Abstract

Banking intermediation role an institution that gathers fund and distributes it to the are being challenged by the development of digital information technology that impact the entire industry. Bank’s ability to increase the low cost fund through digital banking platform will determine how the bank obtain a competitive advantage. This study aims to evaluate if the competitive strategies applied to increase low cost fund performance and the utilization of digital banking in PT Bank CIMB Niaga,Tbk has align with the corporate strategy. This framework is evaluating the strategy through qualitative research based on Rumelt’s framework, which consists of four stages, namely consistency, advantage, consonance, and feasible; using performance analysis, value chain, VRIO framework, and the concept of market orientation. The results of the study is that the strategy to increase low cost funds have been applied consistently, consonance, advance and feasibly to the corporate strategy. While the strategy to increase digital banking utilization that adopted has been conduct consistently, superior and fit, but not fully meet the feasibility. The recommendations are to affiliate low cost fund portfolio management as one of KPI main item for all employees, do the refinement of four leading digital platform that are currently running and to develop products that are interrelated between low cost funds and lending product throughout all directorate.

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities during the internship at PT. MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk through the Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka program. This program is aimed at increasing self-competence through work experience, so that it fits the needs of the world of work and the industry you want to target. This report will explain how the author is daily life as part of the retail marketing division. The things that will be explained include the division of tasks within the marketing team, all work assigned by the supervisor to the author, and the final assignment which involves collaboration between the supervisor and the writer which is called the Innovation Project.

Abstract

This report describes the author's activities in the internship process for program Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program at PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi (TheFoodhall) which is part of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP). This report also contains the author's daily life as an intern with PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi in the Human Capital & General Affairs division as HR Administration. What will be explained includes the division of tasks within the HC&GA division, all work assigned by the mentor to the author, both routine and non-routine work. Apart from that, there is also a final project called an innovation project.

Abstract

Digital marketing training provided to MSME activists (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) under the auspices of the Socio-Economic Development Section (PSE) of the Small Business Guidance Center (SABUK) team within the Catholic Church of St. Arnoldus Jansen Parish Bekasi aims to increase awareness and utilization of digital marketing media to develop businesses. Activities are carried out through material presentation, discussion and question and answer as well as direct practice on the use of WA business, market place and simple photography techniques through smart phones. This activity was carried out directly in the Parish hall, with participants of around 100 people from various business backgrounds and took place from 09.00-15.00 WIB smoothly where participants followed this activity enthusiastically. Thus, this activity is very important for the use of digital marketing facilities by MSME actors in the parish environment. This activity will be followed up with other relevant training materials at the next meeting session

Abstract

Objective: The study explores the impact of innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk taking on the business performance of women entrepreneurs within the Jabodetabek region through ambidextrous learning. Method: A quantitative approach with Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) data from 110 women entrepreneurs in Jabodetabek which used a purposive sampling technique indicates that innovativeness not only increase ambidextrous learning, it also directly increases business performance. Proactiveness both directly enhances ambidextrous learning and business performance. Risk taking also proven increasing on both ambidextrous learning and business performance. Results: Research findings also highlight the role of ambidextrous learning as a mediating role. It effectively mediates the impact of innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk taking on business outcomes. Novelty: The outcome of this research offers valuable contribution to practical insight of ambidextrous capabilities to optimize entrepreneurial orientation dimensions, enabling women entrepreneurs to enhance adaptability, drive growth, and achieve sustained business success in dynamic market environments.
