Abstract

Going through a road with a high slope has a risk of an accident due to a miscalculation by the driver. Therefore, detecting the speed limit to pass it is the solution. The aim of this research is to create a precise and minimal error system that predicts the uphill speed that must be used by the driver. By using fuzzy logic, of course you can predict what speed should be used. For tilt detection, a gyroscope is used and speed detection is being used using a GPS sensor. For the fuzzy inference system itself, it uses the Takagi Sugeno-Kang, method with a linear and constant output. In addition, the calculation of the crisp value is carried out using the manual calculation method and using a simulation application, namely MATLAB. The results of subsequent calculations are compared to calculate the precision value of the system in detecting uphill speed. The calculation uses MAPE. So the results of this study are speed detection systems that must be used on inclines that predict precisely. The implication of this research is that driving safety on high-slope roads can be improved and accidents that occur can be minimized. In addition, the driver can estimate the speed that must be used.

Abstract

Technology is currently growing very fast which affects and has a significant purpose in human life. In the current era, the technology of the security system is something that is very necessary. The high crime rate has now reached an alarming stage. Motorcycles currently only use conventional ignition keys to turn them on to improve the vehicle's security system, so a vehicle security system with a microcontroller connected to an Internet of Things-based fingerprint sensor is needed to improve the vehicle's security system. Research shows that a motorcycle security system with a microcontroller is connected to a fingerprint sensor based on the Internet of Things, namely turning on and turning off the vehicle with fingerprints owned or via the internet of things using the telegram application for remote and realtime systems. The way the results of this study work is when the first finger taps on the fingerprint sensor on the registered finger, the motor will turn on, then the second finger taps on the fingerprint sensor, the motor will die, for remote systems, namely using telegram bots, the prefix is to enter chat instructions on the telegram bot if the telegram bot replies to the instruction then the motor will follow according to the instruction on or off and if the instruction is wrong then the telegram bot will tell that the instruction is wrong. The results of this study show that when adding fingerprints it has a delay of 1.74s, removing fingerprints is 0.24s and the IoT system itself is 90% successful.

Abstract

Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA) is a favorite Public universities in Karawang, West Java. UNSIKA parking system has not met the expectations of a good parking system, especially in the field of security. This research aims to solve the problem by designing an IoT-based automated parking system application with a high level of security, informative to provide comfort for users and managers. The method in the security system is to use barcodes and fingerprints, as for the application that will be made using ERP Odoo. The results of this study are a tool called BIOPARKS (Biometric Parking System) that can reduce the risk of theft in parking lots. Also, data management applications such as vehicle data, vehicle owner data, reports in and out of vehicles, as well as a monitor of parking conditions. The use of barcode and fingerprint technology in the parking system makes the security on the parking lot more secure so that the owner of the vehicle becomes calm. Applications designed to make data management more structured, as well as facilitate monitoring of parking conditions.

Abstract

Covid-19 is currently spreading throughout the world without exception in Indonesia. With this fact, the government recommends the public to maintain health protocols, especially in public places as a form of resistance to COVID-19 so that the transmission rate can be suppressed. one of them is to keep a distance and avoid physical contact with other people and object surfaces. The Smart Security COVID-19 designed to be able to detect temperature and spray disinfectant liquid automatically without need for physical contact. Infrared sensor that functions as a data sender when a user approaches the device, which is then sent to Arduino UNO for processing the processed data and will be sent to the AMG8833 temperature sensor and relay where the AMG8833 temperature sensor functions as a temperature reader and the relay functions to activate the pump to spraying disinfectant liquid.

Abstract

Karawang merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Jawa Barat yang memiliki industri dengan jumlah yang cukup banyak di Indonesia. Salah satu bidang industri di Karawang tersebut adalah industri elektronika. Kondisi ini memberikan peluang kepada lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) terutama jurusan elektro untuk dapat bekerja serta mengembangkan wirausaha di bidang industri perakitan elektronika di Karawang.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancang bangun. Secara urut metode tersebut adalah identifikasi kebutuhan yang diperlukan. Kemudian kebutuhan tersebut dianalisis untuk mendapatkan komponen secara spesifik. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan perangkat keras dan lunak, pembuatan serta pengujian.Hasil unjuk kerja dari alat pelarut PCB ini bekerja berdasarkan perintah dari satu buah mikrokontroler ATmega 8 yang bertugas mengatur putaran motor servo dan menghitung timing proses kerja alat. Sebelum program dijalankan pengguna harus mengeset timer proses pelarutan pada menu yang dapat di set melalui LCD display. Setelah program dijalankan maka alat akan bekerja sesuai dengan program yang dibuat. Timer akan berjalan seketika tombol run ditekan. Pada saat waktu pelarutan telah mencapai nilai pengesetan maka mikrokontroler akan memerintahkan motor servo untuk berhenti berputar dan buzzer akan berbunyi sampai tombol reset ditekan atau tombol power dimatikan.

Abstract

Garbage is an unavoidable part of everyday life. Everyone has to take out the trash. Therefore, waste is a major source of problems that directly affect the environment. Moreover, waste management in Indonesia is definitely not good. Most of the waste is thrown away without being sorted. This also ultimately contributes to the complexity of the waste problem. This research was conducted to determine the perception of the waste management system in the village of Lambangsari Bekasi by utilizing intelligent robots based on IoT (Internet of Things). The survey method used is an online questionnaire filled out by 100 people from the age range of 20-25 years. Respondents consist of students, students to workers. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results obtained from the analysis data are that most of the waste management in Indonesia is not appropriate because of the very low knowledge of understanding waste management by utilizing the latest technology, one of which is IoT-based intelligent robots. In addition, the government also does not educate the public about the importance of sorting waste by type and also does not socialize the movement to dispose of waste.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi ikut menolong pada pengembangan sistem keamanan yang handal. Kecanggihan teknologi terus menjadi meningkat pada bermacam aspek kehidupan. Teknologi periksa jari ataupun pin ini mendatangkan keamanan yang lebih efisien, modern, serta berdaya guna ketimbang kunci konvensional yang tengah memakai anak kunci selaku pengatur kunci pintu.Sistem kerja alat ini yaitu sensor sidik jari atau keypad 4x4 digunakan untuk membuka kunci dari luar ruangan dan push button digunakan untuk membuka kunci dari dalam ruangan.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of hand sanitizers as a practical way to kill viruses has been widely adopted. Typically, hand sanitizers are manually used by spraying the liquid from a spray bottle onto the user's hands. The introduction of a simple innovation in hand sanitizers utilizing automatic control provides convenience to the public. This innovation involves the use of an infrared sensor to detect the user's hands as an object to activate the device. An IR Obstacle Avoidance sensor is used as the input for the automatic control of the hand sanitizer. An Arduino Uno R3 is used as the data processing microcontroller, along with a Micro Servo SG90 as the lever actuator. The operation and testing of this device involve bringing the user's hand close to the sensor located at the front of the bottle. When the sensor detects hand movement, it sends a command to pull the bottle's sanitizer dispenser lever, allowing the sanitizer to be dispensed automatically. An automatic hand sanitizer device with an infrared sensor can help reduce the risk of virus and bacteria transmission through surface contact, as users do not need to touch the device to dispense the sanitizer. This device can also be effectively used in public places such as offices, schools, restaurants, and others, to enhance safety and environmental cleanliness.sebagainya, untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

Information technology plays an important role in the progress of a country in order to disseminate information massively and make it easier for the public to obtain information. Currently, the development of information technology continues to innovate, such as with the existence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This research will discuss AI technology, namely the BatikInd chatbot with the artificial neural network (ANN) method, which aims to make it easier for people to find information about the types of batik that, exist in all regions of Indonesia. The design of the ANN method for making chatbots uses hundreds of sentences to be processed into a database of information about the types of batik and explanations about the batik you want to find. Database processing with epochs reaching 200 produces an accuracy rate of 1.0 (100%) which means the accuracy rate is very good and the error rate reaches 0.03 (0%) which means the error rate is very low. The results of a very good level of accuracy and a very low error rate indicate that this AI can function properly and is feasible to use. It is hoped that with information technology like this, it will make it easier for people to find information about batik and can increase people's literacy and knowledge about batik in all regions of Indonesia.

Abstract

Technology is currently growing rapidly and of course, in this era electrical energy has become a necessity for carrying out activities. Therefore, the Smart Watt Meter system can be interpreted as a tool that can monitor and predict costs for home electricity use using the Android application, so that all these devices and systems can be connected to one another. Only by connecting to a smartphone, users can monitor electricity usage and can predict home electricity costs that will be incurred every month using an Android application remotely in real time. Due to the large amount of electricity used in homes that is difficult to control, the aim of designing a Smart Watt Meter system is to reduce excess electricity usage by providing predictions of electricity user costs. This Smart Watt Meter is composed of Wemos D1R1 as the microcontroller in the main system, where when the PZEM 004T V3 sensor reads the value of electricity usage, an output will be produced in the form of a value on the application that has been made and also an OLED display. The results of this study found that voltage, current, power, frequency, power loss, energy consumption, the cost of using electricity per month can be measured. One of the suggestions from this study is to make a dashboard that can be accessed on any device, such as making a dashboard that can be opened on websites and also on smartphones.
