Abstract

By developing the community's capacity for entrepreneurship, one of which is in the food business, one can empower the community economically. Tutul Village is a productive village with entrepreneurship activities centered on handicrafts, but there aren't any yet in food sector, especially creative healthy food. The team carried out in activities to improve entrepreneurship skills throughout the third year of the Partner Village Development Program, particularly creative healthy food products for pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants, toddlers, school-age children, the elderly, and people with chronic diseases. The training participants were 12 prospective entrepreneurs from 4 hamlets in Tutul Village. The five stages of the training were completed with assistance. Assistance in the form of competency improvement, labeling and packaging, assessment of nutritional content, production permits, and marketing. There are 11 healthy food products with creative presentations that are stimulants for prospective entrepreneurs to develop. Prospective entrepreneurs should be highly motivated to launch new food products so that the marketing of creative healthy food products can be easily recognized by the the general public.

Abstract

Current technological advancements make it easier for users to do their work effectively and efficiently, including the use of wireless networks to exchange data via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and video conferencing services (VCS). A Mobile AdHoc Network (MANET) is a wireless network technology that applies a dynamic set of nodes. Data transmission on the MANET does not require the use of devices such as base stations. Because each node on the MANET can act as a router in determining the direction of the data sent, the number of nodes in the MANET will influence the quality of the data sent. Using the OPNET Modeler simulator, this paper shows how to assess the quality of FTP and VCS based on delay, jitter, and packet loss parameters. The simulation scenario employs five, fifteen, and thirty nodes with low, medium, and high traffic loads, using the Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) protocol. According to the measurement results, the FTP service with the bad category is the packet loss parameter in high traffic loads, which has the highest packet loss value of 56.6 percent with 15 nodes. In contrast, good results for VCS are only produced on the delay parameter. The jitter increases with the number of nodes, and it is 5 in this case. In all scenarios, the packet loss parameter yields poor results, with the highest packet loss value approaching 100%.

Abstract

Teknologi internet terus berkembang, saat ini pemanfaatan teknologi internet lebih banyak digunakan sebagai hiburan, walaupun pada dasarnya teknologi internet memiliki manfaat yang banyak, seperti; pemanfaatan berbagai macam aplikasi yang berguna diberbagai disiplin ilmu atau bidang. Salah satunya pemanfatan teknologi internet adalah teknologi VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Kualitas suara pada teknologi VoIP sangat dipengaruhi oleh Quality of Service (QoS) dan apabila paket dari voice mengalami proses yang lama (delay) untuk sampai ke tujuan, maka dapat merusak kualitas voice yang terdengar. Selain itu dari segi keamanan saat melakukan komunikasi, teknologi VoIP masih tergolong kurang baik. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan riset tentang analisis kualitas layanan pada jaringan VoIP dengan parameter delay, Throughput dan packet loss. Sedangkan mekanisme pengamanan jaringan VoIP pada penelitian ini menggunakan protokol VPN. Hasil analisis nilai QoS dengan 6 kali pengujian rentang waktu 1-6 menit diperoleh nilai rata-rata Delay 7,758 ms, 7,657 ms, dan 299 bps, 210 bps, dan Packet loss 0%. Analisis keamanan VoIP dengan menggunakan dua skenario pengujian diperoleh data VoIP antara dua client yang sama-sama terhubung dengan VPN Attacker, dimana hanya dapat melakukan scan IP dan Mac address saja, namun tidak dapat merekam atau mendengarkan percakapan antara client yang saling komunikasi. Skenario kedua client terhubung dengan VPN Attacker dapat melakukan scan IP dan Mac Address, selain itu Attacker dapat merekam atau mendengarkan percakapan antara dua client dalam waktu singkat.

Abstract

Since the coronavirus outbreak or known as COVID-19 spread throughout the world, especially in Indonesia. The Governor of DKI Jakarta issued several policies to deal with the spread of COVID-19. However, this policy has become a conversation on social media such as Youtube. Through audience interaction in the comments column, giving lots of positive and negative sentiment comments, the audience response is classified using the sentiment analysis technique of comments to find out which sentiments are positive, negative, and neutral for each comment. In this study, the data were taken from news video comments. The method used is the Support Vector Machine and the selection feature uses the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). The data used amounted to 945 Indonesian language comments. Accurate results obtained by using the addition of a stoplist at the preprocessing stage a.

Abstract

This article discusses a community service activity focused on introducing and training in the field of e-commerce, specifically to support Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) through collaboration with Teman Studio. Conducted in October 2022, the implementation method included needs research, workshops and training, implementation and mentoring, socialization, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Teman Studio, a Personal Freelance based in Jember, East Java, developed the dewastore.com e-commerce website to facilitate online transactions between sellers and buyers. The activity involved training on the basics of e-commerce, website creation and management, as well as digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity showed an increase in understanding and skills of the participants in managing and using the e-commerce system. The system performance evaluation indicated a positive response from the respondents, with the majority giving high ratings to the developed system. The conclusion from this activity is that the socialization and training on e-commerce successfully enhanced the skills and understanding of UMKMs regarding the use of information technology in their businesses

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to assist individuals in enhancing their digital platform proficiency, particularly about Tokowa, for their UMKM products. The program will incorporate various approaches, such as lectures, software demonstrations, feedback queries, and discussions to evaluate user feedback. Participants will depart with a better grasp of Tokowa and an improved digital skill set. The program's outcome demonstrates that participants have expanded their knowledge of Tokowa, and user feedback illustrates a positive experience with the platform's functionality and user-friendliness. The system's documentation, including displays and graphs of functionality test results, will enable participants to see the advantages of using Tokowa. By engaging in this activity, individuals can enhance their digital skills and acquire valuable knowledge about Tokowa, which can help them expand their UMKM businesses

Abstract

Paud Nurul Ilmi merupakan sekolah pendidikan buat anak usia dini. Paud Nurul Ilmi masih memakai sistem pengelolaan laporan secara manual, sehingga tak jarang terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan perhitungan pengelolaan dana BOP, hal ini membuat tidak efektif dan efisien karena membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Berdasarkan identifikasi Masalah, maka dapat dirumuskan suatu masalah, yaitu “Bagaimana membuat sebuah Aplikasi pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan Pada Paud Nurul Ilmi?”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi pengelolaan dana di Paud Nurul Ilmi guna mempercepat pelaporan bantuan operasional Pendidikan. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada aplikasi ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Untuk metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dan perancangan menggunakan metode prototype dan metode perancangan UML. Aplikasi pengelolaan Dana BOP berbasis website pada Paud Nurul Ilmi telah berhasil di bangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext prepocessor) dengan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan database MYSQL. Aplikasi pengelolaan dana BOP ini dibuat agar dapat mempermudah dalam perhitungan dan pencatatan dana masuk dan dana keluar.

Abstract

Information and communication technology is something that is integral to life in today's era. One of them is a wireless network. This research uses the Penetration Testing method to analyze the wireless technology security system that we often use every day. Analyzing wireless network security is carried out using the Penetration Testing method by carrying out attacks on a simulated network, the operating system used to carry out testing is Kali Linux. The results of this research show that network security using the WPA3 protocol is still vulnerable to gaps that can be exploited. This hacking test is only for educational purposes, it is not permitted to commit crimes such as stealing personal data of network users. By knowing this security gap, it will be an evaluation to provide better security

Abstract

Purpose: This study seeks to deliver accurate, customized movie recommendations using the Sort Filter Skyline (SFS) algorithm. The approach considers factors like budget, box office earnings, popularity, runtime, and audience ratings to align closely with each user's specific preferences. Methods: The Sort Filter Skyline (SFS) algorithm is employed, designed to identify and recommend items different from others within the dataset. Initially, the data undergoes preparation through pre-processing before being analyzed to compute entropy using the entropy formula. Before carrying out the dominance test, the SFS algorithm organizes the data based on entropy values. Result: In this research, 176 skyline objects were identified from a dataset containing 4,803 movies, including well-known titles like "Avatar" and "Titanic." The Skyline Filter Sort (SFS) algorithm pinpointed these objects within 4 seconds. Additionally, evaluation results using synthetic data, as depicted in the data visualization, revealed that the number of attributes increased from 1 to 7. The dataset size grew, and the execution time also rose—from 18 seconds to 170 minutes. Despite this increase, the algorithm demonstrated efficient performance with optimized processing times. Novelty: This study showcases the successful application of the SFS algorithm for generating personalized movie recommendations while tackling the difficulty of aligning viewer preferences with the extensive selection of films available. The findings offer important insights into enhancing recommendation systems by implementing algorithms efficiently and managing execution time complexity, contributing fresh perspectives to the field.

Abstract

The Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning (DP3AKB) of Jember Regency is crucial in addressing women, children, and family planning issues. This study aims to develop an effective and accessible public complaint website. The methods used include needs analysis through interviews and literature studies, data design using BPMN, website page programming implementation, and black box testing. The test results show that all basic website features function well, improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability in handling complaints. Users can easily submit complaints, monitor their status, and receive responses from DP3AKB. The conclusion is that this website meets user needs and provides significant benefits to DP3AKB Jember Regency. Further development suggestions include integrating mobile applications and real-time notifications to enhance functionality and ease of use. With this system, handling issues faced by women and children and family planning in Jember Regency can be more effective and efficient.
