Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan dinamika kegiatan bimbingan behavioral dalam pengembangan kreativitas menulis santri di Yayasan Pesantren Yatim Al-Kasyaf. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori bimbingan behavioral dari Albert Bandura. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, kegiatan proses bimbingan behavioral dalam pengembangan kreativitas menulis santri dilakukan dengan teknik modelling dan untuk mengatasi dinamika yang terjadi selama proses bimbingan ditangani dengan penggunaan teknik terapi aversi (pemberian reward dan punishment) terhadap para santri, di kalangan santri, menulis menjadi suatu kegiatan yang membudaya, setiap santri berhasil menciptakan karya tulis berupa satu buah buku dalam waktu satu bulan. Bimbingan behavioral terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kreativitas literasi bagi para santri. This study aims to determine the process and dynamics of behavioral guidance activities in developing students' writing creativity at the Al-Kasyaf Yatim Islamic Boarding School Foundation. This study uses the behavioral guidance theory of Albert Bandura. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the behavioral guidance process activities in developing students' writing creativity were carried out using modeling techniques (imitation). To overcome the dynamics that occurred during the guidance process, it was handled by using aversion therapy techniques (giving rewards and punishments) to students; among students, Writing has become a cultured activity, each student succeeds in creating a written work in the form of one book within one month. Behavioral guidance has proven to be effective in developing and increasing literacy creativity for students. Keywords: Behavioral Guidance; Writing Creativity; Students.

Abstract

This study describes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Santri Leadership Basic Training (LDKS) held at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School apply the principles and functions of modern management. The method used in this research is descriptive method, to describe and provide an explanation of the management of Santri Leadership Basic Training (LDKS) at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. This study shows that LDKS in Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the principles of modern management has been proven by the application of modern management functions in the implementation of LDKS. Research also shows that management functions have been applied regularly in LDKS activities at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding Schools, because the committee implements management functions in this LDKS activity so that activities can run smoothly, in accordance with the goals that have been set. Penelitian ini menjelaskan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Santri (LDKS) yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dan fungsi manajemen modern. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang manajemen Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Santri (LDKS) di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LDKS di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan sesuai pada prinsip-prinsip manajemen modern sudah terbukti dengan adanya penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen modern dalam pelaksanaan LDKS. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen telah diterapkan secara teratur dalam kegiatan LDKS di Pesantren Al-Ihsan, karena panitia menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam kegiatan LDKS ini sehingga kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar, sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah di tentukan.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan yang digunakan pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri, karena banyaknya pesantren yang telah lama berkembang namun pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dengan lingkungan yang sederhana dan fasilitas yang minim dapat menghasilkan santri-santri yang pandai dalam meningkatkatkan kreatifitas sehingga dapat meraih berbagai prestasi dan memiliki berbagai keahlian sehingga menjadi kebanggaan bagi pondok pesantren dan juga bagi keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan pengelola pondok dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri serta untuk mengetahui motivasi dan program yang ada dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang strategi pengembangan dipondok Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri. Langkah yang ditempuh dalam penelitian yaitu menentukan lokasi penelitian, metode penelitian, jenis data, sumber data, teknik pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelola pondok Al-Mu’awanah mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas santrinya sehingga sebagian besar santri dapat mengikuti berbagai program dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dengan baik dan lancar dan menciptakan berbagai kreatifitas santri sehinga santri mendapat penghargaan dari pondok dan kebanggaan bagi keluarganya. Serta dengan motivasi yang diberikan pengelola pondok baik dengan memberikan reward, hukuman terhadap santri yang melanggar, menyelenggarakan fasilitas pondok dan menyelenggarakan berbagai program kegiatan pondok sehingga mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas santri dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah. The problem of this research is to analyze the development strategies used by Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding schools in increasing the creativity of santri, because there are many pesantren that have long been developing but Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding schools with simple environments and minimal facilities but can produce santri who are clever in increasing creativity so they can achieve various achievements and have various skills so that it becomes a pride for Islamic boarding schools and also for their families. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of cottage management in increasing the creativity of santri and to find out the motivations and programs available at the boarding of Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding school in increasing the creativity of santri. The method used in this study is descriptive method, because the purpose of this study is to describe, and provide an explanation of the development strategy in Al-Mu'awanah in increasing students' creativity. The steps taken in the research are determining the location of research, research methods, data types, data sources, data collection techniques, and finally analyzing. The results of this study indicate that the manager of Al-Mu'awanah cottage is able to increase the creativity of his santri so that most santri can take part in various programs at the Al-Mu'awanah boarding school smoothly and create a variety of santri creations so that the santri gets appreciation from the hut and pride for his family . As well as the motivation given by the management of the lodge both by giving rewards, punishing the violating santri, holding cottage facilities and holding various cottage activities programs so as to increase the creativity of santri boarded by Al-Mu’awanah Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen strategik yang terdiri dari formulasi, implementasi serta evaluasi strategi Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah dalam rangka mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Strategik Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah terdiri dari 3 unsur: Pertama, formulasi dilakukan dengan membuat berbagai program kegiatan yang mendukung dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Kedua, implementasi berupa pelaksanaan berbagai program disertai prosedur program yang telah ditentukan, serta adanya pembentukan dan pelaksanaan organisasi santri untuk membantu merealisasikan setiap program kegiatan. Ketiga, evaluasi yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa yaitu dengan melakukan berbagai penilaian, seperti penilaian tertulis melalui berbagai ujian tulis, serta penilaian secara lisan mengenai kebahasaan. This paper aims to analyze strategic management which consists of the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies in Al-Ihsan Baleendah Islamic Boarding School in order to produce multi-language cadres. The method used in the research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using observation techniques, documentation studies, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Strategic Management of Al-Ihsan Baleendah Modern Islamic Boarding School consists of 3 elements: First, the formulation is carried out by making various program activities that support the printing of multi-language cadres. Second, implementation in the form of implementing various programs accompanied by program procedures that have been determined, as well as the establishment and implementation of santri organizations to help realize each activity program. Third, the evaluation conducted by Pondok Pesantren in printing multi-language cadres is by conducting various assessments, such as written assessments through various written examinations, and verbally evaluating linguistics.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang telah dirumuskan K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak dalam pengelolaan pesantren, program K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak dalam pengelolaan pesantren, dan implementasi program K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak dalam pengelolaan pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan menunjukan bahwa kemajuan pondok pesantren Sabiilunnaja tidak terlepas dari strategi yang telah dirumuskan K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak yaitu dengan pengenalan sifat Rububiyah, juga mengenalkan pembiasaan mensinergikan antara hubungan horizontal dan vertikal serta meningkatkan intelektualisme dan spiritualisme. Kemudian strategi tersebut dipolakan kepada program-program kegiatan santri. Diantaranya ada program jangka pendek, menengah, dan jangka panjang. Implementasi dari program tersebut berjalan dengan lancar yang tentunya melibatkan seluruh santri dan dewan guru. Dengan demikian, maka seluruh kegiatan santri menjadi dasar berkembangnya Pondok Pesantren Sabiilunnaja yang dikelola oleh K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak dalam pengelolaan pondok pesantren. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies that have been formulated by K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak in the management of Islamic boarding schools, K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak's program in the management of Islamic boarding schools, and the implementation of the K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak program in the management of Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study found that the progress of the Sabiilunnaja Islamic boarding school was inseparable from the strategy formulated by K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak, namely by introducing the nature of Rububiyah, also introducing the habit of synergizing between horizontal and vertical relations and increasing intellectualism and spiritualism. Then the strategy is modeled on the activities of the santri programs. Among them are short, medium and long term programs. The implementation of the program went smoothly, which of course involved all students and the board of teachers. Thus, all santri activities are the basis for the development of the Sabiilunnaja Islamic Boarding School which is managed by K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak in the management of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan zakat yang ada di lembaga Pusat Zakat Umat melalui beberapa tahapan proses dalam melakukan kajian terlebih dahulu diantaranya dengan menyambungkan teori yang dikemukan oleh George R Terry yaitu perencanaa, pengorganisasian, aktualisasi dan pengawasan terhadap sumber daya manusia yang ada dilembaga Pusat Zakat Umat sehingga dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien terhadap pengelolaan zakat. Metode yang digunakan penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan melakukan pendekatan secara kualitatif, Sehingga hasil dalam penelitian ini didapatkan di Lembaga Pusat Zakat Umat diperoleh dari data pengelolaan zakat yang mencakup beberapa susunan program yang ada dilembaga Pusat Zakat Umat. Ada beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam melakukan dalam mengimplementasikan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam pengelolaan zakat yaitu yang pertama dengan perencanaan program yang akan di capai pada tahun berikutnya. Yang kedua yaitu pengorganisasian dengan melibatkan seluruh amil dalam kepengurusan organisasi sehingga dapat dengan mudah dalam pembagian tugas dalam pengelolaan zakat. Ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan dengan menerapkan beberapa bmbingan kepada para amil dengan tujuan agar meningkatkan semangat kerja diantaranya motivasi-motivasi yang bisa menggugah semangat para amil. Keempat yaitu pengawasan yang dilakukan dengan baik door to door maupun secara tidak langsung kepada para amil untuk melihat hasil dari kerja yang dilakukan selama beberapa bulan kebalakang. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Zakat; lembaga; Sumber Daya Manusia. ABSTRACT several stages of the process of conducting studies in advance including by connecting the theories put forward by George R Terry, namely planning, organizing, actualizing and controlling human resources at the Zakat Center institution. The people so that it can run effectively and efficiently towards the management of zakat. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, so that the results in this study are obtained at the Central Zakat Institution obtained from zakat management data which includes a number of existing program structures at the Zakat Center Institution. There are several stages carried out in implementing Human Resources in the management of zakat, the first of which is program planning that will be achieved the following year. The second is organizing by involving all amil in the management of the organization so that it can easily be divided into tasks in managing zakat. Third is the implementation by applying some ideas to amil with the aim to increase morale including motivations that can inspire the spirit of amil. The fourth is supervision conducted by both door to door and indirectly to the amil to see the results of the work done over the past few months. keywords. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses kegiatan kampanye public relations yang dilakukan oleh Humas Bank Indonesia KPw Jawa Barat dalam mensosialisasikan program QRCode Indonesia Standard (QRIS). Penelitian ini menggunakan model kampanye oostergard sebagai acuan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses kampanye public relations yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan model kampanye oostergad dimana didalamnya terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan perencanaan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kata Kunci: Kampanye Public Relations; QRCode Indonesia Standard; sosialisasi. The purpose of this research was to determine the process of public relations campaign activities carried out by the Public Relations of Bank Indonesia West Java Provincial Representative Office in socializing the QR Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) program. This study uses Ostergard campaign model as a research reference. The results of this study indicate that the public relations campaign process carried out is in accordance with the Oostergad campaign model in which there are three stages, namely the planning stage, the stages of activity implementation and the evaluation of activities. Abstract

The interplay between religion and subculture presents a fascinating lens to examine social change, particularly in urban contexts. This study explores the phenomenon of Muslim Punk communities in Indonesia, a unique fusion of global subcultural identities and local Islamic values. Grounded in the discourse of globalization and transnationalism, the research highlights how subcultures transcend national boundaries, adapting to local norms and religious contexts while maintaining their core identity. Utilizing a phenomenological approach, data were collected from 24 community members (21 males and 3 females) aged 18–30 years, through in-depth interviews, observations, and field notes. The findings reveal that permissive parenting and rebellion against authoritarian familial structures are significant factors driving individuals toward the punk subculture. However, the research also uncovers a significant correlation between religious intensity and community detachment, with heightened religious adherence prompting individuals to reconsider behaviors conflicting with Islamic principles. Quantitative analysis of religious practices, such as daily prayers, fasting, and Quran recitation, coupled with qualitative insights into community dynamics—such as dress codes, substance use, and social rituals—illustrates how religiosity influences self-regulation and social conformity. The study concludes that increased religiosity reduces deviant behaviors, fostering a shift away from subcultural attachment. This phenomenon underscores the innate human inclination toward spiritual fulfillment, transcending subcultural identities and societal norms. By examining the intersection of religion and subculture, this research contributes to broader discussions on globalization, social change, and identity formation in developing countries. It provides critical insights into how global subcultures adapt to localized religious and moral frameworks, offering a valuable perspective for understanding the dynamic interplay between culture and spirituality in an increasingly interconnected world.

Abstract

Purpose - The main objective of this study is to understand how different aspects of Hajj and Umrah mentors' personal and leadership competencies influence pilgrims' experiences and the success of the mentoring process. Method- This research will make a significant contribution to the development of more effective and holistic Hajj and Umrah mentoring theory and practice. It combines objective and in-depth data analysis using a mixed methods design that combines the benefits of quantitative and qualitative approaches in a comprehensive study.The research participants consisted of 20 Hajj and Umrah mentors who were selected based on their experience, knowledge, or position relevant to the research topic. Information from the research participants was obtained through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to explore their views, experiences and perceptions related to the research topic. Result - Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of data obtained from research participants, it can be concluded that for personal competence consisting of five aspects where for the four categories the mentor is in the very high and high categories. while for leadership competence, 72.9% of Hajj and Umrah mentors are in the very high category, 20.4% are in the high category, and 6.7% are in the medium category. Implication - Overall, the combination of personal and leadership competencies is key in shaping effective mentors in the mentoring process. Originality/Value - Combine strong personal characteristics with the ability to lead by example and you will make a significant impact in guiding, supporting and inspiring your pilgrims to achieve their goals.
