Abstract

Kajian ini membahas upaya megintensifikasi atau meningkatkan kompentensi literasi dengan metode Montessori pada siswa Madrasah Ibtidāiyyah (MI) di kelas rendah. Literasi bukan hanya sekedar membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Literasi lebih dari itu, yaitu tentang kecakapan berfikir, mengidentifikasi, dan memanifestasikan apa yang telah dinalar dari teks dan sesuai konteks. Digunakan Montessori selain metode ini telah teruji lama, Montessori terfokus pada usia sensitif anak yang menurut kajian neurologi adalah masa keemasan anak yang tidak dapat diulang kembali dan harus dimanfaatkan. Metode ini juga mengusung konsep menyenangkan (friendly concept), humanis, dan menyediakan lingkungan yang sesuai dengan selera anak agar anak fokus pada potensinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbentuk naratif-deskriptif dan berjenis library research. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah urgensitas periode sensitif pada anak karena di masa ini anak berkembang secara fisik, kognitif, sosial-emosional, dan literasi. Maka, komponen Montessori sebagai strategi, dideskripsiakn dan dioptimalisasi sehingga tercipta generasi literat, yaitu anak dengan kecakapan berfikir dan kemampuan menarik makna dari teks serta menguasai konteks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, and company size on firm value in tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. The background of this study is based on the importance of firm value as a key indicator in attracting investor interest and reflecting a company's performance and future prospects. This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis and the selection of the Random Effects Model (REM). The sample used was 18 companies, with a total of 90 observational data obtained from annual financial reports. The results show that profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value. Liquidity has a positive but also insignificant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. These findings imply that large company size does not always reflect high value, especially in the context of the post-pandemic tourism industry. This study is expected to serve as a reference for financial managers and investors in evaluating factors influencing firm value in the tourism sector.

Abstract

Pendidikan interreligius merupakan solusi untuk masyarakat yang pluralistik, sebab berusaha memahami keunikan dari setiap agama untuk bersama-sama menjalin komunikasi berdasarkan tradisi agama masing-masing, sehingga muncul titik temu kesepahaman dalam beragama. Dalam ruang publik yang terbuka, sangat terasa urgensitasnya untuk membangun toleransi aktif karena setiap agama sama-sama memiliki hak untuk tumbuh dan membangun moderasi tanpa mengucilkan agama yang berbeda darinya. Jika tidak segera dibumikan, maka akan sulit membangun harmonisasi bergama di ruang publik sehingga akan terus melahirkan konflik disertai pengakuan eksistensi satu agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, usaha mengungkap realitas empiris. Pendekatan dan analisa yang digunakan adalah verstehen dan fenomenologi, yakni keterbukaan manusia dengan realita dunianya dimana dirinya hidup dengan memahami konsep dasar, hambatan, prospek, dan bentuk-bentuk pendidikan interreligius sebagai wacana moderasi antar umat beragama. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan, pendidikan ini menanamkan pengetahuan luas, berkemanusiaan dan meminimalisir konflik, karena umat beragama bebas berdiskusi dan mencari titik persamaan, sekalipun keadaan mereka berbeda.

Abstract

Stock price fluctuations reflect market reactions to various factors, including company financial performance, economic conditions and investor sentiment. Understanding these factors is important for making better investment decisions. This study seeks to analyze the effect of financial performance on fluctuations in stock prices. Financial performance is assessed by the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Dividends Per Share (DPS), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This study's population consists of financial sector enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023. A sample of 31 companies was obtained by purposive sampling. The data analysis employed multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, F-test, T-test, as well as classical assumption tests, all done using Eviews14 software. The data analysis results indicate that DER exerts a negative and minor influence on stock price fluctuations, but EPS, DPS, and DPR demonstrate a positive, also a substantial impact on stock price variations.

Abstract

Fraudulent financial statements begins with the act of manipulating the financial statements for personal gain. Efforts to fulfill obligations on the rights of stakeholders make corporate governance play an important role in minimizing the occurrence of fraudulent financial statements. This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of corporate governance in detecting fraud or irregularities in the preparation of financial statements. Fraud detection is measured by the Beneish model.. The sample used in this research is 694 with manufacturing company period 2011-2015. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. To test the Hypothesis used logistic regression analysis with moderation model. The results obtained are foreign ownership, domestic ownership and public ownership significant negative effect on fraud financial statement. While firm size has a significant positive effect fraud financial statement. Firm size as a moderating variable further strengthens the relationship between foreign ownership, domestic ownership and public ownership of fraud financial statements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan dan pengembangan usaha tentang keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM Di Boyolali. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rumus dari Hair karena jumlah populasi belum diketahui dengan pasti. Dari hasil perhitungan, maka jumlah minimal sampel yang dibutuhkan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan UMKM Boyolali. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Sumber data primer didapat dari kuesioner. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM PLS dengan menggunakan alat bantu Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini ialah keberlanjutan bisnis pada UMKM di Boyolali dapat dijelaskan oleh pemasaran kewirausahaan dan pengembangan usaha. Seluruh hipotesis didukung secara positif dan signifikan, hal ini juga mendukung goodness of fit model. Untuk besarnya pengaruh hipotesis paling kuat dipengaruhi oleh pengembangan usaha terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis karena mempunyai nilai original sampel terbesar dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0,237

Abstract

In the context of beauty clinic services in Surakarta's cosmetics industry, this study examines how service quality and brand image influence consumers' repurchase intentions, and how trust mediates this relationship. This study used a causal quantitative research methodology to investigate the connections between service quality, brand image, customer trust, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. The sample consists of 160 participants from Ella Beauty Clinic. Key variables are operationalized in this study, and data analysis is done using SmartPLS SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). The findings indicate that customer happiness does not have a direct impact on repurchase intentions, while customer trust has a considerable and favorable effect on repurchase intentions. Service quality has a beneficial effect on both customer happiness and trust, but it does not have a direct impact on repurchase intentions. On the other hand, the perception of a brand greatly impacts the level of satisfaction, trust, and likelihood of making future purchases. Furthermore, the trust serves as an intermediary between the quality of service and the perception of the brand, influencing the likelihood of repeat purchases. In contrast, customer satisfaction does not mediate these effects. This study enhances the comprehension of customer behavior in the cosmetics sector by providing practical insights for improving service quality and establishing consumer trust, which in turn promotes loyalty and repeat purchases. The results highlight the significance of brand image in influencing how consumers perceive and intend to engage with beauty clinics.

Abstract

This research investigates how training, compensation, and teamwork impact employee performance at PT Dan Liris. Adopting a quantitative method within a positivist framework, the study surveyed permanent employees with at least six months of tenure across various departments, including production, quality control, maintenance, human resources, and administration. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings reveal that training, compensation, and teamwork all exert a significant positive effect on employee performance. Well-designed training programs enhance employees’ skills, knowledge, and adaptability, while equitable and competitive compensation boosts motivation and productivity. Additionally, effective teamwork underpinned by strong communication and collaboration promotes efficiency and collective accountability in meeting organizational objectives. The results indicate that the proposed model explains 64.8% of the variance in employee performance, demonstrating robust predictive capability. The study recommends that PT Dan Liris consistently improve training programs, uphold fair compensation practices, and foster a collaborative teamwork culture to optimize overall employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of liquidity, profitability, solvency, and firm size on firm value among consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2024. Employing a quantitative causal-associative research design and purposive sampling, the analysis focuses on firms with complete financial disclosures and publicly available market data. The study utilizes secondary data obtained from company financial reports and the Indonesia Stock Exchange database. Liquidity is measured by the Current Ratio (CR), profitability by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), solvency by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), firm size by the natural logarithm of total assets, and firm value by Tobin’s Q. Descriptive statistics, diagnostic tests, and multiple linear regression analyses were conducted. The findings indicate that liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value, while profitability has a significant positive effect. Solvency demonstrates a negative but statistically insignificant effect, and firm size exhibits a significant negative relationship with firm value. Collectively, these four variables explain a significant but limited proportion of the variance in firm value, suggesting that additional internal and external factors may also influence corporate performance.

Abstract

Riset ini diarahkan untuk memahami bagaimana konten pemasaran digital, tingkat kesadaran merek, serta citra merek berperan dalam mendorong keputusan konsumen Generasi Z di Surakarta ketika memilih produk makanan lokal. Pendekatan yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif, dengan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring menggunakan Google Form. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) guna menelusuri keterkaitan antar variabel. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa materi pemasaran digital tidak memberikan kontribusi berarti terhadap keputusan membeli, sehingga paparan melalui media digital saja belum cukup menjadi pemicu tindakan konsumsi. Di sisi lain, kesadaran merek memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, menandakan bahwa semakin kuat pengenalan konsumen terhadap sebuah merek, semakin besar kecenderungan mereka untuk melakukan pembelian. Adapun citra merek tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang bermakna, mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi terhadap merek belum menjadi faktor kunci dalam menentukan pilihan terhadap makanan lokal oleh Generasi Z.
