Abstract

The Izzatul Mu'minin Mosque (MIM) in Lembang is not solely focused on ritual worship activities but must also have a direct impact on the wider community. The prosperity of the mosque is achieved if MIM can become a center of civilization at the regional level through four aspects: worship, social, economic, education, and da'wah. This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors of MIM and formulate appropriate strategies to develop a prosperous mosque in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and in line with the Quranic verse At-Taubah 18. A qualitative research method is used to deeply understand the mosque's context, focusing on solving actual problems that can be practically utilized. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document studies. This study focuses on strategy formulation with a strategic management approach that is academically accountable and contributes to professional development as well as benefiting the wider community. Validation and credibility of the research are carried out through triangulation of methods and data sources with several informants involved in the mosque. Through the stages of the IE Matrix and SWOT Matrix, where the IE Matrix shows MIM's position in Cell 5 (Hold & Maintain), and SWOT produces strategic recommendations outlined in the QSPM for implementation. These strategies include: Increasing communication forums and making MIM a place for formal and informal deliberations; Collaborating with external communities for social activities; Digitizing the mosque with adequate technological infrastructure; Improving supporting facilities such as bathrooms and ablution places; Providing rest facilities for worshippers and tourists; Establishing a baitul mal or accountable financial body by conducting independent audits.

Abstract

Disrupsi teknologi telah mengubah lanskap industri penerbitan, menuntut kesiapan digital bagi perusahaan agar tetap kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan operasi digital dari tiga imprint PT Elex Media Komputindo—Quanta, Oopredoo, dan YOI Books. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipan, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi berbasis teori Holopainen et al. (2022). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan digital setiap imprint bervariasi, dipengaruhi oleh strategi digital, kesediaan manajemen, kapabilitas SDM, keterlibatan konsumen, serta kemitraan antarorganisasi. Quanta menunjukkan kesiapan lebih matang dalam digitalisasi, sedangkan Oopredoo dan YOI Books masih menghadapi kendala dalam kompetensi digital dan strategi pemasaran berbasis data. Studi ini memberikan wawasan baru dalam penerapan teori kesiapan operasi digital di sektor penerbitan serta menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara strategi digital, keterampilan SDM, dan inovasi model bisnis. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi bagi PT Elex Media Komputindo untuk memperkuat kompetensi digital SDM, mengembangkan strategi digital berbasis data, serta mempererat kolaborasi antarunit bisnis guna mencapai transformasi digital yang lebih efisien dan merata.

Abstract

Usaha Dagang Budi Jaya adalah perusahaan yang beroperasi lebih dari 30 tahun di Probolinggo, dengan fokus utama pada penyediaan layanan transportasi barang. Evaluasi kinerja perusahaan menunjukkan adanya masalah, sehingga perlu disusun strategi pengembangan secara menyeluruh agar bisnis dapat berkembang lebih lanjut. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi lingkungan eksternal dan internal perusahaan, memformulasikan alternatif strategi melalui matriks IE dan matriks SWOT, serta menentukan strategi prioritas menggunakan QSPM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan enam narasumber dari internal dan eksternal. Uji keabsahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan member checking, triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan weighted score matriks EFE sebesar 3.42 dan weighted score matriks IFE sebesar 2.65. Koordinat IE berada di kuadran II. Berdasarkan posisi tersebut, strategi disusun dengan menggunakan matriks SWOT dan menghasilkan 10 (sepuluh) strategi alternatif. Selanjutnya hasil verifikasi, internal memilih 3 (tiga) strategi. Tahap terakhir, dengan menggunakan QSPM, diperoleh strategi 1) tarif dan layanan yang baik membangun reputasi dan loyalitas pelanggan, 2) membuat website untuk pemesanan dan mengadopsi GPS untuk monitoring posisi truk, 3) optimalisasi armada untuk mengurangi beban operasional. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model bisnis SkillUp.id, sebuah platform e-learning yang menghadapi tantangan berupa traffic website yang tidak stabil meskipun telah menerapkan proses bisnis digital secara menyeluruh. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara berbagai pemangku kepentingan seperti founder, CEO, tim IT, tim marketing, mitra, pelanggan, hingga calon pelanggan, serta data sekunder dari dokumentasi internal dan literatur yang relevan, penelitian ini mengkaji secara mendalam faktor penyebab dan dampak dari kondisi tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perlunya strategi pemanfaatan komunitas, peningkatan kualitas SDM, penguatan brand awareness, serta penerapan teknologi seperti AI dan CRM untuk membangun kepercayaan pengguna. Selain itu, penguatan strategi SEO, perbaikan UI/UX, dan penyusunan program onboarding bagi pengguna baru diusulkan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan menarik pasar baru. Rekomendasi Business Model Canvas dan roadmap jangka pendek disusun sebagai panduan pengembangan bisnis SkillUp.id secara berkelanjutan, yang juga diharapkan bermanfaat bagi perusahaan digital serupa dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar yang dinamis. Abstract

PT. Agriaku Digital Indonesia atau Agriaku yang didirikan pada tahun 2021 merupakan perusahaan teknologi yangberfokus pada sektor agribisnis Indonesia. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah ketidaksesuaian hasil inovasi yang dicapaidengan keterbatasan kapabilitas big data dan kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang dibawaoleh teknologi digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis pengaruh transformasidigital terhadap kinerja inovasi dengan mempertimbangkan peran big data capability dan organizational agility padaunit kerja Agriaku.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS.Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 31 unit kerja dengan 216 responden. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi PT. Agriaku,sementara big data capability dan organizational agility tidak berperan signifikan sebagai mediator dalam hubunganantara transformasi digital terhadap kinejra perusahaan.Kata kunci: transformasi digital, kinerja inovasi, big data capability, organizational agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Warung Nasi Sederhana Berhias (WNSB), sebuah Usaha Mikro di Karawang di Pesatnyaperkembangan Indonesia turut memengaruhi Warung Nasi Sederhana Berhias (WNSB) sebagai bagian dari sektorusaha kuliner yang menghadapi persaingan ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Business Model Canvas(BMC) sebagai strategi dalam mengatasi tantangan usaha sekaligus mengembangkan bisnis agar memiliki kinerjadan kualitas yang lebih unggul dari pesaing, dengan menggabungkan pendekatan analisis SWOT dan MatriksTOWS. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan validitas data dijamin melalui member checkdan triangulasi sumber. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari lima narasumberinternal dan eksternal perusahaan.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, BMC pada kondisi saat ini dinilai cukup baik karena mencakup seluruh sembilanelemen utama. Kemudian dilakukan analisis lebih dalam menggunakan SWOT yang menunjukkan adanya 9kekuatan dan 3 kelemahan internal, serta 9 peluang dan 4 ancaman eksternal. Analisis Matriks TOWS digunakanuntuk merumuskan strategi dan mengarahkan pembaruan BMC. Hasilnya, terdapat 9 elemen yang perlu diperkuatdengan penambahan poin penting, terutama pada value propositions, channels, dan key partnerships sebagai fokusstrategi prioritas. Selanjutnya, Matriks TOWS berhasil merumuskan 23 strategi spesifik: 9 strategi SO (KekuatanPeluang), 6 strategi ST (Kekuatan-Ancaman), 4 strategi WO (Kelemahan-Peluang), dan 4 strategi WT (KelemahanAncaman). Strategi yang dirumuskan mencakup peningkatan promosi digital dan inovasi menu, yang bertujuanuntuk membantu WNSB mengatasi tantangan digitalisasi dan meningkatkan daya saing di era digital.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Business Model Canvas, Analisis SWOT, Matriks TOWS.

Abstract

Desa Mekarmaju, Kabupaten Bandung, dikenal sebagai salah satu sentra pengrajin pandai besi tradisional. Namun, seiring perkembangan zaman, para pengrajin menghadapi tantangan dalam hal inovasi produk. Minimnya kemampuan dalam berinovasi menjadi salah satu alasan produk mereka kalah bersaing dengan produk industri modern. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat ini, Tim Telkom University akan menyelenggarakan pelatihan upskilling yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengrajin dalam berinovasi dan memasarkan produk secara efektif. Pelatihan ini mencakup materi tentang tata cara mendesain produk yang inovatif beserta cara marketing yang tepat. Dari data pre-test dan post-test, didapatkan hasil bahwa pemahaman warga atas inovasi produk naik dari 60 persen menjadi 69,7 persen. Dari peningkatan pemahaman ini diharapkan program ini dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk pandai besi Desa Mekarmaju di pasar lokal maupun nasional di masa depan. Upskilling Training for Innovative Product Development for Blacksmiths in Mekarmaju Village, Bandung Regency Mekarmaju Village in Bandung Regency, is known as a center for traditional blacksmithing. However, as time goes by, the craftsmen face challenges in product innovation. Lack of innovation is one reason their products are unable to compete with modern industrial products. Through this community service program, the Telkom University Team will conduct upskilling training aimed at improving the craftsmen's ability to innovate and market their products effectively. This training includes materials on how to design innovative products and appropriate marketing methods. Pre-test and post-test data showed that residents' understanding of product innovation increased from 60 percent to 69.7 percent. This increased understanding is expected to increase the competitiveness of Mekarmaju Village's blacksmithing products in the local and national markets in the future.

Abstract

Purpose: This abstract provides a brief overview of a review article that explores the scenario planning approach and future strategies for the implementation of Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) services by PT. Telkomsel. This study aimed to analyze the limitations and contributions of scenario planning in shaping future strategies for FMC service implementation. Research methodology: This study uses a scenario planning method that aims to identify the driving forces for the future of the telecommunications industry in Indonesia in 2030 and then formulates a scenario for the future of telecommunications services in Indonesia. These scenarios are used as the basis for recommendations for PT. Telkomsel's business strategy for implementing FMC services, which is carried out through a qualitative approach. Results: The research results found that, in the future, network coverage and technology will no longer be a competitive advantage for telecommunications companies in Indonesia. The research results show four possible future scenarios for the telecommunications industry in Indonesia: New Glory, Win Back Domination, Digital Colonialism, and Business as Usual. Conclusion: PT. Telkomsel must always invest in additional infrastructure to meet customer bandwidth needs. The implementation of FMC services is crucial to increase the company's competitive advantage, but it requires careful anticipation of volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) conditions to minimize future business risks. Scenario planning becomes necessary to develop an adaptive and resilient corporate strategy. Limitation: This study is limited to scenario planning analysis based on qualitative data and focuses on Indonesia's telecommunications industry context toward 2030. Contribution: The study contributes to providing strategic insights and future-oriented recommendations for PT. Telkomsel to optimize FMC service implementation under potential industry changes.

Abstract

As a non-bank financial institution, a guarantee company provides credit guarantees to individuals, government institutions, and/or business entities that are feasible in terms of business and business but do not yet meet banking requirements and are not creditworthy (feasible but not yet bankable). This guarantee activity involves three parties, namely the Guarantee Recipient, the Guaranteed, and the Guarantor. Credit assessment in this guarantee company is important to help MSMEs in obtaining financing from banks even though they are not yet bankable. This study aims to determine, measure accuracy and determine what factors influence the application of the Naïve Bayes Classifier in a digital strategy to classify which debtor criteria are eligible and unfit for Credit Guarantee. The categorization of the guarantee data variables used are work area, business sector, credit period, credit allocation, guaranteed age, and credit ceiling value. To achieve the objectives of this study, a digital strategy system is needed that utilizes machine learning to be able to classify guarantee data to determine which debtor criteria are eligible and unfit for Credit Guarantee. The Naïve Bayes Classifier method was chosen because of its simple and fast nature in classifying data but is effective in making predictions based on probability..

Abstract

The Faculty of Economics and Business at Telkom University conducted a community service program titled "Evaluation of Eco-Friendly Tourism Training and Digitalization Implementation at Sugihmukti Village, Pasirjambu District, Bandung Regency" with the objective of enhancing sustainable tourism practices and digital capabilities among community members, tourism managers, and village stakeholders. The program commenced with coordination and needs assessment phases to identify material relevance with Sugihmukti Village's characteristics as an emerging eco-tourism destination located at 1,300-2,200 meters above sea level. Implementation encompassed delivery of educational materials based on sustainable tourism principles, hands-on workshops on environmental conservation management, digital marketing and e-commerce training, as well as pre-test and post-test assessments to measure effectiveness. Evaluation results demonstrated significant improvements in participants' understanding of environmental management practices, digital tools for tourism promotion, and sustainable business operations. Post-test results revealed a 52.3% improvement in participants' comprehension of eco-friendly tourism principles, environmental carrying capacity management, and digital marketing strategies. The community service activity successfully built awareness of environmental stewardship, economic sustainability, and digital transformation among stakeholders, promoting the creation of a more competitive and environmentally responsible tourism destination. The program received positive responses with a satisfaction score of 4.3 out of 5 and was deemed to provide substantial impact on Sugihmukti Village's capacity building in achieving the status of an established eco-tourism destination.
