Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi Pegawai dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening di Kantor Bea Cukai Kudus. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 84 responden. Sumber dan jenis data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data terdiri dari pengujian validitas terdiri dari Confirmarory Factor Analysis (CFA), Convergent Valdity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Discriminant Validity dan uji reliabilitas Selanjutnya analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi pegawai terhadap komitmen oganisasi pegawai, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research based on the problems faced by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency, including a decrease in the results of the Performance Assessment in 2019 compared to the results of the Performance Assessment in 2014. From the results of the assessment, it is believed that there are still many factors that need to be improved, including human resources that must be improved to optimize the performance. There are some employees that do not support each other between their education with the training they have attended. The employee’s distribution is not suitable to the existing crew and the crew itselves. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional quotient and employee competence to their performance with motivation as an intervening variable.The population of this study were 200 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency. The sample in this study was 115 respondents. Instrument data collection used questionaire which is multiple linear regression analysis and uses Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model with an approach based on variance or component-based structural equation modeling.This study proves that emotional quotient, competence and motivation have impacted to the employees of the Ministry of Religion of Jepara Regency. The results of this study also prove that motivation also has an important role in increasing value or strengthening the effect of emotional quotient and competence on employee performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan yang di hadapi Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara diantaranya adanya penurunan hasil Audit Kinerja tahun 2019 dibandingkan dengan hasil audit kinerja Tahun 2014. Dari hasil penilaian audit kinerja tersebut diyakini bahwa masih banyak faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan diantaranya tentang sumber daya manusia yang harus ditingkatkan demi kinerja yang maksimal. Masih ada pegawai dengan kompetensi yang tidak saling mendukung antara pendidikan yang dimiliki maupun pelatihan yang pernah diikuti. Distribusi pegawai belum dilakukan secara proporsional sesuai anjab dan ABK yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh emotional quetent dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara sebanyak 200 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data kuisioner. yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS merupakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan berdasarkan variance atau component- based structural equation modeling.Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa emotional quotient, kompetensi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa motivasi juga memiliki peran yang penting memberikan nilai tambah atau memperkuat pengaruh emotional quotient dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the Troso Weaving Festival in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia, with formation as cultural value co-creation. Professional organizers and event experience can impact the emergence of a sense of happiness and unforgettable experience, leading to loyal consumers. Continuous consumers feel loyal and willing to volunteer to invite people to follow the Troso Weaving going to Troso Universal Coverage. This research method uses an exploratory approach considering the need to uncover new insights, understand complex relationships, and overcome existing knowledge gaps in co-creation. The respondents in this study were Troso Weaving Festival Visitors of 310 respondents. This study uses the theory of social cognitive approach to form the cultural value of co-creation. The analysis tool used a structural equation model by partial least squares. The research showed that Professional organizers positively affect the event experience. Entertainment, social contact and interaction, exploration of culture, and togetherness as cultural values are influential in experiencing event festival visitors. Event experience has contributed to mediating Professional organizers in cultural values co-creation. This implies that festivals can involve customers in creating co-creation value, which impacts Troso weaving worldwide, thus creating economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of charismatic leadership style, division of labor, and organizational culture on teachers’ performance at Pesantren Kulon Banon. Respondents totaled 150 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling; the respondents were teachers who taught at the Pesantren Kulon Banon, and as many as 150 respondents were taken randomly with a lottery model. The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Charismatic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 2) Division of labor has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of OCB and Commitment on the Performance of Village Officials with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Study on Village Officials throughout Jati District, Kudus Regency). The research sample was 105 respondents. The type of data used is quantitative data, the data source comes from primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis includes validity tests, EVE (Variance Extracted), Dircrimiunant Validity, and Construct Reliability. Data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the AMOS program. The conclusions of this research include that OCB has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, OCB has a positive and significant effect on Device Performance, Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Device Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Village Device Performance throughout Jati District, Kudus Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan inovasi produk sebagai variabel mediasi (studi pada sektor UMKM makanan dan minuman bersertifikat halal di Kabupaten Wonosobo). Metedologi - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, berdasarkan tingkat penjelasan, maka jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif atau penelitian yang menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 110 responden dari Populasi 670 pelaku UMKM yang sudah bersertifikat halal di lingkungan wilayah Kabupaten Wonosobo. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan model non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner google form. Analisis data menggunakan SEM pada software AMOS. Hasil - Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap inovasi produk, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi produk, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Implikasi - Penelitian ini menggunakan data UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman yang sudah bersertifikat halal di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi pada pelaku UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman agar bisa meningkatkan kinerjanya dan dapat bersaing pada pemasaran global. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh remunerasi, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Lingkungan Kementerian Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan di Kabupaten Pati. Sampel penelitan sebanyak 125 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remunerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Remunerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pegawai Kemenimipas di Kabupaten Pati.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the preferences of Social Counselors from the perspectives of potential, motivation, competence, and job satisfaction after they have assumed the Functional Position of Social Extension Officer at the Department of Social Affairs, Community Empowerment, and Village Administration of Jepara Regency. Job preferences often change after an individual assumes a particular position. Preferences may shift over time as the role is carried out, with the misalignment between initial expectations and the realities of the position underlying an individual’s tendency to choose, remain in, or even leave the position as a form of career preference. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the fishbone diagram to identify the root causes of changes in job preferences. The findings indicate that preferences for the functional position of Social Extension Officer, viewed from the perspectives of potential, motivation, competence, and job satisfaction, reflect an individual’s inclination to choose and remain in the position despite facing significant challenges. The study provides three improvement recommendations: strengthening competencies through independent and collaborative training, developing a more comprehensive evaluation system, and conducting internal advocacy for the provision of budgets and facilities to support extension activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Job Insecurity dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Turnover Intention sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan outsourcing PT. Prima Mitra Laksana Pati. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 125 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (structural equation model) yang dioperasikan melalui program AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap turnover intention, job insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, turnover intention memediasi pengaruh job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan, turnover intention tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The batik industry in Indonesia plays a crucial role in preserving cultural heritage and contributing to the national economy. The Bakaran Batik Center in Pati, Central Java, is one of the prominent cultural and economic clusters with a strong local identity. However, increasing competition from modern textile products and new batik producers has challenged its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. This study aims to analyze competitive advantage strategies using the Participatory Appraisal of Competitive Advantage (PACA) approach at the Bakaran Batik Center. The focus is on identifying internal strengths, market positioning, and collaborative strategies to enhance competitiveness. Materials and methods: The study applied a qualitative descriptive method, conducted at the Bakaran Batik Center, Pati. Data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving artisans, cooperative leaders, government officials, and consumers. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The data analysis process included reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing to identify the strategic patterns of PACA-based competitive advantage. Results: Findings reveal that Bakaran Batik Center faces strong competition from new entrants offering modern designs and digital marketing strategies. Nevertheless, it maintains competitiveness through authentic hand-drawn batik techniques, continuous motif innovation, product diversification, and cooperative-based business models. Strengthening partnerships with local government, implementing flexible pricing, maintaining product quality, and promoting consumer education have proven effective in building customer loyalty and sustaining long-term competitiveness. Conclusions: The PACA approach effectively enhances the Bakaran Batik Center’s competitiveness by integrating innovation, cultural authenticity, and collaboration. Participatory strategies involving artisans, cooperatives, and local authorities enable Bakaran Batik to preserve its traditional art while adapting to modern market demands, positioning it as a resilient and competitive creative industry.
