Abstract

Like any other discipline, economics as a science is formed on the framework of a scientific building. It is the implementation of a particular point of view, in the sense of the product of interpretation and translation of the collaboration between the basic values ​​of the worldview and the context of all the activities that go on. Islam as a basic framework that is full of values, has its own concept of economy. In Islamic economics as an inner science context is a merger between the conceptual environment and the context of discussion, from the collaboration of these two things the economic epistemology is born. Therefore, the scheme and structure of this building acts as a scope of discussion or context of economics. On the other hand, problems begin to emerge when it intersects with the conventional economic concept of capitalism or socialism. Economics in the Islamic and conventional systems appears to be essentially tangent. Islam itself absolutely rejects all or accepts blindly. Contemporary Muslim thinkers view the economy as a creative reconceptualization, built on a collection of pre-existing thought-thinking, and always have an ever-growing bond of authority, and an evolving Islamic tradition of scholarship. Therefore, Islamization begins with an examination of the discipline of the object, by basically refining the worldview, the philosophy, and the basic values ​​of the discipline, by then eliminating points that are inconsistent with Islam and assimilating in harmony with it.   Keywords: worldview, Islamization work-plan, saintific method, al-Attas, al-Faruqi.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia:Ulama` merupakan predikat psikologis proses mental dan tujuan, penguasaan data konkret dan ketercapaian hakekat pengetahuan universal. Artikel merespon beberapa pertanyaan epistemologis tentang ulama, seperti asal muasal ilmu seorang ulama, peranan ilmu, cara memperoleh pengetahuan, dan tolok ukur keilmuan. Temuan dari tulisan ini adalah, pertama, ‘Ulamā` dalam Islam dipandang sebagai suatu representasi makna dari individu atau golongan yang bergelut dalam aktifitas mental-spiritual, guna mampu mengenal, membedakan, menilai dan menyimpulkan makna pokok dari realitas, bentuk, mode, kuantitas, substansi dan esensi sesuatu. Kedua, Untuk dapat, dikatakan ‘ulamā` seseorang harus memiliki kualifikasi yang sangat ketat. Ketiga, proses seorang ‘ulama` untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan melewati tahap persepsi oleh persepsi sensoris kemudian disalurkan kepada persepsi mental. Keempat, dengan segala kualifikasi, instrumen dan klasifikasi pengetahuannya seorang ulama’ dituntut mampu menjangkau dimensi-dimensi universal, permanen, personal, spiritual dari tujuan pendidikan dan organisasi ilmu pengetahuan serta mampu merealisasikannya dalam segala aspek partikular, sosial dan segala aspek lainnya hingga menjadi insān kāmil. English:Abstract:‘Ulamā` is a psychological predicate of mentality processes and purposes, mastering concrete information and achieving the essence of universal knowledge. This article responds several epistemological questions about ulama, such as their source of knowledge, functions of the knowledge, how to get the knowledge, and their standards of knowledge. Findings of this paper are, first of all, ‘Ulamā` in Islamic perspective is individual or group representation who deal with mental-spiritual activities in purpose of identifying, distinguishing, evaluating, and concluding the essence of reality, formats, modes, quantity, substance, and essence of a thing. Second, therefore, in order to get a predicate of ‘Ulamā`, one must have a very st frict qualification. Third, ‘Ulamā` gain their knowledge from thr step of sensory perception towards mental steps. Last, with qualification that one has, instruments and classification of knowledge belongs to ‘Ulamā` must reach universal, permanent, personal, and spiritual dimensions of aims of education and knowledge structure to realize it in all particular, social, and other aspects to achieve the state of insān kāmil.

Abstract

This article tries to offer Abdolkarim Soroush answer to problem of inaccuracy of religious attitudes in addressing religion and democracy as a government system. In Soroush’s view, peoples sees ideology as no longer valid, when they keep on a single interpretation as solid idea. They prefer on compound, nonsecterian and charitable ideas. This study uses a philosophical-critical analysis method. The article confirms: Soroush offers a new kalām (theology) approach as intermediary way between Islam and social problems. As an intellectual-mondial, he want to present Islam that can be universally understood, follows world community common sense, is not just traditional textual approach. This option is quite sensitive and full of risk, like his criticism toward Iranian post-revolutionary government.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how zakat and sadaqah management in the Darussalam Mosque Rayung Kepuhrejo Kudu Jombang district during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive research method that describes the implementation and management of administration, calculation, and distribution of zakat and sadaqah in the Darussalam Mosque Rayung Kepuhrejo. Data collection techniques in this study used primary and secondary data sources as the basis of reference obtained through observation and interviews and literature and literature reviews. This study indicates that the management of zakat and sadaqah at the Darussalam Mosque during the Covid 19 pandemic went well and by Islamic law. Darussalam Mosque receives zakat from muzakki and distributes it to the needy, poor, and amil at the end of Ramadan. While the acquisition of sadaqah funds comes from the congregation of Friday prayers, Eid prayers, and Eid prayers. The sadaqah funds are used as compensation to residents in need and to repair and renovate the Darussalam Mosque Keywords: Management, Zakat, Shadaqah, Darussalam mosque. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengelolaan zakat dan shadaqah di Masjid Darussalam dusun Rayung desa Kepuhrejo kecamatan Kudu kabupaten Jombang pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menjelaskan mengenai pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan zakat dan shadaqah di Masjid Darussalam Rayung Kepuhrejo Jombang Jawa Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu ta’mir dan jama’ah masjid Darussalam dan sumber data sekunder yaitu buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan zakat dan shadaqah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  pengelolaan zakat dan shadaqah di Masjid Darussalam pada masa pandemi covid 19 berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Masjid Darussalam menerima zakat dari para muzakki dan menyalurkannya kepada fakir, miskin dan amil di akhir bulan Ramadhan. Sedangkan perolehanan dana shadaqah berasal dari jama'ah shalat Jum'at, shalat hari Raya Idul Fitri dan shalat hari Raya Idul Adha. Dana shadaqah tersebut digunakan sebagai santunan ke warga yang membutuhkan dan untuk keperluan memperbaiki dan merenovasi Masjid Darussalam. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Zakat, Shadaqah, Masjid Darussalam.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the implementation of term savings uses Mudharabah in KSPS BMT UGT Sidogiri Waru. This research employed a qualitative method that using an empirical juridical approach. The data collection technique in this research uses primary and secondary data sources that acquired from observation and interview with respondents to get valid data and library research. The study results show that the implementation of term savings in KSPS BMT UGT Sidogiri Waru by the principles of sharia. The performance of mudharabah musytarakah between the member and institution has been According to the rules and Fatwa MUI. But the profit sharing between BMT Sidogiri Waru and the central of BMT Sidogiri turned out to be different. The percentage of profit sharing within one month for term savings in BMT Sidogiri Waru is the same as the profit sharing of the sharia general savings 30%: 70%, meanwhile the percentage of profit sharing of term savings at the same period from the center is 50%: 50%. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi produk tabungan berjangka yang menggunakan akad Mudharabah di KSPS BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang pembantu Waru Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan responden untuk mendapatkan data yang valid serta kajian pustaka dan literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tabungan berjangka di KSPS BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Waru sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penerapan akad mudharabah musytarakah dalam tabungan berjangka dan pembagian nisbah bagi hasil antara anggota dan lembaga juga telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Fatwa MUI. Namun pembagian nisbah bagi hasil antara BMT Sidogiri Capem Waru dengan BMT Sidogiri pusat ternyata berbeda. Persentase nisbah bagi hasil pada jangka waktu 1 bulan untuk tabungan berjangka di BMT Sidogiri Waru ini sama dengan penetapan nisbah tabungan umum syariah yaitu 30% : 70%, sedangkan persentase nisbah bagi hasil dengan jangka waktu 1 bulan untuk tabungan berjangka dari pusat menetapkan 50% : 50%. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Tabungan Berjangka, Mudharabah, BMT Sidogiri.

Abstract

This article examines the governance of Islamic philanthropy as an economic movement for the people based on the Surabaya al-Akbar Mosque. It is undeniable that the fulfilment of community needs cannot be separated from the completion of their financial requirements. Al-Akbar Mosque has excellent potential as an implementation of Islamic values in fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals. Armed with a philosophical analysis approach, this article focuses on studying the philosophical foundations in the performance and governance of Islamic philanthropic funds at the Al-Akbar Mosque. This study found several findings: The paradigm of economic development based on the Al-Akbar mosque appears to have expanded its meaning from the point of view of the conventional economy. In addition, Islamic philanthropy funds are managed based on the distribution of ratios between mosque sectors: tarbiyah, secretariat, ri'āyah and imārah.

Abstract

Social pressure and great desire to take education at level of the State Islamic University (PTAIN) has given rise to several challenges. This paper elaborates some problems experienced by students of PTAIN. This paper approach is field research with literature data (library research) as support material. The paper concludes college has unique characteristics, self-reliance and mental-spiritual balance. In progress, there are two problems faced by students of PTAIN: personal and social issues (non-academic). Both come down to mindset and mental conditions. They give depth impact on life management, adjustments to academic world, environment and society. Not a few students experience introvert attitude and new environment makes them uncomfortable, eventually lead to saturation.

Abstract

This research is based on the unregistered marriages phenomenon in Ketegan, Sepanjang, Sidorajo. Marriage is considered as an instant solution to juvenile delinquency, which has the potential to be promiscuous. There are two issues to be confirmed through this research: first, the attitude or response of the people in Ketegan to the practice of unregistered marriage that has taken place in their environment; Second, critical analysis of the phenomenon of unregistered Marriage on Islamic law’s perspective. This is field research, with a critical analysis method of data obtained. The data was collected through interviews with subjects, their parents, and several community leaders who had direct contact with them. This research found two conclusions: first, the people of Ketegan Village don’t seem to care about this kind of marriage. This is influenced by the variety of Ketegan people's mindsets and various tribes, majority of Madurese. However, peoples' view on unregistered marriages are mostly strained by problems threatening family honor. Second, The Islamic law analysis concludes unregistered marriage as illegal for not complying with the provisions of Law no. 1 of 1974 about marriage. This marriage potentially causes the rights and mate to be unfulfilled. In short, unregistered marriage has the potential to create injustice, contrary to the most fundamental principle of Islamic law, justice (al-'adālah).

Abstract

Diskusi tentang atom tidak selalu berbicara ilmu fisika modern. Al-Ghazali seorang filsuf Muslim pada abad ke-12 silam telah jauh mendalami hal ini. Bahkan, atom dijadikannya sebagai konsep dasar ilmu hakiki yang mampu menyingkap hakikat objek pengetahuan, yang pada zamannya mampu menggoncang kemapanan hegemoni filsafat Helenisme di dunia Islam. Secara konseptual, hakikat atom hanya ada dalam pikiran karenanya wujud darinya baru terlihat ketika ada aksiden yang menempel padanya. Implikasi dari itu, akan melahirkan suatu pola pikir yang tidak hanya bersandar pada realita sempiris-rasionalis belaka sebab setidaknya ada lima hierarki realitas yang ada; essential, sensory, imaginal, conceptual dan similar existence. Adanya lima hal itu secara tidak langsung telah mengidentifikasikan lima tingkatan filter bagi “sesuatu” dapat dikatakan logis. Dengan kata lain, apa yang secara esensial (objektif) benar belum tentu dapat diterima kebenarannya melalui perspektif subjektif seseorang. Begitu juga dengan apa yang digambarkan pikiran kita dapat diterima secara konseptual (rasio) ataupun secara empiris.Untuk itu kebenaran yang hakiki bagi al-Ghazali tidak hanya sebatas konseptual ataupun imajinal belaka, namun merupakan suatu kebenaran yang dibimbing wahyu (al-hudūriy), yang mampu mencakup kelima realitas di atas, bukan semata hasil olah pikir (al-husūliy). Hal terakhir ini pulalah yang selama ini menjadi andalan para filsuf Helenisme.The discussion about atom doesn’t always talk about physics. Al-Ghazali as one of Muslim philosopher in past 12 th century has been profound talk about it. Moreover, the atom is being modified as the basic concept of true science, unveils the reality of the object of science. Which in its day has been able to shake up the established hegemony of Greek philosopher on the Islamic world. From the philosophical point of view, what al-Ghazali builds–conceptually, we may assert that he is enthusiastically want to emphasize that the reality of atom “is only in the mind”, hence its physical embodiment is only able to be seen by the presence of “accident” adhere to. Logically, it will cause a way of thinking to occur, not simply be based on empiric-rational reality, but rather on five hierarchy of existences; essential, sensory, imaginal, conceptual and similar existence. Those fives indirectly identify five standards of filter for “thing” can be classified as “logic”. It means the thing which is essentially (objectively) true, in definitively is accepted as so from subjective angle. Indeed, what we think as valid, is unabsolutely will be accepted from conceptual (ratio) and empirical point of view. That’s why, the reality of truth-according to al-Ghazali, is not purely based on the conceptual or imaginal angle, but a divine guided truth (al-hudūriy). It encompasses all those five realities, not only as the product of thought (al-husūliy). In short, what al-Ghazali offers is an integrated point of view, to understand the existing reality, using unseparated way, unites between methods of deductive and inductive, rational and empirical and so on.
