Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of online consumer reviews and influencers on product purchase decisions in the Shopee Marketplace. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Palembang people aged 15 until 25 years who have made product purchase transactions in the Shopee Marketplace was used as sample of this research. The data source used is primary data, data collection in this study using survey techniques by distributing questionnaires. The method of measuring the questionnaire in this study uses a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the test results, multiple linear regression analysis proves that  the first hypothesis, that is, Online Consumer Review has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee Marketplace with significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. As for the second hypothesis, namely Influencers have an effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee Marketplace is rejected, with significant value of 0.221> 0.05. The novelty element of this research is the importance of influencers to reveal truthful information related to products being sold to build consumer trust, which has not been stated by other researchers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membutktikan adanya pengaruh online consumer review dan influencer terhadap  keputusan pembelian produk di Marketplace Shopee. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah masyarakat Palembang dengan usia 15 s.d. 25  tahun yang sudah pernah melakukan transaksi pembelian produk di Marketplace Shopee. Sumber data yang digunkan adalah data primer,  pengumpulan data dalam  penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei dengan  menyebarkan  kuisioner. Metode pengukuran kuesioner pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert 5 poin.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, Uji asumsi klasik, Analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis.  Dari hasil uji analisis regresi linier berganda membuktikan untuk hipotesis pertama yaitu Online Consumer Review berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan  terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee diterima.  Dibutktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.  Sedangkan untuk hipotesis kedua yaitu Influencer berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee ditolak.  Dibutktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,221 > 0,05.  Unsur kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya influencer mengungkapkan informasi kebenaran terkait produk yang dijual untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen, yang belum dinyatakan oleh peneliti lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh harga dan promosi penjualan Shopeefood terhadap minat beli konsumen di Kota Palembang. Populasinya adalah masyarakat Palembang yang mengetahui layanan pesan antar makanan Shopeefood. Purposive sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan promosi penjualan Shopeefood memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Kota Palembang

Abstract

The research is aim to observe consumer behavior regarding the perception of the five dimensions of education quality including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence from the Musi Charitas Catholic University (MCCU). The purpose of the study is to prove whether there is a difference in the perception of education qualityfrom the students in Management and Accounting Study Program. Data collection techniques used is to spread the 5-point Likert questionnaire that is from very disagree until strongly agree.Population in this research is active student, Batch 2015/2016 untilBatch 2016/2017 Management and Accounting Study Program. Based on the results of the differences test using the Mann-Whitney test proved that the perception of Accounting studentson the quality of education (Mdn = 2143) generaly difference and significant with the students perception of Managementon the quality of education in MCCU (Mdn = 2907) with significance 0.008 <0.05 (Ho is rejected). If it is seen from each variable, then reliability, responsiveness, and guaranteeprove the difference of perception between student of Accounting and Management Study Program. While the variable of empathy and physical evidence didn’t prove the difference of perception between student of Accounting and Management Study Program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya literasi digital dan literasi informasi terhadap minat generasi muda untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan saat pandemi COVID-19 terjadi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kota Palembang dan kepada 115 kaum generasi muda. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan parsial least square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa literasi digital dan literasi informasi mempengaruhi minat generasi muda dalam berwirausaha. Hal yang menonjol dalam literasi digital ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah aspek etis dimana generasi muda menghargai/menghormati para pengguna internet dan aspek yang menonjol dalam literasi informasi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan para generasi muda untuk mengelola informasi yang ditemukan di intenet.

Abstract

The coming of the digital era opens up new opportunities for social media as an interactive means ofaccumulating knowledge. Individuals who interact with each other in social media space operate thecapacity of information-seeking and information-sharing. At a certain level, the accumulation ofknowledge formed by the information-seeking and information-sharing activities of social media opensup views for solving practical problems, including one of which is environmental problems. By usingthe global normal argument of green practices and the potential of the millennial generation inIndonesia, the Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) of Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas -Palembang held an activity entitled "Green Communities Development Through 'Green ProductAwareness Program Using Social Media' for Millennials in Lampung". The program employs twostages of green awareness development method, namely: (1) Conceptualization ; and (2) Practicalimplementation. The activity which lasted for two days received a positive response from theparticipants.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the variables Price, Sales Promotion,and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying on the Tiktok Shop Platform. The population in this study are users of theTiktok application with a sample of Tiktok Shop consumers on the Tiktok application. The sample in this study wasdetermined using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, namely 120 respon�dents. The results of this study indicate that the variables Price and Shopping Lifestyle partially have a positive andsignificant effect on Impulse Buying on the Tiktok Shop platform. While the Sales Promotion variable partially hasno effect and is not significant on Impulse Buying on the Tiktok Shop platform.

Abstract

Digital service products require careful attention to the service delivery process and the establishment of trust value. The Community Service Team of Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang conducted a workshop titled "Building Trust Value Towards Service Products for Generation Z in Metro - Lampung," involving 50 participants from Generation Z. The outcomes revealed that workshop participants were adept at illustrating trust value through three approaches: understanding the benefits of service products, recognizing the value that attracts purchasing interest, and perceiving the appealing benefits of products. The workshop received positive responses, with participants expressing a high level of understanding of the presented material and motivation to participate. Statistical analysis further confirmed the success of the activity in cultivating trust value perception among the participants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dissatisfaction, low quality, and alternative attractiveness on consumer switching intentions to environmentally friendly cosmetic products moderated by switching costs. The data used is primary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 198 respondents. The results show that the main factors that influence consumer intention to switch are alternative attractiveness variables and switching costs. While no significant relationship was found between the variables of dissatisfaction, low quality, and the moderating effect of switching costs on these three variables in influencing consumer intention to switch to environmentally friendly cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study analyses the influence of TPB and price sensitivity on green purchasing behaviour of Avoskin generation Z consumers and millennials in Palembang, mediated by green purchasing intention. 191 respondents were processed using smart PLS 3. The results of this study found that attitude and behavioural control have a significant positive relationship with Avoskin purchase intention. Behavioural control, subjective norms, and green purchase intentions have a positive and significant effect on consumer green purchasing behaviour. Green purchase intention mediates attitude towards Avoskin green purchasing behaviour, full mediation. Green purchase intention mediates behavioural control on Avoskin's green purchasing behaviour, partial mediation. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, bertujuan mengeksplorasi pendekatan interaksional dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan resiliensi individu melalui peran dukungan sosial. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan 8 partisipan dari sebuah komunitas keagamaan di kota Palembang. Data diperoleh melalui metode role play, dimana partisipan dihadapkan pada dua skenario lingkungan penugasan berbeda: lingkungan tanpa dukungan sosial (Lingkungan Penugasan-1) dan lingkungan dengan dukungan sosial (Lingkungan Penugasan-2). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa partisipan mengalami kesulitan lebih tinggi dalam penyesuaian diri di lingkungan tanpa dukungan sosial, yang berdampak negatif terhadap resiliensi mereka. Sebaliknya, lingkungan dengan dukungan sosial secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi, optimisme, dan resiliensi partisipan. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa pola interaksi sosial yang suportif sangat penting dalam memfasilitasi identifikasi dan penanganan masalah resiliensi, serta memiliki implikasi praktis dalam pengembangan intervensi berbasis komunitas untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis individu dalam menghadapi situasi sosial baru.
