study the Qur’an as one of the guidelines for the people. Al- Qur’an is kalamullah which contains the sorce of Islamic teachings and as a guide and guide for human life. The learning method to improve reading skill of the Qur’an for deaf students at SMPLB level at SLB- B JatiWiyata Dharma TubanisIqro’ method. Besides being applied to regular children, the Iqro’ method can also be appliedto deaf students. This study reviews the learning processto improve reading skills of the Qur’an for deaf students using the Iqro’ method at SLB- B JatiWiyata Dharma Tuban. The techniques used in learning the skills of reading the Qur’an using the Iqro’ method are the pre- perdata techniques, ideovisual reading, reflection exercises and writing exercises. And supported by the learning media used are mirrors and letter cards. This study uses a qualitative method where data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used in this study consists of four stages: 1) data collection, 2) datacondensation, 3) datadisplay,4) conclusiondrawing/verivication

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research approach with qualitative descriptive methods.The purpose of this study was to describe the way of inculcating honest attitudes ofstudents, the implementation of honesty values of students, and the inhibiting faktorsto inculcate honest attitudes of students in moral aqidah subjects in MTs An-NurBululawang. In this research, the researcher acts as an instrument as well as the datacollector. The results of the research that has been carried out are 1) The way to instillhonest attitudes in students in moral aqidah subjects is by transmitting somethingaccording to the facts, not lying, not manipulating information and daring to admitmistakes; 2) The implementation of the values of honesty of the students is donethrough example, activities in the classroom and through the honesty dining program;3) The faktors that inhibit the inculcation of an honest attitude consist of internalfaktors and external faktors.

Abstract

Education is a very important aspect in human life, education has a basis, function and purpose that strongly emphasizes religious values. So that religious education can be said to be a system of national education. This is because Islamic religious education is one form of efforts to realize the goals of education. The presence of teachers is considered very important in supporting moral development in students. Even more so in the development of morals for students with special needs in special schools. This research is a qualitative research and this type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews anddocumentation. The focus of research that will be discussed here is how is the process of moral guidance, how is the role of Islamic religious education teachers in moral development, what are the obstacles in moral development that are carried out at SLB Gedangan Sidoarjo. In order to prove to the wider community that children with special needs are not like what the community values so far.

Abstract

The efforts of Islamic religious education teachers have a very influential role in improving the religious character of students, therefore teachers do not only learn in learning but also in improving the religious character of students. Teachers are needed so that in conveying or instilling a good understanding of students, the religious values accepted by students and carried out well in their daily lives and students are aware that the position of religious education makes them believe and fear God Allah SWT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts of Tahfidz teachers to improve the students' ability to memorize the Qur'an and to describe the obstacles Tahfidz teachers had to improve the students' ability to memorize the Qur'an in SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau Malang. This study uses a qualitative method where data collection uses observation techniques, interviews, tests and documentation. There are 3 data analysis techniques used in this study, namely 1) Data Condensation. 2) Presentation of data. 3) and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: With the implementation of the Taqrir method for Tahfidz students in SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau Malang, it has a positive impact on increasing the students' learning motivation, in addition to influencing the achievement of learning results. learning that increase significantly from the comparison between cycle I and cycle II. Students are also required to study independently, both individually and in groups, using various methods of learning variations. Students can explore, evaluate, interpret, synthesize, and search for information. This can be seen in the acquisition of student scores that show significant learning results, specifically in cycle I: 51.23% and cycle II: 77.55%.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of parents in shaping the Islamic character of childrenin the Zaenal Zakse 1 environment, Kedungkandang District, Kotalama Village,Malang City. This research is motivated by this increasingly advanced era, manysay that the biggest problem faced by the Indonesian people is the moral aspect. InZaenal Zakse I's environment, there are many children who still yell at theirparents, are less enthusiastic in participating in Islamic activities, or lack etiquettefor the people around them in walking, talking, and socializing. Therefore, thisstudy aims to raise awareness for parents of the importance of the role of parentsin character education. The method used in this research is a qualitative methodwith a case study type approach. The data were obtained from various informantsof the parents of students in the Zaenal Zakse I environment. The data collectiontechniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results ofthis study, that parents in the Zaenal Zakse I environment, already have anawareness of their role. And considers that parents are the most important forchildren's morals. And have realized that morality is the most important numberone in life.

Abstract

The presence of a virus that is often called Covid-19 causes limited activities. Activities that cause crowds are not allowed to be held. This has an impact, one of which is education. The level of performance and motivation of teachers at MTs Al-Maarif 02 Singosari is still very much needed. This is due to the inhibiting factors, with these factors affecting the managerial competence of the principal. Among these factors are internal and external. The internal factor is the lack of motivation from the teacher himself which causes his performance to decrease. Meanwhile, external factors such as support from the surrounding community and the lack of participation of parents in conducting online learning. Therefore, the efforts of school principals are needed to continuously improve teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is carried out to realize professional teachers who are expected to contribute directly to the improvement of the quality of learning conducted. In the implementation of teacher performance assessment, of course, in carrying out the required good management in managing the implementation of teacher performance assessment to achieve the goals that have been set in addition to being able to organize the implementation of performance assessment in a structured manner can also produce maximum performance assessment results. Abstract

Parental motivation is one of the alternative methods used to arouse children's enthusiasm or intention to study at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmadu Malang. This study focuses on the motivation of parents, ways of educating morals as well as inhibiting and supporting factors in the process of moral education at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a phenomenological-based qualitative approach using a case study approach. Researchers found the results of this study include the motivation of parents in moral education at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School. the implementation of the research includes activities in Islamic boarding schools, providing motivation, encouragement and intention to children to continue learning Islamic religious knowledge and moral education in Islamic boarding schools, because studying Islamic religion is very important and good moral education is only in Islamic boarding schools because in formal schools , children can only study general education.

Abstract

The head of madrasa supervisor has a role to coordinate and guide the teachers to be able to improve their professionalism as educators. The purpose of this study is  find out: madrasah head’s programs, strategies, and obstacles in improving teacher professionalism. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by observations, interviews, and documentations. The subject of the study were the head of the madrasa and the teachers. The results showed that. Planning a program in improving teachers professionalism prepared by the madrasah’s head and documented, which includes the RKM, RKAM, RKTM and the work program of the madrasah’s head. Madrasah’s haad as supervisor continues to carry out supervision teacher competency improvement activities, conduct services and add facilities, increase teachers discipline. Implementation of supervision in improving teachers professionalism, the activities carried out include classroom supervision, supervision of learning tools, training and workshops. Provision of supporting facilities for learning. Controlling the presence of teachers, controlling the hours of learning, and discipline of dressing. Evaluation of the madrasah’s head in improving the professionalism of teachers in MA Miftahul Ulum is the final result of the research with interviews, observations, and documentations that have been done.
