Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness and contribution of Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fees (BPHTB) taxes in Pariaman City. The research approach in the form of a descriptive approach is a research method used to examine existing facts systematically based on the object of research, existing facts to be collected and processed into data, then explained and drawn conclusions on data received from the Pariaman City Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency in the form of target data and tax realization BPHTB Kota Pariaman. Data collection techniques used documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are that during the 2017-2021 period the realization of BPHTB taxes has reached the desired target. The effectiveness of BPHTB tax collection in the last 5 years has reached the set target and BPHTB's tax contribution has increased in 2017 then decreased in 2018 and has increased again in 2019 and 2020 then decreased again in 2021. There are several factors that cause a decrease in BPHTB tax revenue, namely the lack of public awareness in increasing their land status rights to have a certificate, the Sales Value of Tax Objects (NJOP) in Kota Pariaman is still low when compared to the selling price of market prices, the lack of BPHTB tax sale and purchase transactions using certificates.

Abstract

The implementation of this training is based on a collaborative community service program for lecturers at the Islamic Institute of West Sumatra and the University of Sumatra with the aim of providing understanding and training insights to teachers in managing PTK research results using the SPSS application, so that they can be included in a scientific article and published. This training activity was carried out at SMPN 4 Sungai Limau Padang Pariaman using the method of delivering material, discussion and direct training between participants and resource persons. The material presented in this activity, namely the use of the SPSS application in managing PTK research data, methods for writing scientific articles and the practice of submitting articles to online scientific journals. The results of the implementation of this training activity given to SMPN 4 Sungai Limau teachers can be concluded from the results of the participants' understanding of each material provided, namely in terms of material for using the SPSS application, 98% of participants really understand the material presented, in terms of making scientific articles 99% really understand and in terms of submitting scientific articles to online journals 97% really understand the practice given.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries facing the problem of economic growth, where one of the factors is inflation and government spending. West Sumatra is one of the provinces in Indonesia that is experiencing economic growth problems. This can be seen from the fluctuating inflation rate and government spending, which can affect the rate of economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and government spending on economic growth in West Sumatra Province in 1993- 2020. Methodology/approach – This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis using secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting and retrieving data through the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics for West Sumatra Province, namely sumbar.bps.go.id. the sample in this study was 28 years old starting from 1993-2020. Findings – It there was a partial and simultaneous effect of inflation and government spending on economic growth in West Sumatra Province from 1993-2020. With the regression results Y = 19.432 - 0.145 X1 – 1.892 X2 and a coefficient of determination of 50.9% means that 50.9% of the independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable, while the remaining 49.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Novelty/value – Inflation is the main factor influencing economic growth in West Sumatra province, while government spending is a supporting factor influencing economic growth in West Sumatra province. To increase economic growth in the province of West Sumatra, the regional government of the province of West Sumatra needs to maintain inflation stability in the form of price stability for goods and services and an increase in appropriate government spending to regulate the course of the economy by determining the amount of government revenue and spending each year which is reflected in regional expenditure revenue budget (APBD) with the aim of stabilizing prices, output levels, employment opportunities and encouraging economic growth in the province of West Sumatra. As employee retention has been an important factor in the Baltic region over the last two decades it is vital to understand how to retain employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur kepemilikan, pajak dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap pembayaran dividen pada Perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016, selama lima tahun periode yaitu periode 012-2016. Dari hasilanalisis regresi dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial struktur kepemilikan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil probabilitas sebesar 0,032. Selanjutnya pajak berpengaruh negatif terhadap pembayaran dividen. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari nilai probabilitas pajak sebesar 0,112. Dan prtumbuhan perusahaan berpengarub positif terhadap pembayaran dividen. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas pertumbuhan perusahaan sebesar 0,024. Dari hasl analisis regresi dapat diketahui pula bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel independen meiliki pengaruh yang signifikan antara sturktur kepemilikan, pajak dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pembayaran dividen pada Perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES) dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sandi Ulakan, Kecamatan Ulakan Tapakih. Dimana pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Sandi Ulakan sudah mengimplementasikan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES). Pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Desa Sandi Ulakan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur, yaitu Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Desa Sandi Ulakan, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, dan pelaporan. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan desa menggunakan sistem keuangan desa di Sandi Ulakan meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Millennial Generation Attitudes and Brand Awareness on Interest in Buying Fast Food at Gozila Corndog among Students at the Faculty of Economics, Sumatera Barat University. The sample in this research was 87 students from the Faculty of Economics, Sumatera Barat University who were active in 2022-2023. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that partially the attitude of the millennial generation had a significant effect on buying interest, partially brand awareness has a significant effect on buying interest, and simultaneously (together) the attitude of the millennial generation and brand awareness have a significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the number of loans and bad debts of women's savings and loans (SPP) on the welfare of the women's savings and loans group (SPP) UPK DAPM VII Koto District in the Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang Selatan Environment. The aim of this research is to partially and simultaneously examine the influence of the number of loans and bad credit for women's savings and loans (SPP) on the welfare of the women's savings and loans group (SPP) UPK DAPM VII Koto District in the Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang Selatan Environment. The population in this study was 117 and the sample in this study was 54 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research instrument test used is the validity and reliability test. The classic assumption tests used are the data normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing, the F test and t test are used. The analysis tool used is regression with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that the loan amount variable has a significant effect on the welfare of the women's savings and loan group (SPP) UPK DAPM VII Koto District in the Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang neighborhood. The bad credit variable has a negative and significant effect on the welfare of the women's savings and loans group (SPP) UPK DAPM VII Koto District in the Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang neighborhood. The variables of loan amount and bad credit have a significant effect on the welfare of the women's savings and loans group (SPP) UPK DAPM VII Koto District in the Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang neighborhood. The variables of loan amount and bad credit have a joint contribution of 23.7% to the dependent variable, namely the welfare of the women's savings and loans group (SPP) UPK DAPM VII Koto District in the Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang neighborhood. while the remaining 76.3% of welfare is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing, price and service quality on sales volume at Cafe Goodbeb in Pariaman. Quantitative research is a valid and reliable instrument as well as appropriate analysis so that it does not deviate from actual conditions and research by obtaining data in the form of numbers. The population in this research is all consumers who have visited or shopped at Cafe Goodbeb, the number of which is unknown. The sample in this study was 68 respondents . Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS version 23 for Windows program. Based on the results obtained, the multiple linear regression value is Y=7.777+ 0.113X1 + 0.585X2+ 0.250X3. . Then the results. First Hypothesis Test (H1) H1: Digital Marketing. t calculated has a value of 3.949. Meanwhile, the t table in this study has a value of 1.99773, this shows that the calculated t value > t table (3.949 > 1.99773) which means that Digital Marketing has a significant and influential effect on sales volume. Second Hypothesis Test (H2) H2: The calculated t price has a value of 10.416. Meanwhile, the t table in this study has a value of 1.99773. which means that price has a significant and influential effect on sales volume. Third Hypothesis Test (H3) H3: Service Quality. t count has a value of 6.166. Meanwhile, the t table in this study has a value of 1.99773. which means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on sales volume. f count is 94,900. Meanwhile, the f table in this study has a value of 2.75. This means that the calculated f value is greater than the f table (94,900 > 2.75). Meanwhile, judging from the significance value of 0.000, the significance value is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination value is 0.808. This means that 80.8% of sales volume is influenced by digital marketing, price and service quality. Meanwhile, the remaining 19.2% of sales volume is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study analyzes the process of managing village funds in Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang Selatan, Padang Pariaman Regency, using the principles of accountability, transparency, and community participation to realize good governance. The analysis method used is included in qualitative descriptive research. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews with informants in related fields such as the village head, village secretary, BUMNag director and village officials around Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang. The results showed that Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang Selatan has implemented village fund management in accordance with applicable regulations, by prioritizing the principles of accountability, transparency, and community participation, which contribute to the achievement of good governance. This research provides insight into effective village fund management practices, in line with applicable regulations and can be said to be accountable, transparent and uphold community participation. The principle of accountability in the planning, implementation and accountability process of Village Fund Management in Nagari Lareh Nan Panjang Selatan is in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. Good management will realize good government as well. The application of this accountability principle aims as a benchmark or reference for the government in carrying out activities in village financial management. The results of this study also participate in other regency.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how self-efficacy and human resource empowerment influence employee performance at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam Padang Pariaman Regency simultaneously and partially. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is a nonprobability sample with a saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires with a sample size of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. It can be seen that the regression equation formed is Y = 10.190 + 0.313X1 + 0.359 X2. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and human resource empowerment on employee performance at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam Padang Pariaman Regency. The magnitude of the influence of self-efficacy and human resource empowerment on the performance of employees at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam simultaneously is 40.30%. Meanwhile, the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance, the results of partial tests using the t test were 2.728 > t table (1.671) with a probability of 0.008 < 0.05, so there is a significant influence between self-efficacy on employee performance at SMAN 1 V Koto Inner Village. and the effect of human resource empowerment on employee performance is 2,775 > t table (1.671) with a probability of 0.007 < 0.05, so there is a significant influence between human resource empowerment on employee performance at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam Padang Pariaman Regency.Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Human Resource Empowerment, Employee Performance.
