In general formulation of the problem in the proposed PTK is: is think pair share learning method can improve the process of learning math class V SDN Yosowilangun Manyar District of Gresik? In particular formulation of the problem in the proposed PTK is described as follows: 1) Is the method of learning think pair share can improve the process and result of learning math class V SDN Yosowilangun Manyar District of Gresik? 2) Is the method of learning think pair share can improve the process and result of learning mathematics affective aspect or attitude class V SDN Yosowilangun Manyar District of Gresik? 3) Is the method of learning think pair share can improve the process and results of learning the mathematical aspect of psychomotor or cooperative skills class V SDN Yosowilangun Manyar District of Gresik. The subjects of this research in this PTK is a fifth grade students who will be drawn at random from the whole class V semester of the 2014/2015 academic year 1. The material taught is KD 1. Using a property that arithmetic operations. Researcher is a teacher at SDN Yasowilangun Manyar District of Gresik in the academic year 2014/2015 and the teaching of mathematics. Appropriate formulation of the problem ad research objectives, in general it can be concluded that the result for student at SDN Yosoilangun Manyar Diatrict of Gresik, can be increased through learning by using method think pair share, result ffor students of class V SDN Yosowilangu Manyar District of Gresik, the material Mathematics Basic competencies using arithmetic operating properties and can be increased significantly after implementation of learning activities through methods think pair share.

On the basis of the problems found in SDN End XIII / 38 Surabaya note that teachers who have not been using innovative teaching, teachers are still teaching with lectures and monotonous so less foster interest and motivation in learning activities that lead students to become bored and become inactive in classroom learning activities that lead to student learning outcomes to be low. Therefore, the researchers used a model of cooperative mode Phare Think Share (TPS). Objectives to be achieved in this study as follows: to determine the learning outcome using cooperative learning model TPS data processing material form of tables and graphs in the third grade students of SDN End XIII / 38 Surabaya, pelajarn year 2015/2016. Abstrak. Efektivitas Cascade Aerator dalam Menurunkan Kadar Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) pada Air Limbah Tahu di Kota Pontianak Tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas Cascade Aerator dalam menurunkan kadar COD pada instalasi pengolahan air limbah tahu di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-test post-test design. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah variasi jumlah tangga Cascade Aerator, variabel terikat adalah kadar COD air limbah tahu dan variabel pengganggu adalah pH dan debit air limbah. Hasil penelitian kadar COD sebelum dilakukan aerasi, yaitu 2.236 mg/l. Kadar tersebut dapat diturunkan dengan Cascade Aerator. Pada tangga ke 14 kadar COD turun menjadi 391 mg/l, pada tangga ke 16 menjadi 334 mg/l, pada tangga ke 18 menjadi 286 mg/l dan pada tangga yang ke 20 menjadi 165 mg/l. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Variasi yang efektif pada Cascade Aerator untuk menurunkan kadar COD yang sesuai dengan baku mutu adalah dengan jumlah tangga sebanyak 18 tangga. Kadar COD pada influent adalah 2.236 mg/l, setelah melewati Cascade Aerator dengan variasi jumlah tangga sebanyak 18 tangga diperoleh hasil kadar COD pada efluent yaitu 286 mg/l yang hasil tersebut sudah memenuhi baku mutu dan aman bagi lingkungan. Abstract. The Effectiveness of Casade Aerator to Reduce Total of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) on Tofu Wastewater in Pontianak 2014. The purpose of research is to determine the effectiveness of Cascade Aerator to reduce total of COD on tofu wastewater of waste water treatment instalation in Pontianak. This research was aquasi-experimental research without group pre-test post-test design. Independent variablein this researchis avariation number of ladder in CascadeAerator, the dependent variableis thetotal COD of tofu waste waterand the confounding variable were pH and waste water discharge. Results of this research show that total of COD prior toaeration, is 2,236mg/l. The level scan be lowered by CascadeAerator. In 14th ladder, total of COD dropped to 391 mg/l, 16th ladder 334 mg/l, 18th ladder dropped to 286 mg/l and 165 mg/l in 20th ladder. The conclusion of this research is the most effective number of ladder in cascade aerator is 18. Total of COD in iffluent is 2236 mg/l, after passes Aerator Cascade with variation period ladder stairs as much as 18 findings effluent COD is 286 mg/l the results of these findings already meet the standard of quality and safe environment.

The complex challenges in these environments demand extraordinary skill and resilience from nurses. This research aims to explore the influence of resilience on the performance of nurses at Mutiara Sukma Psychiatric hospital. The research method used a quantitative approach with a sample size of 110 nurses. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula and quota sampling technique. Data on nurses' resilience and performance were collected through questionnaires whose validity and reliability were tested. Data analysis involves inferential statistical techniques, such as independent t tests and simple linear regression. The independent t test was used to compare the average performance between low and high resilience groups, while simple linear regression was used to assess the linear relationship between resilience (independent variable) and performance (dependent variable). Data was processed using the SPSS program. The results of data analysis show that nurses with a high level of resilience tend to have better performance. Independent t tests revealed significant differences in performance between the low and high resilience groups. In addition, simple linear regression shows that resilience has a positive effect on nurse performance. The practical implications of this research provide a basis for developing training and support programs to increase nurse resilience, with the aim of improving service quality. This research provides an in-depth understanding of individual psychological relationships with a direct impact on mental health services. Despite these limitations, these findings have significant relevance for human resource management in hospitals and can serve as a basis for future research.

This article investigate influence satisfaction Work to performance nurse at Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital. Study This investigate the vital role of nurses at Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital in context service health soul. Nurse No only as provider service medical, but also plays a role important in create environment supportive work recovery patient. Nurses at RSJ have not quite enough answer to aspect physical and psychosocial, building connection therapeutic with patient, and role as bridge between patient and team interdisciplinary. Environment working at RSJ is element crucial that can be influence performance nurses and outcomes whole in maintenance soul. This study use approach quantitative with involving 110 nurses as sample. Analysis results statistics show that environment Work influential significant to performance nurse, with coefficient determination amounting to 51.5%. Discussion results study This highlighting importance environment conducive work _ in increase performance nurse. Findings This consistent with study earlier that showed connection positive between environment work and performance employee. This research aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri JATIADI 1 on simple fractions using fraction cards as media. Fraction card media is used by teachers through a fraction card game. This type of research is classroom action research. This research uses the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. The subjects in this research were 24students in class III of SD Negeri JATIADI 1, consisting of 14 male students and 10 female students. The techniques used for data collection are observation techniques and written tests. The research instruments used teacher observation sheets, student observations and written tests. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that: the results of learning mathematics using fraction card media for class III students at SD Negeri Jatiadi 1 have increased in simple fraction material. The increase in cycle I was 23.2% while in cycle II it was 39.3%. This increase was due to explaining the rules of the fractional card game, the teacher provided a simulation of the implementation of the fractional card game. In this way, students can play fractional card games according to the rules of the game

Desa Keji, Kecamatan Muntilan, Kabupaten Magelang termasuk desa lokus stunting. Persentase angka stunting di desa tersebut yaitu 21,4% di bawah angka stunting Kabupaten Magelang yaitu 25,8%. Salah satu dusun yaitu Pasekan kasus stunting rendah, hanya 1 anak yang stunting dan 1 anak yang berat badannya di Bawah Garis Merah (BGM). Namun demikian, Posyandu Tunas Harapan yang berada di wilayah ini selalu berupaya memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada warga agar kasus stunting tidak pernah muncul. Meskipun begitu, masih ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, di antaranya yaitu kekurangpedulian para ibu dalam memberikan makanan yang kandungan gizinya cukup kepada anak-anak. Para ibu tersebut umumnya bekerja sebagai pedagang, sehingga urusan anak diserahkan kepada kakek nenek. Oleh karena itu, tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Terpadu (PPMT) Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktik pembuatan Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MPASI) kepada para ibu warga Dusun Pasekan bekerja sama dengan Posyandu Tunas Harapan pada bulan Desember 2024 yang lalu. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman para ibu sebesar 71% terhadap arti penting pemberian MPASI kepada anak-anak usia lebih dari 6 bulan. Selanjutnya 69,7% para ibu memahami cara pembuatan MPASI yang diajarkan tim PPMT dan bersedia untuk mempraktikkan di rumah dalam pemberian makanan kepada anak-anaknya.

Students metacognitive skills, including planning, monitoring, and evaluating the learning process, are essential in science (IPA) learning at the elementary level. However, these skills often receive insufficient attention due to the dominance of cognitively oriented instructional approaches. This study aims to analyze the metacognitive skills of fifth-grade students in science learning at three public elementary schools in Surabaya. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, supported by qualitative data from teacher interviews. The results indicate that students' skills in planning and evaluation are relatively well-developed, while difficulties persist in the monitoring aspect, particularly in maintaining reflective consistency and recalling prior material. Although teachers have implemented reflective and contextual approaches, passive learning habits remain a significant challenge. Based on these findings, it is recommended that science instruction place greater emphasis on explicit and structured strategies to foster students' thinking awareness in a sustainable manner, aligned with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Objective: Education is one of the basic needs of humans. The current educational challenge is to produce individuals who can compete in the 21st century. We can access various information freely via the internet, and there is no guarantee that the news we see is true. To use this information properly, individuals must evaluate data and information sources. Method: The type of research used is qualitative research. The population in this study is all ESTE FoE Unesa students, and the sample used is the 2018-2020 class. The sample used was class 2019, D, and F, totaling 84 students. The data collection method used in this study is the test. The instrument used in this study was a critical thinking skills test. Data analysis was carried out in percentage terms. Results: The results showed that the critical thinking skills of Elementary School Teacher Education Faculty of Education Unesa students were in a low category. The results of this study are expected to be used by lecturers or researchers to design and develop learning activities that can facilitate students to practice critical thinking skills. Novelty: Lecturers can design the implementation of learning in the classroom that trains critical thinking skills to become more qualified, effective, and efficient.
