Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of outdoor learning method by utilizing used goods on learning outcomes in Thematic learning in grade IV SD Group 11 Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the design of the study of the matching only pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study is all students of class IV SD group 11 consisting of 7 elementary schools. Based on the homogeneity test results, the sample in this study were the students of grade IV B SDN 44 as the experimental class and the students of class IV A SDN 55 as the control class. The research instrument used is; (1) a matter of objective test consisting of 30 items;(2) attitude observation sheet; and (3) skill observation sheet. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, prerequisite test and inferential analysis that is t-test. Based on data analysis of research results, obtained the average value of posttest result of experimental class using outdoor learning method that is 72,00 and control class using conventional learning that is 67,50. T-test of both sample classes with significance level ? = 0.05, obtained count = 4,241 whereas ttable = 1,680, tcount > ttable so that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The increase of research result percentage in experiment class is higher than control class that is 75,31% in experimental class and control class 64,87%. Thus it can be concluded there is a significant effect of student learning outcomes that follow the learning using outdoor learning method.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to produce a Learning Implementation Plan using the outdoor study method in grade IV Elementary School (SD) which can be used as a teacher reference in carrying out learning outside the classroom. This research is a Research and Development (RD) research by modifying the 4-D model. However, this research was only carried out until the third stage, namely develop. Validation is carried out by curriculum experts. The developed lesson plans were rated and responded to by 8 public elementary school teachers in Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis on the results of expert validation assessments and teacher responses and qualitative descriptive analysis on comments from expert validation and teacher responses. The results of this study show that in the Thematic Learning Implementation Plan using the outdoor study method with an assessment from curriculum experts of 89.25 with a very good category and teacher responses of 89.15 with a very good category as the final product of development.Keywords: Lesson Plan, Outdoor study Method, ThematicDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v10i1.23811

Abstract

This study discusses the moral values of the Sekujang ritual of Serawai Tribe integrated in learning civic education for fifth grade elementary school students of 81 Seluma. The goal to be achieved is to describe the moral values in the Serawai tribe's Sekujang ritual which can be internalized in learning civic education for fifth grade students of the 81 Seluma elementary school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. The results showed that the class V teachers in the 81 Seluma elementary school could understand and interpret the ritual of the Sekujang tribe of Serawai, the thematic learning design of the civic education learning content on Theme 8 Sub-theme 2 Learning 3, internalization of Sekujang moral values in the civic education learning design for fifth grade students of 81 Seluma elementary school, and the Sekujang moral values evaluation design in the learning of civic education for fifth grade students of the 81 Seluma elementary school which was made by the teacher was not fully optimal. There has been an internalization of moral values in the design of civic education learning, but it has not been programmed and there is the relevance of the Sekujang ritual moral values in civic education learning. Keywords : Moral Values, Sekujang Rituals and Civic Education Learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap pembentukan karakter sportivitas melalui kegiatan outbound pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan melalui studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) kegiatan outbound pada siswa sekolah dasar dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran tematik SD di kelas 2 Tema 7 (Kebersamaan) dan kelas 5 Tema 8 (Lingkungan Sahabat Kita). Aktivitas kegiatan outbound terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut. (2) Karakter sportivitas siswa sekolah dasar dapat dibentuk dalam kegiatan outbound, pelatihan pendidikan karakter sportivitas melalui outbound efektif untuk meningkatkan sportivitas siswa. (3) Kegiatan outbound dalam pembentukan karakter sportivitas siswa adalah metode pembelajaran yang tepat karena kegiatan outbound menggunakan alam sebagai medianya dan experential learning sebagai strategi yang digunakan. (4) Kelebihan kegiatan outbound dalam pembentukan karakter sportivitas siswa adalah (a) pikiran lebih jernih dan rileks; (b) pembelajaran akan terasa menyenangkan; (c) pembelajaran lebih variatif dan rekreatif; (d) anak lebih mengenal pada dunia nyata dan luas; (e) lebih menyeimbangkan antara pencapaian pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan; f) pembelajaran dapat lebih mengembangkan nilai-nilai karakter dan ahklak mulia; dan (g) menumbuhkan penguatan konsep.

Abstract

This study aims to develop “Totor Gala” traditional game learning video using the Nearpod application that are appropriate for elementary school students. The type of research in this research is Research and Development (R & D) with the Borg & Gall model of 7 of 10 steps. The research subjects were 4th grade students at Elementary School 41 Bengkulu City. The research instrument uses document analysis sheets, needs analysis sheets, validation sheets. The validation sheet is used to measure the feasibility of the video from the material and media aspects. Data collection techniques using document analysis, observation, questionnaires and tests. Data were analyzed through qualitative descriptive data and quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the research are in the form of learning videos of the Totor Gala game using the Nearpod application which contains material on cultural literacy and contemporary values. Media is suitable for use based on the validation results of material and media experts, as well as trials in schools with the "very valid" category. This product can be used as material for cultural literacy and the development of sportsmanship in 4th grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa merupakan kompetensi yang penting. Program PPM ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru SDN 41 Kota Bengkulu dalam mengembangkan LKPD menggunakan Aplikasi Wizer.Me berbasis model ASSURE untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah guru SD. Metode pelatihan dengan model Analisis, Pelatihan, Tindakan, Evaluasi (APTE). Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan ini adalah lembar pretest dan posttest. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yaitu memberikan pelatihan mengenai konsep pengembangan LKPD dan mempraktikkan pengembangan LKPD menggunakan aplikasi Wizer.Me. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengembangan LKPD. Rata-rata nilai pretest untuk 22 guru peserta pelatihan adalah 63.18, sedangkan rata-rata nilai posttest adalah 81.14, menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta pelatihan setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil uji N-Gain didapatkan nilai rata-rata N-Gain score sebesar 0.49 atau 49%, pada kategori "Sedang". Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap pengetahuan para peserta dalam pengembangan LKPD dan penerapan model ASSURE serta kemampuan pemecahan masalah dalam konteks pembelajaran di SD.

Abstract

Increasing environmental awareness in Adiwiyata schools encourages students to have a high level of consciousness about the importance of the environment and take tangible actions to protect it. These activities include learning about nature, waste management, energy conservation, and other conservation efforts. This research aims to analyze the implementation strategies of the Adiwiyata program in elementary school 1 Bengkulu city through communal activities. The study is conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study method. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that elementary school 1 Bengkulu city has implemented the Adiwiyata program by involving communal activities as the main strategy. The communal activities conducted include (1) cleaning the school environment, (2) waste management, (3) energy and water conservation, and (4) planting trees in the school garden. Through these activities, students are empowered to become individuals who are responsible for the environment and have a sense of care for cleanliness and the preservation of nature. In conclusion, the implementation strategy of Adiwiyata in elementary school 1 Bengkulu city through communal activities has successfully increased students' awareness of the importance of a clean and healthy environment. Communal activities serve as an effective means to build environmental consciousness and develop students' social attitudes. The implications of this research can contribute to the development of the Adiwiyata program and the implementation of communal approaches in character education in other schools.

Abstract

The objective of this research study is to develop a multicultural-based Hand Puppet Book media that is appropriate as literacy material for fourth-grade students. This research follows the Research and Development methodology. The development process adopts seven out of the ten steps formulated by Borg & Gall, which include:1) preliminary study, 2) planning, 3) developing a preliminary form of product, 4) preliminary field testing, 5) main product revision, 6) main field testing, and 7) operational product revisions. The subjects in this study were 4th-grade elementary school students in Depok District. During the initial study, data collection was conducted through various methods including observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The validation process involved material experts, media experts, and gathering feedback from both teachers and students. The outcome of the research is the development of a Hand Puppet Book media that incorporates multicultural content and promotes tolerance values. The media has been deemed suitable for implementation based on the validation results from material and media experts, as well as the trials conducted in schools, which categorized it as "very feasible." This product can serve as effective literacy material for promoting multicultural education among fourth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Konsep LKPD konvensional yang saat ini marak digunakan disekolah dasar, nyata nya tidak banyak memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA dikelas. Terlebih jika digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdifrensiasi yang menggunakan lebih dari satu metode pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, peneliti bertujuan mengembangkan LKPD Digital Interaktif berbasis Liveworksheet yang bisa digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara digital melalui PC maupun Smartphone. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model yang dipopulerkan oleh Dick and Carey. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, angket dan tes. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah LKPD Interaktif pada pembelajaran IPA berbasis Liveworksheet. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pre-test dan post-test, peneliti mendapati perbedaan hasil belajar yang cukup signifikan antara tahapan pre-test dan post-test dengan hasil akhir yang memuaskan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD Interaktif berbasis Liveworksheet mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Kreativitas menjadi keterampilan kunci dalam menghadapi tuntutan zaman yang terus berkembang. Di dunia yang terus berubah, kemampuan untuk berpikir kreatif dan inovatif menjadi esensial bagi generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembentukan kreativitas melalui implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dari kepala sekolah, 1 guru wali kelas IVA, 28 siswa kelas IVA, dan 2 petugas kebersihan SDN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui proses pengumpulan data, pemadatan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan seperti (1) pembuatan eco brick dari limbah plastik yang dikeringkan, (2) pembuatan eco enzyme dari limbah organik, dan (3) kerajinan dari limbah plastik dan koran bekas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila yang fokus pada kreativitas memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreatif siswa dan keterlibatan siswa dalam berbagai kegiatan kreatif. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pendidik, pengelola sekolah, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang strategi dan kebijakan yang efektif dalam mendorong kreativitas siswa melalui implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila.
