Abstract

Abstrak: Kurangnya pemahaman siswa dalam proses pembelajaran pada materi (Pendidikan Agama Islam) PAI di sekolah merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dijumpai di sekolah. Selain itu, siswa juga tidak antusiasdalam merespon materi yang disampaikan gurunya.Perilaku yang seperti  itu disebabkan karena materi PAI dianggap kurang menarik, selain itu penggunaan model pembelajaran yang monoton menjadikan siswa kurang aktif  serta belum dapat mengembangkan ketrampilannya dalam berpikir kritis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perilaku siswa di kelas cenderung hanya melihat dan mendengar materi pelajaran yang diberikan gurunya. Sedangkan Pembelajaran PAI merupakan upaya membekali peserta didik dengan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan nilai-nilai yang bersumber dari ajaran islam. Untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal, maka guru diharapkan dapat menerapkan suatu metode pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan pola piker siswa. Metode pembelajaran yang dimaksud salah satunya adalah metode pembelajaran inkuiri. Implentasi metode inkuiri pada mata pelajaran PAI dapat meningkatkan daya berpikir kritis dan keaktifan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber primer guru yang mengampu mata pelajaran PAI (Fiqih, al-Qur’an Hadist, Aqidah Akhlak, Sejarah kebudayaan Islam) dan peserta didik MTs Al-Amin Pekalongan. Proses Penelitian ini melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil dari penilitian ini mengemukakakn bahwa  pembelajaran inkuiri yang melibatkan secara maksimal seluruh kemampuan otak siswa untuk berpikir mencari dan menyelidiki suatu masalah yang dikemukakan guru secara sistematis dan logis, akan berdampak pada siswa sehingga siswa dapat menemukan sendiri pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan dalam menjawab masalah yang dikemukakan gurunya. Dengan penggunaan seluruh pengetahuan yang dimiliki siswa dapat menggerakkan jiwa serta menimbulkan kemampuan dalam berpikir kritis serta aktif.Abstract: Students' lack of understanding in the learning process of Islamic Education (Islamic Education) material in schools is one of the problems that is often encountered in schools. In addition, students are also not enthusiastic in responding to the material presented by their teacher. Such behavior is because the PAI material is considered less attractive, besides the use of monotonous learning models makes students less active and unable to develop skills in critical thinking. This can be seen from the behavior of students in the class who tend to only see and hear the subject matter provided by the teacher. Meanwhile, PAI learning is an effort to equip students with knowledge, understanding, and values that come from Islamic teachings. To achieve maximum learning outcomes, the teacher is expected to be able to apply a learning method that can develop students' thinking patterns. One of the learning methods referred to is the inquiry learning method. The implementation of the inquiry method in Islamic Education subjects can increase critical thinking power and student activity in the teaching and learning process. This study used a qualitative research method with the primary source of teachers who taught PAI subjects (Fiqh, al-Qur'an Hadith, Aqidah Akhlak, Islamic Cultural History) and students of MTs Al-Amin Pekalongan. This research process through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that inquiry learning which maximally involves the students' brain ability to think, search for and investigate a problem raised by the teacher systematically and logically will have an impact on students so that students can find their own knowledge, attitudes and skills in answering problems said his teacher. By using all the knowledge that students have, it can move the soul and lead to the ability to think critically and actively.

Abstract

This article aims to build paradigms, strategies, and stages of learning models that can reduce learning barriers. The learning process can benefit changes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects for the better. This research was conducted because it saw the reality of the problem of low learning achievement. This was qualitative study employed induction approach. The analysis of generic analytic style employed as theory development. This research found an online independent learning model consisting of five stages: preparation, exploration, verification, analysis, and reflection called PEVAR. Techno self online learning PEVAR offers a technology-based self-study alternative. Techno self online learning PEVAR is built based on the paradigm of behaviorism, constructivism, and cognitive. This learning model increases learning achievement, which is marked by increasing students' affective, cognitive, and psychomotor abilities. The strategies used to achieve the goals are commitment, discipline, motivation, confidence, creativity, activity, effectiveness, and efficiency in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian Deskriptif ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode praktek untuk anak usia dini di PAUD Mawar Tasikrejo dengan tujuan sebagai langkah untuk mengenalkan nilai-nilai keagamaan kepada anak pra sekolah. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan guru yang bersangkutan. Dari hasil wawancara dan data di lapangan membuktikan bahwa PAUD Mawar menerapkan metode praktek sholat maghrib dan wudhu kepada para siswa disamping adanya metode-metode lain untuk mengenalkan nilai-nilai keagamaan kepada siswanya. Dengan menggunakan metode praktek dalam pembelajaran diharapkan para siswa mampu untuk menerima materi yang disampaikan dengan baik dan dapat mempraktekan secara nyata pengetahuan yang telah disampaikan guru ketika di sekolah. Dengan diperkenalkannya anak-anak pada nilai-nilai keagamaan maka anak akan mampu mengembangkan potensi spritualitasnya dengan baik sesuai dengan tingkatan usianya. Selain itu, Juga dapat mengetahui kewajiban yang harus anak-anak lakukan sebagai makhluk Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Spiritual juga disebut bekal bagi anak untuk tetap menggunakan nurani dan karakter positifnya

Abstract

MODEL OF LEARNING AND PLAY MEDIA IN STUDENTS OF ABA PODOSUGIH PEKALONGAN KINDERGARTEN EDUCATION. Kindergarten Education is a formal institution for children to receive knowledge and technology. However, the problem is the difficulty of how to deliver educational materials, because at the age of kindergarten children is the age to play. So it needs attention in providing educational content material or aspects that are the objectives of learning. The purpose of the article that will be discussed is to describe any model that is a medium of learning in kindergarten education, in addition it is also expected to be able to thoroughly examine how the appropriate play model for early childhood. This study uses qualitative methods with primary sources of teachers and students in TK ABA podosugih Pekalongan. This research process through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The final result of this study states that the kindergarten phase is a phase where fantasy power is very strong and always wants to play so that it requires a variety of learning media so that children are able to easily absorb the content of learning content in a fun way. In addition, in this study also explained the results of various kinds of media games for early childhood. So that it is hoped that later it will be able to open up the horizons of learning and playing media suitable for kindergarten students.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the results of a psychological review analysis of shifting values in learning using a distance learning system. This article will review the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some students carry out learning with a feeling of anxiety, because of the fear of contracting Covid-19, which has an impact on the psychology of learning. Unstable motivation, because there is no offline interaction so that the learning process is carried out depending on one's own initiative. Discipline is difficult to implement, because opportunities for many disturbances that cause learning focus and low emotional control when encountering problems with damage and difficulty using technology media. Of these various problems, the need for technology integration as a learning solution is the right step. In uncovering these learning phenomena, this article uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were virtual observation techniques and online interviews, then the data were analyzed using the Mils and Huberman method. The results of this study, the authors try to offer a new alternative with the term Techno-psychology as an integrated product between the use of technology in distance learning and psychology on motivation, self-discipline, and emotion.

Abstract

Teachers are human resources who become planners, actors and determinants of achieving organizational goals. The existence of teachers is very important for the continuity of an educational institution, but there are still educational institutions that ignore the process of teacher recruitment, which sometimes seems careless, then the school in fostering teachers is also lacking due to lack of budget. the purpose of this study is to explore the process of procurement of teachers, to uncover the process of placement of teachers, to explain the process of teacher development, to find the process of providing compensation to teachers, and explain the process of dismissing teachers. The approach used in this research method is a qualitative approach. The type of this research is field research with primary research data sources are the head of the madrasa, management of the foundation, and teachers while the secondary data sources are administrative staff, and students. By using data collection methods namely; interview, observation and documentation. While for the data analysis method is to use inductive analysis. This study resulted in the teacher's career journey at MTs Wahid Hasyim from the start of recruitment to dismissal not yet well implemented. Recruitment system. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempersiapkan bekal teori pendidikan islam untuk menuju indonesia emas 2045, mempelajari sejarah kejayaan pendidikan Andalusia, relvansi pendidikan Andalusia dengan pendidikan untuk Indonesia emas 2045. Tiga hal kemiripan Andalusia dengan Indonesia, pertama Andalusia dan Indonesia sama-sama menjadi sebuah negara dengan jumlah pemeluk islam terbanyak di banding agama lain, kedua sistem ekonomi yang menopang dana pendidika sama-sama berasal dari agrarian, industri, dan sumber daya laut, ketiga menjadi sebuah tempat tinggal untuk berbagai agama bukan hanya islam. Andalusia memberikan sebuah pelajaran berharga bahwa negara yang berhasil di sektor pendidikan nya akan membawa kebaikan untuk sektor lainnya. Meghadirkakn Allah dalam setiap kesempatan menjadi sebuah hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam pemerintahan dan kebijaksanaan pemimpin dalam mengelola negara yang di tempati oleh berbagai agama harus senantiasa dipupuk dan diimbangi dengan ilmu pengetahuan pemimpinnya. Tiga yang perlu diperhatikan untuk pendidikan islam Indonesia emas 2045 yaitu dukungan pemerintah, penanaman multiple intelligence dan integrasi interkoneksi agama sains, dan ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the academic supervision program is to improve the quality of teaching learning process as well as the teacher’s teaching competency. Improving the quality of teachers, both in professional and pedagogical competence, is surely provide huge benefit in improving the quality of learning. However, there are some problems found in the implementation of the teacher supervision program that make the supervision less optimal. The reason is the inconsistency of the implementation of this program. Moreover, this program seems to be implemented only for formality. This research aimed to determine the ongoing process of academic supervision at SMPIT Assalaam Boarding School (Assalaam Islamic Integrated Boarding School) Pekalongan. The research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method, the required data was obtained through a process of interviews, discussions and documentation. The results of the research show that the academic supervision activities carried out at SMPIT Assalaam Boarding School Pekalongan have fulfilled the principles of supervision. Academic supervision is carried out to oversee the learning process as an institution's effort to provide quality assurance of education. Academic supervision is carried out through the following stages: the first is the socialization of the supervision program; the second is consultation on learning tools; the third is a class visit to the target teacher to be supervised; the fourth is a reflection on the implementation of teaching and learning activities; the fifth is scoring the results of academic supervision as a conclusion on the teacher's competency achievements; and then the preparation of follow-up activities of the supervision. Through academic supervision activities, school principals can provide guidance to teachers to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar salah satunya bisa disebabkan oleh rendahnya keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) keaktifan peserta didik diharapkan dapat meningkat sehingga hasil belajar juga meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Mengetahui proses penerapan model PBL dalam meningkatkan pemahaman bagian-bagian tumbuhan dan fungsinya bagi peserta didik; 2. Mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi bagian-bagian tumbuhan dan fungsinya melalui model pembelajaran PBL. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi yang menjadi sebuah siklus kegiatan penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV yang berjumlah 18 orang. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus II. Data hasil belajar pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 86 yang masuk pada kategori baik. Sebanyak 94% peserta didik dinyatakan tuntas dan 6% tidak tuntas berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence technology is essential for students to follow to make learning easier. The trend of more powerful and intelligent AI is an opportunity for students to integrate into learning. Even though AI is developing rapidly, student learning abilities, such as critical thinking, computational thinking, creative thinking, and collaborative thinking, still need to be improved. The research aims to reveal the AI ​​students often use in learning and their problems. The research design uses surveys and qualitative. Research data collection techniques used interviews and observations of final semester students. The analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research found that the AI ​​that students often use is Canva, ChatGPT, and Quizizz. Canva is used to create image and video designs, ChatGPT is used to find answers to problems, and Quiziz is used to create exciting questions. Excessive use of AI can lead to dependence on technology, reducing interaction, which is essential in the learning process. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan sangat penting untuk diikuti oleh para siswa agar pembelajaran menjadi lebih mudah. Tren kecerdasan buatan yang lebih kuat dan cerdas merupakan peluang bagi siswa untuk berintegrasi ke dalam pembelajaran. Meskipun AI berkembang pesat, namun kemampuan belajar siswa seperti berpikir kritis, berpikir komputasional, berpikir kreatif, dan berpikir kolaboratif masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap AI yang sering digunakan siswa dalam pembelajaran dan permasalahannya. Desain penelitian menggunakan survei dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan observasi mahasiswa semester akhir. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kecerdasan buatan yang sering digunakan mahasiswa adalah Canva, ChatGPT, dan Quizizz. Canva digunakan untuk membuat desain gambar dan video, ChatGPT digunakan untuk mencari jawaban soal, dan Quiziz digunakan untuk membuat soal-soal yang menarik. Penggunaan AI yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan ketergantungan terhadap teknologi sehingga mengurangi interaksi yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran.
