Abstract

Bagi pasangan suami istri yang tidak dapat memiliki keturunan sendiri, mengangkat anak menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk memperkuat hubungan keluarga dan menciptakan kebahagiaan dalam rumah tangga dan merasakan kehadiran anak dalam keluarga, tetapi juga memberikan kesempatan bagi anak angkat untuk dapat tumbuh dalam keluarga yang penuh cinta kasih. Di Indonesia, proses pengangkatan anak diatur secara ketat melalui peraturan perundang-undangan untuk menjamin kepentingan terbaik bagi anak angkat serta untuk memastikan bahwa anak yang diangkat dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal serta mendapatkan hak-hak yang seharusnya dimiliki sebagai anggota keluarga yang sah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan aturan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia sebagai dasar untuk menganalisis tata cara pengajuan permohonan anak angkat menurut hukum perdata. Berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak bahwa tata cara pengajuan permohonan anak angkat ke pengadilan harus memenuhi persyaratan yang berlaku bagi calon orang tua angkat agar dalam niat mengangkat anak dapat lebih siap guna memberikan perlindungan bagi anak yang diadopsi serta menciptakan kepastian hukum dalam menjalankan hak dan kewajiban sebagai orang tua angkat. Dengan demikian, pengangkatan anak diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang positif, baik bagi anak, orang tua angkat, maupun masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The presence of LGBT individuals (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) in society has raised complex discussions, especially when viewed from the perspectives of Islamic law and human rights. Islamic teachings generally view same-sex relations and gender transitions as actions that deviate from the moral and natural order established by religious texts. In contrast, the human rights framework emphasizes individual dignity, personal freedom, and the right to non-discrimination, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This article seeks to explore the intersection of these two perspectives, not to provoke conflict, but to offer a balanced understanding rooted in empathy, justice, and social awareness. Using a qualitative normative approach, this research examines Islamic legal sources, national regulations, and international human rights documents. The study finds that while Islamic law maintains clear normative boundaries, there is still room for inclusive dialogue and respectful engagement, especially in multicultural societies like Indonesia. Bridging these two frameworks requires not only legal analysis but also cultural sensitivity and ethical responsibility.

Abstract

The implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education—education, research, and community service—continues to face various challenges, particularly due to limited resources and a lack of synergy among lecturers from different institutions. This study aims to examine strategies for strengthening inter-university lecturer collaboration networks as a means to optimize the implementation of the Tri Dharma. A qualitative method was used, with a case study approach involving several universities in Indonesia that have established inter-institutional collaborations. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that structured collaborative networks can enhance teaching efficiency, strengthen the quality of joint research, and broaden the impact of community service programs. Key supporting factors include shared vision, institutional support, and effective communication platforms. The implications of this study highlight the importance of institutional policies that promote cross-university collaboration as a sustainable strategy to empower lecturers in carrying out the Tri Dharma more effectively and with greater impact.

Abstract

Tax is a mandatory contribution that must be paid to the state by every individual or entity and is mandatory based on the Law, without any direct compensation, to be used to finance various state interests for the greatest prosperity of the people. Therefore, knowledge and understanding of the objectives and benefits of taxes are very important for all levels of society, including students as the next generation of the nation who will determine the direction of the country's development in the future. This community service activity aims to provide tax education not only through theory but with a project-based learning approach that uses problem-solving-based role-playing techniques which are one form of learning in higher education. The implementation of this activity involved 51 participants in the second semester who took the general basic course of Citizenship Education II from various study programs, namely Law, Management, and Public Administration at PSDKU Ponorogo, Merdeka University of Malang who actively participated. In the implementation of tax awareness learning in higher education with group discussion and role-playing methods is one of the effective strategies to instill the values of legal awareness from an early age. Through group discussions, students are trained to think critically, express opinions, and understand various points of view regarding tax obligations. Meanwhile, the role-playing model provides real-life experiences that encourage students to be active, responsible, and understand their respective roles in the tax system. Therefore, the combination of these two methods helps shape students' character, making them legally aware, disciplined, and socially responsible as citizens. The integration of tax materials and problem-solving-based Civics Education serves as a socialization tool that encourages students to comply with taxes to strengthen the national economy.

Abstract

Munculnya kasus dengan ajaran-ajaran yang menyesatkan dan intoleran di masyarakat merupakan penyimpangan dari nilai-nilai Pancasila terjadi di beberapa wilayah desa di kabupaten Ponorogo hingga masuk di 2 desa kecamatan Mlarak. Sangat dikhawatirkan jika anak-anak yang polos disusupi oleh pandangan sesat dan intoleran, karena kaum perempuan dan anak sangat rentan untuk dipengaruhi dengan dalih pemberian bantuan biaya pendidikan atau bantuan sosial. Ajakan atau bantuan dengan memberikan iming-iming menggiurkan dikuatirkan membuat terlena masyarakat khususnya kaum perempuan dan anak anak. SDN Candi I sebagai Mitra adalah Lembaga Pendidikan Dasar membutuhkan penguatan karakter kebangsaan bagi siswa dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari guna membentengi diri dari ancaman bahaya kerusakan moral dan radikalisme yang muncul dengan memanfaatkan kondisi wilayah di pedesaan. Melalui penguatan karakter di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Candi dapat mewujudkan siswa berkarakter yang bernilai moral baik, mampu bertoleransi dengan sesama, berbudi luhur, dan berakhlak mulia. Penyampaian pembelajaran yang berciri khas identitas bangsa Indonesia mampu menghalau ancaman bahaya yang akan merusak anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa dan menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme siswa mengikuti tata cara upacara bendera, memberi aba-aba barisan pleton dan memperagakan pengibaran bendera yang benar menjadi salah satu kegiatan penguatan karakter selain permainan edukatif yang bermuatan moral.Abstract: The emergence of cases with misleading and intolerant teachings in the community is a deviation from the values of Pancasila occurring in several village areas in Ponorogo district and even in 2 villages in Mlarak sub-district.  It is very worrying if innocent children are infiltrated by heretical and intolerant views, because women and children are very vulnerable to being influenced under the pretext of providing assistance with education costs or social assistance. Invitations or assistance by providing tantalizing lures are feared to make the community complacent, especially women and children. SDN Candi I as a partner is an elementary education institution that needs strengthening of national character for students by instilling the noble values of Pancasila in daily life in order to fortify themselves from the dangers of moral decay and radicalism that arise by utilizing the conditions of rural areas. Through character strengthening at Negeri 1 Candi Elementary School, it can realize students with good moral values, able to tolerate others, virtuous, and noble. The delivery of learning that is characterized by the identity of the Indonesian nation is able to ward off threats that will damage children as the nation's next generation and foster the spirit of nationalism. Students follow the procedures of the flag ceremony, give the signal for the platoon line and demonstrate the correct flag raising to be one of the character strengthening activities in addition to morally charged educational games.

Abstract

The economy and welfare of village communities living around state forests is still inadequate. To overcome this social problem, the government is implementing a Social Forestry Program to improve community welfare by utilizing Perhutani land in Mlarak sub-district, Ponorogo district with management rights in environmentally friendly ways to protect Forest sustainability is regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 28 of 2023 concerning Integrated Planning for the Acceleration of Social Forestry Management which is managed by Perum Perhutani as a State-Owned Enterprise. The type of method used is a normative qualitative method where the results of the discussion are social forestry programs covering 5 schemes, namely village forests, community forests, community forests, customary forests and partnership forests which can be utilized by individuals or communities, community groups whose members live around the area. forests and forest farming cooperatives. In this case, the Madiun Forest Management Unit Perhutani (KPH), Ponorogo Regency and the Forest Village Community Institution (LMDH) supported by the Mlarak District Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimcam) built an understanding in developing a Social Forestry Business Group (KUPS) in the tourism sector in the District area. Mlarak, With the implementation of the social forestry program, it is an effort to improve the welfare of the people living around the forest through land use for farming, it can also be developed for tourism as well as protecting and maintaining forest sustainability.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara informasi dan konten diciptakan, didistribusikan dan diakses, menciptakan tantangan baru dalam perlindungan hak cipta. Artikel ini membahas berbagai aspek regulasi dan kebijakan yang diterapkan untuk melindungi hak cipta di era digital. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yuridis normatif, penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur hukum, dan konvensi internasional terkait hak cipta. Perlindungan hak cipta internasional diatur oleh perjanjian seperti Konvensi Bern dan TRIPS, sementara di tingkat nasional, negara seperti Amerika Serikat dan Indonesia telah mengadopsi undang-undang khusus seperti Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) dan Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Tantangan dalam penegakan hukum, kurangnya kesadaran publik, dan perkembangan teknologi baru seperti blockchain dan AI menjadi fokus utama dalam implementasi perlindungan hak cipta. Dengan dukungan regulasi yang kuat dan adopsi teknologi canggih, diharapkan perlindungan hak cipta dapat ditingkatkan untuk melindungi pencipta dan pemilik karya dari pelanggaran tanpa izin.
