Abstract

This study investigates the Orya Jayapura Hydroelectric Power Plant in Indonesia. The plant suffers from high machine downtime, resulting in low production and profits. Analyze the plant's efficiency using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. OEE considers availability, performance, and quality metrics. A mixed method combining a case study with quantitative data analysis (OEE formula) and a qualitative approach (cause-and-effect diagrams) to prioritize improvement recommendations. The average OEE for 2019-2022 was only 32.76%, indicating significant equipment inefficiency and low profits. High equipment failure losses were identified as the main culprit. The study confirms a correlation between technical efficiency and financial performance: higher availability leads to higher profits. The plant needs to improve its overall quality in terms of people, machinery, materials, and methods. This includes staffing with qualified personnel, providing employee training, enhancing equipment maintenance, and implementing strategies for asset optimization and innovation.

The design thinking stages used consist of five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, with the data collection method being interviews. The result of this research is a tested prototype that can display data for each government project handled by the government solution unit.

The quality of educational services at SMK Telkom Malang contributes to student and parent satisfaction while fostering a conducive organizational culture. Visionary leadership plays a crucial role in establishing a clear vision, motivating school elements, and driving innovation through facility improvements and teacher development, creating a comfortable and productive learning environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and visionary leadership on the quality of educational services at SMK Telkom Malang within the context of vocational secondary education. This study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression methods with the assistance of SPSS software. The study used 154 respondents as the research sample, drawn from the total population using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The population consists of school management, teachers, staff, and students from grades X to XII at SMK Telkom Malang. The findings of this study conclude: 1) there is a significant positive influence of organizational culture on the quality of educational services at SMK Telkom Malang; 2) there is a significant positive influence of visionary leadership on the quality of educational services at SMK Telkom Malang; 3) there is a significant simultaneous positive influence of organizational culture and visionary leadership on the quality of educational services at SMK Telkom Malang; and 4) the descriptive data reveals that respondents' scores for organizational culture tend to fall in the low category, while scores for visionary leadership and educational service quality are in the moderate category. Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has an important role in driving the country's economic development. In order for MSMEs to remain competitive with the growth of digital technology, they must be able to adapt to digitalization. Utilizing an e-commerce platform can provide information about which products are selling best and which products are not selling well. This data can be used to make decisions about inventory management, marketing, and more. Only 13% of MSMEs that utilize technology use e-commerce. The adoption of digital e-commerce technology among MSMEs in Jakarta is still uneven. This research aims to determine the influence of digital literacy and relative benefits on the adoption of digital e-commerce technology for MSMEs in Jakarta with digital training and mentoring as mediating variables. This research method is causal quantitative by collecting data using an online questionnaire to 399 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is Sem with the help of the Smart-PLS program. The research results show that digital literacy and relative benefits influence digital training and mentoring, but not the adoption of e-commerce platform technology. Meanwhile, digital training and mentoring influences the adoption of e-commerce platform technology. The mediation results show that digital training and mentoring play a full mediating role in the relationship between digital literacy and the relative benefits of adopting e-commerce platform technology.
