Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of job rotation and organizational structure changes on employee performance with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. The research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is a structural equation model. The results of this study state that job rotation and changes in organizational structure have a positive effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study also state that changes in organizational structure and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance, job rotation has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee performance problems at the Pati District Health Service; analyze the causes that arise and the consequences in each perspective, namely the competency perspective, non-physical work environment, job satisfaction, and employee work motivation; analyzing supporting factors and inhibiting factors for improving employee performance; develop strategies to improve employee performance. This type of research is a descriptive approach, collecting in-depth interviews with 15 informants. Analysis method using the Fishbone approach. The results of the research concluded that performance problems were job placements that did not match their competencies. The Competency Perspective is due to lack of training, limited access to knowledge and developments in the health sector.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of job satisfaction and leadership style on work performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling method used purposive sampling and a sample of 120 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used in this research is a structural equation model. The results of this study state that job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive effect on work motivation. The results of this research also state that satisfaction and leadership style do not have a positive effect on work performance. Apart from that, work motivation influences work performance. The results of the mediation test state that work motivation has a greater contribution in mediating the influence of job satisfaction on work performance and work motivation has a greater contribution in mediating the influence of leadership style on work performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Mutasi, Teknologi Informasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Cukai Kudus. Besar sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 51 responden. Proses pengambilan sampel dengan teknik (Simple Random Sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas dan Analisis Data Kuantitatif menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa Mutasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai, Teknologi Informasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Mutasi dan Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Cukai Kudus.

Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan mengumumkan hasil Survei Status Gizi Indonesia bahwa prevalensi stunting di Indonesia 21,6 persen di 2022. Angka ini belum mencapai standar dari WHO, yakni dengan kriteria kurang dari 20 persen. Kondisi ini membutuhkan dukungan dari Posyandu untuk terlibat dalam penurunan angka stunting, tidak terkecuali bagi Posyandu Gemintang yang berwilayah kerja di Desa Dersalam Kabupaten Kudus Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Masalahnya, Posyandu Gemintang memiliki kendala pada rendahnya jumlah kader aktif, literasi stunting, kecakapan kader dalam komunikasi, dan sikap proaktif kader. Merujuk pada fenomena yang terjadi, upaya peningkatan ketrampilan Para Kader dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan perangkat digital. Pendekatan digital diturunkan ke dalam integrasi pengelolaan sumber daya dan pemasaran jasa pada Kader Posyandu Gemintang. Usulan kegiatan program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini melalui: pemberikan pendampingan Personal Branding dengan menggunakan media sosial dan pembuatan konten kreatif. Adapun luaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi peningkatan ketrampilan Mitra untuk dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi digital dan media sosial sebagai alat dukung kerja untuk mencapai penurunan angka stunting.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Person Organization Fit on the performance of Village Officials through Organizational Commitment as an intervention variable in villages in the Tahunan District Area. Data was collected using a survey method, use SEM Amos version 24 software. The results of this research show several findings, first, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Second, Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Third, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Village Officials. Fourth, Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials. Fifth, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Kedua, Person Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Ketiga, Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa. Keempat, Person Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perangkat desa. Kelima, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Dan selanjutnya, Komitmen Organisasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Kinerja serta Komitmen Organisasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Person Organization Fit terhadap Kinerja.Kata Kunci: servant leadership; person organization fit; kinerja perangkat desa; komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy as an intervening variable in students of SMK Negeri 1 Pati. The population of this study amounted to 976 students and female students of SMK Negeri 1 Pati and the number of samples studied was 120 students using purposive sampling method, and the data were processed using AMOS 24. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge variables on entrepreneurial interest. There is a negative but insignificant influence between entrepreneurial motivation variables on entrepreneurial interest. There is a positive and significant influence between self efficacy variables on entrepreneurial interest. There is a positive and significant influence between the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation on self-efficacy. Keywords: Entrepreneurial knowledge, Entrepreneurial motivation, Entrepreneurial interest, Self Efficacy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the differences in the financial performance of conventional commercial banks and sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in 2016-2021 using financial ratios. The financial ratios used in this research are CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, ROA and ROE. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data source used in this study is documentation by collecting scientific journals and previous research. The data used in this research is financial report data from conventional commercial banks and sharia commercial banks from 2016 to 2021 obtained from the official website of the bank concerned. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling, based on the conditions that must be met, the sample obtained in this research is Bank BRI Conventional and Bank BRI Syariah. The data analysis technique used in this research is the t test for the difference between two means. The results of the analysis show that there are differences between the financial performance of Bank BRI Conventional and Bank BRI Syariah. Based on the analysis of differences in financial performance carried out, the results showed that the CAR, NPL and BOPO financial ratios of Conventional BRI Bank were smaller than BRI Syariah Bank, while the LDR, ROA and ROE financial ratios of Conventional BRI Bank were greater than BRI Syariah Bank.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of the work environment and leadership style on work motivation and organizational commitment as well as analysing the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Reliable Success by Jepara. This research design uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The population used in this research is all employees of PT. Reliable Success Karya Jepara as many as 224 people. Based on the established criteria, 142 respondents were used as samples in this study. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of PT employees. Reliable Success by Jepara. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of PT employees. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of PT. Handal Sukses Karya Jepara. 4) Leadership style has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Purpose: Assistance activities to achieve economic self-sufficiency that is based on food resilience. Cultivating plants such as chilies, eggplants, tomatoes and the technique of cultivating plants in buckets is believed to bring benefits. With the presence of food plants, we can provide a healthy food supply that is easily accessible, affordable and nutritious. Not only that, food security can have an impact on economic independence. Research methodology: This service activity includes counseling in the form of lectures which aims to enrich food plant literacy. Followed by cultivation practices using the method of cultivating plants in buckets. To provide motivation, seeds are given as a form of stimulant and trigger for program sustainability. The targets for this activity are residents of Dersalam, Bae District, Kudus Regency, Central Java. Results: Increasing partners' economic self-sufficiency through food resilience and the success of the program can be seen in the level of expenditure of partners who previously had to spend at least an average of IDR 5,000 per day per family to buy vegetables and catfish. Limitations: This activity is limited to certain plants, such as eggplant, chilies, mustard greens, tomatoes and kale. Contribution: a food resilience-based approach has a key role in increasing community economic self-sufficiency. The implementation of activities focuses on counseling and assistance to achieve economic self-sufficiency, with an emphasis on plant literacy, land preparation, plant selection, and the use of organic fertilizer.
