Abstract

This paper aims to prove that after attending the Marriage Preparation Course, the prospective wives and husbands of the course participants feel the extraordinary benefits of attending the Marriage Preparation Course. Because the material presented is very relevant and vital as a provision in living household life. This paper reports the research results on implementing Marriage Preparation Courses among Muslims in Pekanbaru, Riau and Christians in Yogyakarta. These two objects result from selecting the best performance in carrying out the Marriage Preparation Course. This research includes qualitative research with a juridical approach and uses the theory of the legal system. The result of the study is that the implementation of a good Marriage Preparation Course can give a positive impression and knowledge to the course participants. The participants stated the importance of prospective wives and husbands taking Marriage Preparation Courses. This course assists candidates in dealing with the romance of domestic life in the future, especially if the material also provides testimonials of the couples. One problem to solve by working couples is not being able to get permission from the workplace to take courses. Hopefully, there will be a policy from the government that requires workplaces to permit workers to take courses in the future.

Abstract

Banyak para tokoh Muslim terdahulu menyiapkan waktu dalam lembaran karyanya membahas tentang kedudukan akal pada diri manusia. Justru akallah yang membuat manusia berbeda dengan makhluk lainnya, dengan akal ini pula, sebagai salah satu sebab Allah mengamanahkan manusia sebagai khalifah dipermukaan bumi. Dari sekian banyak tokoh yang berbicara masalah akal, termasuk Buya Hamka di dalam bukunya Falsafah Hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini tidak lain adalah untuk mengetahui kedudukan akal menurut Buya Hamka dalam Falsafah Hidupnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan, bahwa penggunaan akal dalam Islam menurut Buya Hamka harus mengikuti sebagaimana yang telah ditentukan oleh wahyu, di samping itu dia juga berpendapat bahwa antara akal dan agama saling membutuhkan, bahkan kesempurnaan kebahagian juga ditentukan oleh kesempurnaan akal.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify the concept of adab in Islamic learning by developing a structured conceptual model grounded in Kitāb al-ʿIlm of Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī. While existing scholarship has widely discussed adab within Islamic education, its components are often presented in a fragmented and normative manner, resulting in limited conceptual organisation for contemporary Islamic Education. Addressing this gap, the article conceptualises adab as an integrative moral–epistemic framework that connects classical Islamic sources with modern educational theory. Methodologically, the study employs a qualitative conceptual design using an integrative literature review combined with directed content analysis. The data consist of selected ḥadīth from Kitāb al-ʿIlm of Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī as the primary textual source, supplemented by authoritative classical commentaries. Data were collected through systematic identification and thematic extraction of adab-related materials and analysed by organising concepts into predefined analytical categories while allowing relevant themes to emerge. Analytical rigour was ensured through transparent source selection, consistent transliteration, and triangulation with classical interpretations. The analysis identifies three core dimensions of adab in learning: ethical relations between teachers and learners, the order and norms governing learning settings, and the ethics of inquiry, listening, referencing, and knowledge transmission. These dimensions operate alongside enabling conditions, namely intention, teacher exemplarity, and institutional culture, which together shape educational outcomes such as learner engagement, the quality of scholarly discourse, and the formation of a stable ethical disposition rooted in adab. The article further proposes four theory-driven propositions to guide future empirical research. As a text-based conceptual study, the model invites empirical testing across diverse educational contexts and contributes a transferable analytical framework for Islamic education research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe and understand the internal and external conditions through the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist at the Muhammad Sholahuddin Albimawi Education Foundation, South Tangerang City. This study uses a qualitative method. While the data analysis techniques include SWOT Analysis, IFE Matrix Analysis, EFE Matrix Analysis, IE Matrix Analysis, SWOT Matrix, and SWOT Analysis Diagram. The results of the study show that in the IFE Matrix the strengths and weaknesses have a total score of 3.34. Then in the EFE Matrix the opportunities and threats have a total score of 3.09. Based on the IE Matrix, the company's position is in cell I (Strong) where it shows the appropriate strategy is to grow and develop (growth and build). This means that this strategy is adjusted to the strengths of the internal side of the foundation to take advantage of the right opportunities to gain benefits for the foundation. While in the SWOT Matrix using the SO, WO, ST, and WT formulas, twelve strategies are obtained. The results of the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the company is in quadrant II, namely carrying out a product diversification strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model implementasi sistem pendidikan Islam yang adaptif terhadap tuntutan era revolusi digital pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam paradigma pembelajaran, sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam dituntut untuk mampu mengintegrasikan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai fundamental keislaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan model, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas, dan revisi model. Subjek penelitian meliputi pendidik dan peserta didik pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model implementasi sistem pendidikan Islam berbasis digital yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas dan kepraktisan yang tinggi serta layak diterapkan pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Model ini mampu mengintegrasikan nilai tauhid, akhlak, dan adab dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam aspek kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, media, dan evaluasi. Implementasi model memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran, motivasi belajar peserta didik, serta penguatan karakter islami dan literasi digital yang beretika. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada penguatan sistem pendidikan Islam yang relevan, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan di era revolusi digital.

Abstract

Islamic inheritance law, derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah, ensures a just distribution of wealth among heirs. However, the practical application of this law can be complicated by cultural norms and emotional dynamics within families. This study explores the integration of the Law of Attraction (LoA) concept in resolving inheritance disputes within the framework of Islamic law, particularly through the analysis of Supreme Court Decision No. 1239 K/Ag/2023 in Indonesia. The decision recognized the role of positive intentions and collective agreements among heirs, influenced by LoA principles, in achieving an equitable distribution of inheritance. By examining the interplay between LoA and Islamic inheritance law, this research highlights the potential for non-conventional approaches to contribute to more harmonious and just outcomes in legal disputes. The study finds that while LoA is not explicitly part of classical Islamic jurisprudence, its application in this context aligns with the principles of justice, fairness, and non-harm in Islamic law. This research contributes to the discourse on Islamic legal reforms and suggests that integrating psychological and emotional dimensions into legal processes can enhance social justice and inclusivity, particularly in inheritance matters. The implications for Islamic legal education and the potential alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 16) are also discussed, offering a new perspective on legal innovation and dispute resolution.
