Abstract

Pada era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang ini menuntut setiap perusahaan harus mempersiapkan usaha merekauntuk menghadapi persaingan yang sangat ketat. Perusahaan harus menetapkan strategi yang tepat sehingga dapatmenarik perhatian konsumen dan mempengaruhi konsumen untuk mengkonsumsi produk yang ditawarkanperusahaan. Pembelian impulsif merupakan kecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian secara spontan,Impulse Buying dapat terjadi jika toko tersebut memiliki Store Environment yang baik yang dapat mempengaruhisituasi emosional mereka sehingga terjadi pembelian impulsive. Penelitian kali ini akan membahas permasalahanmengenai pengaruh Store Environment terhadap Impulse Buying yang dilakukan konsumen Miniso di Jambi TownSquare. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menyelesaikan penelitianini.Jumlah sampel yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 100 responden yang pernah berkunjung dan melakukan ImpulseBuying ke Miniso diJambi Town Square. Dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian Model Pengukuran danModel Struktural.Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial Store Environment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap NiatBeli. Abstract

Objectives: The objective of this research is to explore the moderating effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. Servant leadership is a leadership style that prioritizes serving others and promoting their well-being. It has been found to have positive outcomes such as employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior, and employee performance.Methodology: The method used in this research is the quantitative research, with a population consisting of female employees. The sample comprised 310 female employees who were led by female leaders, and selected using simple random sampling. To explore the relationships among variables and incorporate mediating and moderating effects in the model, SEM-PLS was employed.Finding: Interestingly, when considering OCB as a moderating variable, different results were observed for direct and indirect effects. The indirect effect revealed that OCB had a positive and significant moderating effect on the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance, suggesting that OCB enhanced this relationship. Conclusion: However, when examining the direct effect of servant leadership on employee performance while moderated by OCB, a significant but negative association between these variables suggests weakened relationships. This finding suggested that OCB played a significant role in moderating the relationship between Servant Leadership and Employee Performance, emphasizing the need to recognize OCB as an essential factor in comprehending the impact of servant leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

In Indonesian, public university and private university compete so tightly to create qualified graduates. Beside that, they compete to provide best educational services to get more students. This study aimed to analyze dominant factors that forming student decision in choosing Telkom University study program S1 Business Administration. The type of this study is descriptive research with nonprobability sampling and simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 samples of Business Administration’s students’ batch 2016. This research used variable such as: friends attending college, influence of parents, influence of friends, influence of other individuals, location, academic program, academic reputation, educational facilities, costs, available of financial aid, employment opportunities, advertising, HEI’s representative and visit campus. Based on analysis, it was found 5 new factors such as college’s image, college promotion, influence of parents, influence of friends and college’s location. College’s image factor has the biggest variances value such as 29,15% in forming choise decision of Telkom University Prodi S1 Business Administration as a private college.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini secara umum untuk membangun sinergitas kemitraan sebagai perwujudan visi dan misi Universitas Telkom dengan masyarakat sekitar. Secara khusus, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk penguatan fasilitas air bersih melalui pengembangan sistem pipa air PDAM di lingkungan wisma mahasiswa Latimodjong, Bandung. Artikel ini membahas tentang upaya pengadaan fasilitas air bersih sebagai bagian dari proyek pengabdian masyarakat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas air bersih bagi penghuni di wisma tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan, desain teknis, serta implementasi infrastruktur yang sesuai dengan kondisi lokal dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam ketersediaan air bersih dan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya sanitasi yang baik. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan infrastruktur dasar yang vital. Output dari kegiatan ini antara lain berupa pelatihan/bimbingan teknis (bimtek), pembuatan prototipe sistem/proses, dokumen standar operasi, dan pembentukan/penguatan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah daerah.
