Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan hotel dan kepercayaan pengunjung terhadap niat mereka untuk kembali menginap di Hotel ForRest’Inn Kediri. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi pengunjung yang menginap pada Hotel ForRest’Inn Kediri. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 150 orang, lalu sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 109 orang dengan perhitungan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket. Teknik pada penelitian ini yaitu aksidental sampling, bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil uji parsial signifikan pelayanan hotel 0,001 dimana nilai signifikansi pelayanan hotel adalah 0,001 < 0,05. Variabel kepercayaan pengunjung 0,000 dengan nilai signifikansi kepercayaan pengunjung adalah 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil dari analisis penelitian data dengan uji f (stimulan) menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung = 51,538 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti X1 (pelayanan hotel) dan X2 (kepercayaan pengunjung) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Y (minat menginap kembali)

Abstract

Dunia bisnis yang berkembang dengan cepat, menimbulkan tantangan dan ancaman bagi para pelaku usaha untuk tetap bersaing dan bertahan. Kendala utama dari persaingan bisnis ini membuat pengusaha harus kreatif dan inovatif dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran mereka untuk bisnis ikan tengor hias. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang strategi pemasaran secara online dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan pada usaha ikan tengor galak kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Penjualan pada usaha ikan tengor galak Kediri mengalami kenaikan melalui strategi pemasaran online namun perlu memperhatikan beberapa faktor seperti promosi, produk, harga, sasaran pasar dan lokasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui atau menganalisis besarnya pengaruh cashless society terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara Kediri dengan pengendalian diri sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri sebagai populasi dengan Teknik sampling menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Analisis data dan pengolahan data di hitung dibantu dengan software SSPS. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh mediasi dari variabel pengendalian diri antara variabel cashless society terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Penelitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi terhadap perilaku konsumtif serta sebagai pertimbangan dan masukan agar mahasiswa terhindar dari perilaku konsumtif dan dapat memiliki pengendalian diri yang baik. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah pada sumber data yang dipakai hanya kuesioner dan keterbatasan sampel yang hanya di lingkup program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi.

Abstract

Education is an effort to realize and develop student potential. Education in Indonesia has undergone several curriculum changes with the aim of improvement. The advantage of the Merdeka Curriculum is that learning is much more active and creative. Therefore, the Merdeka Curriculum is widely implemented in schools, including the Darun Najah Kediri Integrated MTs. Based on initial observations made, it is known that the teacher has used the Independent Curriculum. Even though there are many positive impacts, implementing the Independent Curriculum still has several shortcomings, such as many students not understanding the Independent Curriculum. Hence, students are less active in participating in learning at school, which also decreases student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine whether implementing the Merdeka Curriculum learning module can improve the learning outcomes of class VII students at MTS Terpadu Darun Najah Kediri. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with social studies subject material on the Geographical Location of Indonesia. The research results show an increase in student learning outcomes, as indicated by an increase in students who get scores above the KKM. The percentage of students who scored above the KKM from the pre-cycle was 13.33%, 20% for the first cycle, 30% for the second cycle, and 60% for the third cycle.

Abstract

Distance learning or online is an institution-based formal education, where separate learning groups and communication systems are used in interactions. Online learning was chosen as something supportive to use during a pandemic, especially during Covid-19. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the effect of optimization of online learning and student participation on online learning motivation of students of economic education level II, Nusantara PGRI University Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research. There were a total of 16 students at level II who were used as samples in this study. The data were collected through a questionnaire instrument of the optimization of online learning variables, student participation and online learning motivation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by validation and reliability tests. The calculation process uses SPSS 23 version. The test results show that the optimization of online learning and student participation has a positive and significant effect on online learning motivation of Level II Economic Education students, Nusantara PGRI University Kediri. The factor that greatly influences the online learning motivation of Level II Economic Education students at Nusantara PGRI University Kediri is the Optimization of Online Learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian paket data pada konter AIDA Cell Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Masyarakat Dusun Lobeser Timur Desa Baron Kecamatan Baron Kabupaten Nganjuk, dengan sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Hasil pada penelitian ini tentang pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian, berdasarkan dari hasil uji t maka diketahui variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji f secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) dengan nilai sebesar 42,5% yang sisanya yaitu 57,5% dijelaskan pada variabel lain dan tidak dikaji di dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated  the problem of student learning motivati. It is clear that learning motivation has a positive effect on student outcomes and achievement in learning. Based on observations made at SMA Negeri 7 Kediri City during the New Normal period and the recovery period from distance learning (online) face-to-face. The results of talking with several students showed that students' motivation to learn was still low due to several environmental conditions, and student discipline who were still starting readjust to school. This study aims to determine the effect of decreasing student motivation in SMA Negeri 7 Kediri. From the results of this study are (1) the school environment has no effect on learning motivation with a significant value of 0.066 > 0.05. (2) Learning discipline has an effect on learning motivation, as shown by the value obtained 0.002 <0.05. (3) The school environment and discipline affect students' learning motivation, as evidenced by the simultaneous test obtained sig = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that it has a positive effect on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Kediri. And indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of = 0.499 = 50%, meaning that it is classified as moderate.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations from researchers to find out what are the factors that influence the amount of credit taking at PT Pegadaian Nganjuk Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) to determine the factor of the level of income of the people of Tanjunganom District, (2) to determine the amount of credit taking compared to the ratio of the estimated value at PT Pegadaian, (3) to find out why the credit repayment period was too long at PT. Pegadaian. This study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects Tanjunganom District Community. This research was carried out by distributing in-depth interviews in order to explore what factors could make a lot of people take credit at PT Pegadaian. So, the level of income is always up and down so that the ratio of the estimated value is 0.45% for gold and 0.65% for non-gold, while the minimum payback period is 4 months and a maximum of 3 years

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether online and offline shopping affect consumer behavior. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach. Collecting data from 60 respondents with purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS version 24, namely instrument testing, basic assumptions, multiple linear regression, determination, and hypotheses. The significant value of the t test of online and offline shopping on consumer behavior is: online shopping is 0.00 < 0.05 with t count 6.060 > t table 2.002, and offline shopping is 0.00 < 0.05 with t count 6.241 > t table 2.002 . The significant value in the f test of online and offline shopping on consumer behavior is 0.00 < 0.05 with an f count of 70.490 > 3.16. Conclusion (1) there is a positive and significant influence between online shopping on consumer behavior. (2) there is a positive and significant effect between offline shopping on consumer behavior. (3) there is a positive and significant influence on online and offline shopping on consumer behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of economic conditions and consumptive behavior on students' learning motivation. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive analysis approach with observational data collection techniques, interviews and questionnaires. Using saturated sampling technique. The analysis uses a Likert scale, and the analysis uses classical assumptions, multiple regression, t-test, and f-test. Findings (1) partially show that parents' financial status has a positive effect on learning motivation Sig. 0.009 <0.05, H_o is rejected, H_a is accepted, (2) partial consumption behavior on learning motivation has a positive effect on Sig. 0.029<0.05, H_o is rejected, H_a is accepted, (3) At the same time, the influence of parents' economic conditions and consumptive behavior on learning motivation has a positive effect on Sig. 0.001 < 0.05, H_o failed, H_alulus. it has been concluded that the economic conditions of parents and consumptive behavior have a positive effect on the learning motivation of students in class XI IPS SMAN 6 Kediri.
