Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of religious character in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Islamiyah Kebondalem 01. The focus of the research is on the integration of religious character in the learning process, both directly and indirectly, as well as the role of teachers in shaping students' characters. A qualitative approach was used to collect and analyze data from various sources, including classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and document analysis. Research participants included teachers and students of MI Islamiyah Kebondalem 01. The results indicate that the implementation of religious character is carried out through various strategies, including extracurricular habituation, integration of religious values into various subjects, as well as teacher exemplification and guidance. Concrete steps such as scheduled religious activities, interactive religious activities, and the establishment of supportive school rules have helped shape good habits and internalized religious values in students. Based on the research findings, recommendations to maximize the implementation of religious character include: 1) Training and guidance for teachers in effective teaching methods and exemplification; 2) Development of creative and relevant learning materials related to religious values; 3) Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of religious character in classrooms; 4) Enhanced collaboration among teachers to strengthen the integration of religious values into the curriculum and daily teaching practices.

Abstract

Teachers are human resources who become planners, actors and determinants of achieving organizational goals. The existence of teachers is very important for the continuity of an educational institution, but there are still educational institutions that ignore the process of teacher recruitment, which sometimes seems careless, then the school in fostering teachers is also lacking due to lack of budget. the purpose of this study is to explore the process of procurement of teachers, to uncover the process of placement of teachers, to explain the process of teacher development, to find the process of providing compensation to teachers, and explain the process of dismissing teachers. The approach used in this research method is a qualitative approach. The type of this research is field research with primary research data sources are the head of the madrasa, management of the foundation, and teachers while the secondary data sources are administrative staff, and students. By using data collection methods namely; interview, observation and documentation. While for the data analysis method is to use inductive analysis. This study resulted in the teacher's career journey at MTs Wahid Hasyim from the start of recruitment to dismissal not yet well implemented. Recruitment system. From these results it can be concluded that the principal has an important role in managing the career of the teacher, so that the teachers at MTs Wahid Hasyim are qualified and have good competence

Abstract

Islamic education has an important role in shaping the character and morals of Muslim individuals. Curriculum management in Islamic education faces various trends and challenges that need to be understood and overcome to improve the quality of education. This article uses a literature review approach to analyze trends and challenges in Islamic education curriculum management. The literature sources used include books, journals and articles related to Islamic education curriculum management. The purpose of this article is to present a clear picture of trends and challenges in Islamic education curriculum management and provide recommendations for overcoming these challenges. Various trends in Islamic education curriculum management include the integration of technology in learning, improving teacher quality, and developing competency-based curricula. Challenges faced include lack of resources, changing educational policies, and resistance to change. To overcome the challenges faced in Islamic education curriculum management, steps are needed such as increasing investment in teacher training, updating the curriculum according to current developments, and using technology in teaching. Apart from that, cooperation between educational institutions, government and society is also needed to create a conducive educational environment.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menemukan rumusan teoritik mengenai media kreatif melalui kajian karya-karya kreatif Walisongo yang berupa media seni budaya tradisional wayang, dokumen hasil karya budaya dalam bidang arsitektur dan dokumen sejarah Walisongo dalam kontek toleransi. tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan model penanaman toleransi Walisongo terhadap masyarakat di Jawa. Mengingat di Pulau Jawa khususnya dan di Indonesia pada umumnya, corak masyarakatnya yang majemuk, baik dari sisi bahasa, budaya, agama, dll. Sehingga rawan terjadi konflik yang terjadi pada masyarakat beragama,  karena adanya kesalahpahaman atau kurangnya kesadaran beragama sehingga menyebabkan banyak terjadi konflik antar umat beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kritis terhadap naskah naskah dan objek kajian tentang karya Walisongo. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Jawa pada zaman Walisongo dengan media wayang dan masjid dapat hidup rukun antara satu suku dengan yang lainnya, dapat hidup damai antara satu gama dengan agama lainnya, saling menghormati dan tidak membuat sakit hati kepada sesama makhluk Tuhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji sistem pendidikan Dinasti Abbasiyah dalam konteks pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) abad ke-21. Latar belakang penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada masa Abbasiyah, pendidikan Islam berkembang pesat, tidak hanya dalam aspek keagamaan (naqliyah), tetapi juga ilmu pengetahuan rasional (aqliyah), seperti matematika, astronomi, kedokteran, dan filsafat. Sistem pendidikan yang komprehensif dan inklusif tersebut mendukung pengembangan intelektual dan spiritual, yang memungkinkan ilmuwan seperti Al-Khwarizmi, Ibnu Sina, dan Al-Farabi untuk memberikan kontribusi besar dalam bidang sains dan keagamaan sehingga masih sangat perlu untuk dikontekstualisasikan pada pembelajaran PAI abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan termasuk dalam penelitian kepustakaan (library resreach). Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari artikel jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan Abbasiyah, seperti keterbukaan terhadap ilmu luar, toleransi, rasionalitas, moderasi, serta integrasi ilmu agama dan sains, sangat relevan untuk diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam abad ke-21. Pendekatan ini dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, moderasi beragama, dan akhlak mulia dalam kalangan siswa. Oleh karena itu, kontekstualisasi pendidikan Abbasiyah menjadi langkah strategis untuk merancang kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran PAI yang lebih adaptif dan solutif terhadap kebutuhan zaman dan tantangan global.

Abstract

The digital era has a significant impact on the behavioral development of adolescents, including students in Islamic educational institutions. Unlimited access to information technology often triggers deviant behavior such as gadget addiction, a decline in manners, and the erosion of Islamic values. This study aims to examine relevant Islamic Religious Education approaches to addressing student deviant behavior in the digital era, with a contextual focus on the Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School in Kuripan Lor. Using a library study method, data was obtained from various relevant scientific literature. The study results indicate that exemplary behavior, habituation of pious deeds, and a psychological-religious approach are highly effective in fostering student character in the digital era. The implementation of these approaches at Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School has proven effective in strengthening students' spiritual values and minimizing the negative influence of digital media. This study supports the important role of Islamic Religious Education teachers as spiritual guides and moral role models in facing the challenges of the times.
