Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze relationship marketing on customer loyalty mediated by brand image. The research design uses quantitative descriptive using primary data sources taken directly from respondents via questionnaires. The research sample of Herbalife customers in Kodya Semarang with a minimum subscription period of 1 year amounted to 157 respondents. The research results explain that relationship marketing influences customer loyalty, while brand image is able to mediate. However, there is an obstacle, namely that respondents who are outside the Semarang Municipality cannot be used as samples so the results cannot be generalized.

Abstract

Stunting dengan kurang gizi merupakan sebuah dua masalah yang saling berkaitan dimana stunting yang dialami merupakan dampak dari malnutrisi atau kurang gizi yang menimbulkan gangguan perkembangan fisik pada anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait dengan upaya pencegahan yang dapat dilakuka oleh masyarakat mencegah stunting sejak dini. Metode yang diguankan dalam penelitian ini berupa edukasi melalui seminar yang dilaksanakan secara online lewat media zoom untuk upaya mencegah stunting sejak dini. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan ini pengetahuan masyarakat terkait dengan pencegahan stunting ada dilihat dari antusias saat mereka bertanya, berdiskusi bersama dan mendengarkan serta menyimak kegiatan ini sampai dengan akhir acara.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah agar Pemerintah desa beserta warganya mampu memanfaatkan potensi air yang melimpah di desanya. Kesungguhan dan tekat untuk mandiri dengan kekuatan berbasis kemasyarakatan ini mampu membawa desa ini menjadi desa wisata yang sukses. Fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakatan yang kurang memahami mengenai dana desa, terutama mengenai hak dan kewajiban mereka. Oleh karena itu pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, pengusul melakukan sosialisasi berkaitan dengan Sosialisasi tentang prioritas dan alokasi dana desa tahun 2022, Sosialisasi mengenai hak dan kewajiban masyarakat desa. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan pertemuan langsung pada warga di Desa Glantengan Kudus yang merupakan domisili pengusul. Untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang lebih luas, telah dilakukan sosialisasi dalam bentuk video yang disampaikan melalui sosial media yang sangat diminati saat ini yaitu Tik Tok

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Namun, dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar global, UMKM sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja mereka, terutama dalam hal pemahaman dan implementasi literasi produk halal. Literasi produk halal menjadi semakin penting seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran akademisi dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja UMKM melalui peningkatan literasi produk halal. Akademisi, sebagai sumber pengetahuan dan inovasi, dapat berperan dalam menyediakan edukasi, penelitian, serta pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan standar halal. Dengan literasi produk halal yang lebih baik, UMKM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar lokal dan global, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka di segmen konsumen yang peduli terhadap produk halal. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kerjasama antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan pelaku UMKM dalam menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM berbasis literasi halal.

Abstract

The transition from the Official Assessment System to the Self-Assessment One of the major challenges is the increasing risk of non-compliance due to inaccurate or deliberately manipulated tax reporting. Another significant weakness is the increasing demand for strict monitoring and enforcement mechanisms. Tax authorities must improve their audit capabilities and apply stringent sanctions to ensure optimal compliance. However, such enforcement measures require substantial resources, including skilled personnel and sophisticated information technology systems. The study uses a qualitative approach aimed at analyzing the weaknesses arising from the transition from the Official Assessment System to the Self-Assessment System and evaluating their impact on tax compliance and revenue effectiveness. The findings are expected to provide policy recommendations for improving the tax system to improve compliance and ensure sustainable tax revenue collection.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the social meaning of Tongtek artistic practices and identify factors contributing to the normalization of sexual violence against female artists. The research design uses qualitative research with snowball sampling techniques. Informants in this study consist of: 1) art connoisseurs (users); 2) cultural organizers; 3) female artists in Tongtek art. The results of the study indicate that Tongtek artistic practices are local traditions and cultures that have adapted to contemporary cultural conditions. Although they have historical and aesthetic value, these practices also harbor complex problems, especially related to gender and power relations. Factors contributing to the normalization of sexual violence against female artists in this context include: 1) the still-strong patriarchal cultural construction; 2) the unequal power relations between female artists and art connoisseurs; 3) the lack of regulation and legal protection for female artists; and 4) the internalization of cultural norms that consider sexual violence as normal in certain contexts. However, in reality, this phenomenon has not been able to be analyzed and explained so that it becomes one of the local cultures that contributes to the development of culture in modern society. It is hoped that the research findings will provide critical reflection for stakeholders on preserving local culture without compromising the rights and dignity of female artists. Thus, Tongtek art is viewed not only as a cultural heritage but also as a medium for promoting social justice and gender equality in society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze pricing and promote strategies to increase customer loyalty of sharia banks in Kudus, Central Java, Indonesia. This research method using qualitative and quantitative approach. The data used is time series data. The population of this study are customers who actively transact in Islamic banks in Kudus. Sampling technique using non probability sampling with accidental type of sampling. So the number of respondents needed in this research is a number of 100 active bank customers. The analytical method uses correlational descriptive analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), correlational assumption test and classical assumption test using AMOS 20 software. The result of this research explains that price and promotion contribute to increase customer and product loyalty which can become empirical variable. This proves that Sharia Bank is expected to have a special strategy to increase customer loyalty. How to increase loyalty in addition to improving the quality of Islamic banking products such as murobahah, musyarokah and mudharobah is to improve the characteristics of macro and Sharia micro finance institutions. This is because the excess of syariah bank products has never been found in conventional financial institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between marketing and consumer satisfaction Herbalife in Semarang. The research design used quantitative descriptive using primary data. The research sample is consumers who use products from Herbalife in Semarang who may be 157 respondents. Analysis using multiple partial regression. The results explain that consumers who use Herbalife products in Semarang are loyal because of the emotional closeness factor with fellow users or members. In addition, consumer loyalty increases because of the role of relationships that are strengthened by the benefits of Herbalife products which are indeed beneficial for health.
