Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of outdoor learning method by utilizing used goods on learning outcomes in Thematic learning in grade IV SD Group 11 Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the design of the study of the matching only pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study is all students of class IV SD group 11 consisting of 7 elementary schools. Based on the homogeneity test results, the sample in this study were the students of grade IV B SDN 44 as the experimental class and the students of class IV A SDN 55 as the control class. The research instrument used is; (1) a matter of objective test consisting of 30 items;(2) attitude observation sheet; and (3) skill observation sheet. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, prerequisite test and inferential analysis that is t-test. Based on data analysis of research results, obtained the average value of posttest result of experimental class using outdoor learning method that is 72,00 and control class using conventional learning that is 67,50. T-test of both sample classes with significance level ? = 0.05, obtained count = 4,241 whereas ttable = 1,680, tcount > ttable so that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The increase of research result percentage in experiment class is higher than control class that is 75,31% in experimental class and control class 64,87%. Thus it can be concluded there is a significant effect of student learning outcomes that follow the learning using outdoor learning method.

Abstract

This study discusses the moral values of the Sekujang ritual of Serawai Tribe integrated in learning civic education for fifth grade elementary school students of 81 Seluma. The goal to be achieved is to describe the moral values in the Serawai tribe's Sekujang ritual which can be internalized in learning civic education for fifth grade students of the 81 Seluma elementary school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. The results showed that the class V teachers in the 81 Seluma elementary school could understand and interpret the ritual of the Sekujang tribe of Serawai, the thematic learning design of the civic education learning content on Theme 8 Sub-theme 2 Learning 3, internalization of Sekujang moral values in the civic education learning design for fifth grade students of 81 Seluma elementary school, and the Sekujang moral values evaluation design in the learning of civic education for fifth grade students of the 81 Seluma elementary school which was made by the teacher was not fully optimal. There has been an internalization of moral values in the design of civic education learning, but it has not been programmed and there is the relevance of the Sekujang ritual moral values in civic education learning. Keywords : Moral Values, Sekujang Rituals and Civic Education Learning

Abstract

This study aims to develop “Totor Gala” traditional game learning video using the Nearpod application that are appropriate for elementary school students. The type of research in this research is Research and Development (R & D) with the Borg & Gall model of 7 of 10 steps. The research subjects were 4th grade students at Elementary School 41 Bengkulu City. The research instrument uses document analysis sheets, needs analysis sheets, validation sheets. The validation sheet is used to measure the feasibility of the video from the material and media aspects. Data collection techniques using document analysis, observation, questionnaires and tests. Data were analyzed through qualitative descriptive data and quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the research are in the form of learning videos of the Totor Gala game using the Nearpod application which contains material on cultural literacy and contemporary values. Media is suitable for use based on the validation results of material and media experts, as well as trials in schools with the "very valid" category. This product can be used as material for cultural literacy and the development of sportsmanship in 4th grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa merupakan kompetensi yang penting. Program PPM ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru SDN 41 Kota Bengkulu dalam mengembangkan LKPD menggunakan Aplikasi Wizer.Me berbasis model ASSURE untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah guru SD. Metode pelatihan dengan model Analisis, Pelatihan, Tindakan, Evaluasi (APTE). Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan ini adalah lembar pretest dan posttest. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yaitu memberikan pelatihan mengenai konsep pengembangan LKPD dan mempraktikkan pengembangan LKPD menggunakan aplikasi Wizer.Me. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengembangan LKPD. Rata-rata nilai pretest untuk 22 guru peserta pelatihan adalah 63.18, sedangkan rata-rata nilai posttest adalah 81.14, menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta pelatihan setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil uji N-Gain didapatkan nilai rata-rata N-Gain score sebesar 0.49 atau 49%, pada kategori "Sedang". Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap pengetahuan para peserta dalam pengembangan LKPD dan penerapan model ASSURE serta kemampuan pemecahan masalah dalam konteks pembelajaran di SD.

Abstract

Increasing environmental awareness in Adiwiyata schools encourages students to have a high level of consciousness about the importance of the environment and take tangible actions to protect it. These activities include learning about nature, waste management, energy conservation, and other conservation efforts. This research aims to analyze the implementation strategies of the Adiwiyata program in elementary school 1 Bengkulu city through communal activities. The study is conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study method. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that elementary school 1 Bengkulu city has implemented the Adiwiyata program by involving communal activities as the main strategy. The communal activities conducted include (1) cleaning the school environment, (2) waste management, (3) energy and water conservation, and (4) planting trees in the school garden. Through these activities, students are empowered to become individuals who are responsible for the environment and have a sense of care for cleanliness and the preservation of nature. In conclusion, the implementation strategy of Adiwiyata in elementary school 1 Bengkulu city through communal activities has successfully increased students' awareness of the importance of a clean and healthy environment. Communal activities serve as an effective means to build environmental consciousness and develop students' social attitudes. The implications of this research can contribute to the development of the Adiwiyata program and the implementation of communal approaches in character education in other schools.

Abstract

The objective of this research study is to develop a multicultural-based Hand Puppet Book media that is appropriate as literacy material for fourth-grade students. This research follows the Research and Development methodology. The development process adopts seven out of the ten steps formulated by Borg & Gall, which include:1) preliminary study, 2) planning, 3) developing a preliminary form of product, 4) preliminary field testing, 5) main product revision, 6) main field testing, and 7) operational product revisions. The subjects in this study were 4th-grade elementary school students in Depok District. During the initial study, data collection was conducted through various methods including observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The validation process involved material experts, media experts, and gathering feedback from both teachers and students. The outcome of the research is the development of a Hand Puppet Book media that incorporates multicultural content and promotes tolerance values. The media has been deemed suitable for implementation based on the validation results from material and media experts, as well as the trials conducted in schools, which categorized it as "very feasible." This product can serve as effective literacy material for promoting multicultural education among fourth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi sudah seharusnya diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran, terlebih adanya Pandemi Covid 19 memaksa seluruh instansi tidak terkecuali pendidikan mengalihkan pembelajaran melalui online. Potensi dan kerentanan ini membuat para penggerak pendidikan termasuk dosen Universitas Tangerang Raya untuk melakukan tindakan yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat khususnya bidang pendidikan. Dosen Universitas Tangerang Raya melakukan pelatihan pembelajaran online berbasis ICT dengan memanfaatkan Aplikasi Kahoot. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penerapan Kahoot sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap pengetahuan guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran online berbasis ICT dengan memanfaatkan Aplikasi Kahoot. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan metode kuasi eksperimen One Group Pretest Posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa tes. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Kahoot berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan guru. Hasil penelitian kerjasama ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran online di SD Kunti 1 Tigaraksa. Abstract The development of information technology should have been integrated with learning, especially with the Covid 19 Pandemic forcing all agencies including education to shift learning online. These potentials and vulnerabilities make education movers including Tangerang Raya University lecturers take actions that can be utilized by the community, especially in the education sector. Tangerang Raya University lecturers conduct ICT-based online learning training by utilizing the Kahoot Application. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of applying Kahoot learning media on teacher knowledge in developing ICT-based online learning by utilizing the Kahoot Application. The type of research used in this study was experimental research with the One Group Pretest Posttest quasi-experimental method. The data collection technique used is in the form of a test. The results of the study show that Kahoot media has an effect on teacher knowledge. The results of this collaborative research are expected to improve the quality of online learning at SD Kunti 1 Tigaraksa.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis strategi penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dimensi bernalar kritis di SD Negeri 44 Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan peserta didik dan guru, serta menggunakan analisis arsip sebagai sumber data. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tematik untuk memahami strategi penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila yang digunakan di SD Negeri 44 Kota Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri 44 Kota Bengkulu telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan dimensi bernalar kritis peserta didik. Beberapa strategi eefektif yang diterapkan di sekolah ini meliputi: (1) penggunaan pertanyaan pemantik (trigger questions) untuk mendorong peserta didik berpikir kritis dan merangsang diskusi, (2) penggunaan media pembelajaran yang mendalam untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep Pancasila, (3) melibatkan peserta didik dalam diskusi terbuka untuk mendorong pemikiran kritis, (4) memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta didik untuk menghadapi masalah dan menemukan solusi melalui penyelesaian masalah, serta (5) menerapkan sistem reward and punishment yang memberikan insentif positif guna meningkatkan partisipasi dan prestasi peserta didik. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam pengembangan pendekatan pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat profil pelajar Pancasila dan meningkatkan dimensi bernalar kritis peserta didik. Abstract This study aims to describe the analysis of strategies for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in the critical thinking dimension at elementary school 44 Bengkulu City. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collection conducted through classroom observations, interviews with students and teachers, and the use of archival analysis as a data source. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis to understand the strategies for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students used at elementary school 44 Bengkulu City. The findings of this study indicate that the strategies for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students at elementary school 44 Bengkulu City have positively impacted the enhancement of students' critical thinking dimension. Several effective strategies implemented at the school include: (1) the use of trigger questions to encourage students to think critically and stimulate discussions, (2) the utilization of deep learning media to facilitate a deeper understanding of Pancasila concepts, (3) involving students in open discussions to foster critical thinking, (4) providing opportunities for students to face problems and find solutions through problem-solving, and (5) implementing a reward and punishment system that provides positive incentives to enhance student participation and achievement. These findings have significant implications for the development of teaching approaches aimed at strengthening the profile of Pancasila students and improving the dimension of critical thinking among students.

Abstract

The Nujuh Likur tradition is one of the local wisdoms of the Serawai tribe in South Bengkulu Regency. In addition to being a cultural performance, this tradition is full of moral values ​​that can develop the cultural literacy of elementary school-aged children. The objectives of this study include: to describe the procession of the Nujuh Likur tradition, the moral values ​​contained in it, and the relevance of the moral values ​​of the Nujuh Likur Tradition in the thematic Civics Education learning design for elementary school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. The results showed that the procession of the Nujuh Likur tradition was carried out when entering the 27th night of Ramadan which was marked by the implementation of the lanjaran burning activity in front of the house. Lanjaran, which is a coconut shell, is arranged vertically on wooden stakes that are plugged into the ground and burned. The values ​​contained in the Nujuh Likur tradition are (a) religious, (b) tolerance, (c) responsibility, (d) aesthetics, (e) obeying the rules, (f) cooperation and hard work (gotong royong). There is a relevance to the moral values ​​of the Nujuh Likur tradition in Civics learning class IV Theme 7 (Indahnya Keragaman di Negeriku), Sub Theme 2 (Indahnya Keragaman Budaya Negeriku) Learning 4. Abstrak Tradisi Nujuh Likur merupakan salah satu kearifan lokal suku Serawai di Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Selain sebagai pertunjukan budaya, tradisi ini sarat dengan nilai-nilai moral yang dapat mengembangkan literasi budaya anak usia sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain: mendeskripsikan prosesi tradisi Nujuh Likur, nilai-nilai moral yang terkandung di dalamnya, dan relevansi nilai-nilai moral Tradisi Nujuh Likur dalam desain pembelajaran PKn Tematik SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosesi tradisi Nujuh Likur dilakukan saat memasuki malam ke-27 Ramadhan yang ditandai dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembakaran lanjaran di depan rumah. Lanjaran yang merupakan tempurung kelapa disusun secara vertikal di atas patok kayu yang ditancapkan di tanah dan dibakar. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi Nujuh Likur adalah (a) religius, (b) toleransi, (c) tanggung jawab, (d) estetika, (e) menaati aturan, (f) kerja sama dan kerja keras (gotong royong). Terdapat relevansi nilai moral tradisi Nujuh Likur dalam pembelajaran PKn kelas IV Tema 7 (Indahnya Keragaman di Negeriku), Sub Tema 2 (Indahnya Keragaman Budaya Negeriku) Pembelajaran 4.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktualisasi pengembangan nilai demokrasi siswa SDN 03 Bengkulu Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas VI SDN 03 Bengkulu Tengah. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar pedoman observasi, lembar pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui data colection, data reducation, data display, consclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan nilai demokrasi siswa SDN 03 Bengkulu Tengah teraktualisasi dalam: (1) integrasi dalam pembelajaran PKn SD; (2) pemilihan ketua kelas dengan cara voting atau musyawarah; (3) pemilihan jadwal piket; dan (4) penentuan anggota kelompok belajar/teman sebaya. Aktualisasi pengembangan nilai demokrasi dilaksanakan baik dalam kurikulum nasional maupun beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan siswa selama di sekolah. Sekolah dalam hal ini guru harus proaktif membimbing dan mengarahkan kegiatan-kegiatan siswa tersebut sehingga dapat mengembangkan nilai demokrasi pada siswa sebagai bekal menjadi warga negara yang baik. Kata Kunci: nilai demokrasi; pendidikan kewarganegaran; sekolah dasar. Abstract This study aims to describe the actualization of the development of democratic values ​​in students at elementary school 03 Bengkulu Tengah. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that the development of students' democratic values ​​at elementary school 03 Bengkulu Tengah is actualized in: (1) integration in civics learning in elementary schools; (2) the election of class leaders by voting or deliberation; (3) selection of picket schedules; and (4) determination of study/peer group members. Actualization of the development of democratic values ​​is carried out both in the national curriculum and in several activities carried out by students while at school. Schools, in this case teachers must be proactive in guiding and directing the activities of these students so that they can develop democratic values ​​in students as a provision to become good citizens.
