Abstract

Abstract

The lack of understanding of students on 2D drawing modification material using CAD is the background for this research. The purpose of this study is to produce products in the form of video tutorial learning media, knowing the feasibility of experts, knowing user responses, and knowing the improvement of learning outcomes after using media. This study used quantitative research methods with a pre-experimental research design with the type of one group pre-test post-test design. Purposive sampling was conducted to select 34 samples from TPM grade XI learners. This research produces video tutorial learning media. The results of the feasibility assessment conducted by show that the video tutorial learning media that has been made is declared "very feasible". The results of media user responses obtained the category "very good". Learning outcomes after using video tutorial learning media have increased, this is reflected in the increase in student learning outcomes measured through the use of n-gain with an average score of 0.38 in the "medium" category. Thus, it can be concluded that this video tutorial learning media is very feasible for use on manufacturing engineering drawing elements.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a product in the form of a TikTok-based video tutorial learning media on the topic of basic 3D drawing command functions with CAD, and to determine the feasibility and user response towards this media. The research employs the Design Based Research (DBR) development model, which consists of four stages: problem identification, prototype solution development, testing and solution improvement, and reflection and solution implementation. The testing was conducted in class XI- DGM 1 in the subject of designing techniques with CAM, with a sample size of 35 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The research yields a video tutorial learning media based on the TikTok application for basic 3D drawing command functions with CAD. The feasibility assessment conducted by 3 subject-matter experts and 3 media experts indicates that the developed TikTok-based video tutorial learning media is deemed "very feasible." After being approved by the subject-matter and media experts, further testing was carried out in class XI-DGM 1 in the subject of designing techniques with CAM, using a questionnaire as the instrument. The user response results were categorized as "very positive." In conclusion, based on the research findings, this TikTok-based video tutorial learning media is highly suitable for use in teaching designing techniques with CAM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of technology and partnership-based business incubator models in Indonesia is the subject of this study, which focuses on the importance of relationships with industry, the availability of funds, and the availability of human resources. Using a quantitative approach, with a random sampling technique of 300 samples representing start-ups and business incubators in various industries and regions in Indonesia, the study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 4. The findings show a strong correlation between human resource availability and technological advancement, industry ties and partnership-based business models, and startup growth and financing availability. These results highlight how innovation and entrepreneurial success in the Indonesian ecosystem can be encouraged by investing in human capital, fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders, and building a climate that supports startup financing.

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 revolution has created significant skills gaps between formal education outcomes and evolving industry requirements, necessitating innovative industry-academia partnerships. This systematic literature review analyzes integrated learning models addressing these challenges. Following PRISMA guidelines, we searched Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and Science Direct databases (2021-2025) using keywords combinations of "industry-academia partnerships," "integrated learning models," and "vocational education." From 119 initial articles, 42 met inclusion criteria after duplicate removal and quality assessment using MMAT. Thirteen distinct learning models were identified: Competency-Based Training, Work-Integrated Learning, Work-Based Learning, Teaching Factory, Teaching Industry, Production-Based Education and Training, Cooperative Education, Vocational Pedagogy, Simulated Work Environment, Industrial Incubator, Apprenticeship Plus, School-Industry Partnership, and Technopark. Results demonstrate that strategic integration of multiple models creates more comprehensive educational ecosystems than individual implementations. A holistic framework categorizing models into five groups provides practical guidance for contextual adaptation based on institutional capacity and industry needs.

Abstract

Implementation of big data in supply chain management, encompassing a wide range of critical sectors such as demand forecast, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relations. The advantages are numerous, including greater demand forecasting accuracy, increased visibility into the entire supply chain network, shorter lead times, and better risk management. Despite these benefits, problems emerge in the form of data security concerns, the need for specialized skills, and the complexity of integrating disparate systems. Overcoming these barriers is critical for companies that want to fully utilize big data, resulting in a more flexible, resilient, and customer-centric approach to supply chain operations.

Abstract

Recognizing the critical contribution of the engineering field to national human resource development and innovation, coupled with the existing challenge of low student interest in engineering careers among Indonesian high school students, this study aims to analyze the influence of STEM Interest and Academic Self-Efficacy (ASE) on Engineering Study Intention (ESI) through the mediating role of Engineering-Oriented Career Identity (EOCI).  Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 695 students participating in the university entrance selection process. Instruments were adapted from prior validated studies and measured on a 1–6 Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 3. Based on the processed data, the findings reveal that both STEM Interest and ASE significantly foster the development of EOCI among students (β = 0.420 and β = 0.425, p < 0.001). In turn, EOCI strongly predicts ESI (β = 0.654; p < 0.001). However, the direct effects of STEM Interest and ASE on ESI were non-significant, confirming that EOCI fully mediates the relationship. This indicates that students' motivation and confidence affect their intention to pursue engineering primarily through identity development. The model explains 45.1% of the variance in EOCI and 43.6% in ESI, with satisfactory convergent and discriminant validity and good model fit (SRMR = 0.039, NFI = 0.948). These findings affirm the importance of forming an engineering career identity in supporting students' transition to engineering education. Practical implications include strengthening motivational programs and engineering career exploration from secondary education.
