Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, transparency, and village official performance on public satisfaction regarding administrative services in Bulakamba Village, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach with a causal-associative method was employed to determine the cause-and-effect relationships between the independent and dependent variables. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 366 residents who had received village administrative services. The collected data were analyzed using partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that work discipline (t = 2.922; p = 0.004), transparency (t = 10.590; p < 0.001), and village official performance (t = 12.093; p < 0.001) each have a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three variables were found to have a significant impact on public satisfaction (F = 86.927; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.419 indicates that work discipline, transparency, and village official performance explain 41.9% of the variation in public satisfaction, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing discipline, information transparency, and the quality of village official performance to ensure effective administrative services and boost public satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution of service quality, competence, employee performance, and work discipline to consumer satisfaction. The research employed a quantitative approach involving 400 respondents selected through purposive and accidental sampling techniques. The data were tested using validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests, including linearity, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, including the F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that all four independent variables contribute significantly to consumer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.845 indicates that 84.5% of the variation in consumer satisfaction can be explained by the research model. These findings highlight the importance of effective human resource management and continuous improvement in service quality to maintain consumer satisfaction at Alfamart stores in Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. The research also shows that improving employee competency and work discipline is a key focus in efforts to provide consistent service to customers. These findings can serve as evaluation material for management in designing strategies to continuously improve service quality and employee performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting rural economic development, but they still face challenges in developing brand identity, improving marketing communication, and utilizing digital media consistently. Changes in consumer behavior toward digital channels require MSMEs not only to produce quality products but also to develop brand awareness and digital marketing capabilities. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in Mulyasari Village in branding and sustainable digital marketing. The activity was conducted on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the Mulyasari Village Hall, Losari District, Cirebon Regency, West Java Province, involving 30 MSME participants. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of needs identification, material delivery, branding practice, digital marketing training, content creation practice, evaluation, and mentoring. The training covered brand identity, positioning, logos, packaging, product photography, caption writing, WhatsApp Business and social media utilization, and content calendar development. The results indicate that participants gained practical knowledge and experience regarding the importance of branding and the use of digital media as a marketing channel. Participants were also encouraged to implement content strategies consistently so that digital marketing activities would continue beyond the training. The program demonstrates that a combination of training and mentoring is a relevant approach to strengthening MSME digital capabilities. Program sustainability is pursued through monitoring and mentoring to enable MSME actors to independently develop branding, improve consumer interaction, and expand their marketing reach.

Abstract

PT BIG as a manufacturing company has a major responsibility in maintaining product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. Suboptimal employee performance can negatively impact the company's reputation and the achievement of production targets. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and the supervisory function of leaders on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT BIG. The study was conducted at PT BIG from February to July 2025 with a population of 421 employees. The research sample consisted of 205 employees selected using the proportional random sampling method. The approach used was quantitative with the analysis technique using SmartPLS. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but did not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Conversely, the supervisory function of leaders was shown to have a positive and significant effect on both employee performance and job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. The mediation test showed that job satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance, but significantly mediated the relationship between the supervisory function of leaders and employee performance. These findings indicate that although work discipline is important for improving performance, this factor does not directly affect the level of employee job satisfaction. Conversely, the supervisory function of leaders plays a strategic role not only in ensuring the achievement of performance targets but also in increasing job satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts overall performance. This study recommends that companies strengthen the supervisory role of leaders by being participatory, communicative, and supportive, thereby creating a conducive work environment, increasing motivation, and continuously improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of digital payment systems, pricing, and service quality on customer satisfaction at VOC Kafe Ciblon Brebes. The background of this study is the increasing trend of using technology in payment transactions, as well as the increasingly tight business competition in the culinary sector which requires management to optimize pricing and service strategies. The research method used is quantitative with a causal approach. The population in this study were all customers of VOC Kafe Ciblon Brebes, with a total of 100 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and distribution of structured questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the magnitude of the influence of each independent variable on customer satisfaction. The results showed that the use of digital payment systems, pricing, and service quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, the pricing variable had the most dominant influence, followed by service quality, and finally the use of digital payment systems. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.606 indicates that these three variables explain 60.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by factors outside the research model, such as promotion, location, or cafe atmosphere. These findings provide practical implications for the management of VOC Kafe Ciblon Brebes to increase customer satisfaction by implementing a competitive pricing strategy, maintaining and improving service quality, and optimizing the ease and security of the digital payment system. This research also contributes to the academic literature on factors influencing customer satisfaction in the culinary sector, particularly in cafes that integrate modern payment technology.
