Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi potensi isolat Bacillus sp. dari rhizosfer pisang, khususnya dari rhizosfer pisang kepok kuning. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Tanah dan Agroklimat serta Laboratorium Ilmu Dasar dan Perlindungan Tanaman, Departemen Agroekoteknologi, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, dari Oktober 2024 hingga Januari 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non-faktorial dengan 4 ulangan, terdiri dari 8 perlakuan isolat bakteri Bacillus sp. rhizosfer pisang kepok kuning dan 1 perlakuan kontrol sebagai pembanding. Hasil persentase daya hambat setelah transformasi pada 7 Hari Setelah Inokulasi (HSI) menunjukkan: BRPK 1 (33,89%), BRPK 2 (41,88%), BRPK 3 (32,69%), BRPK 4 (36,07%), BRPK 5 (31,42%), BRPK 6 (35,35%), BRPK 7 (38,21%), dan BRPK 8 (36,75%). Uji gram menggunakan KOH 3% dan pewarnaan gram menunjukkan bahwa seluruh isolat BRPK merupakan bakteri gram positif dengan bentuk basil (batang). Berdasarkan hasil uji patogenisitas terhadap 8 isolat, ditemukan bahwa isolat BRPK 1, BRPK 5, dan BRPK 7 memiliki sifat patogenik. Pada pengamatan makroskopis morfologi koloni, ditemukan variasi bentuk dan tepi koloni dari isolat BRPK.

Abstract

The research aimed to know influence giving doses of goat manure fertilizer and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer on the growth and result of plant pakcoy. This research completed in the experiment land Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa at Sindangsari village, Pabuaran district Serang regency Banten Province and Laboratory of Soil and Agroclimate Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. The research used a factorial Randomized Group Design consist two factors. The first factor was a dose of goat manure fertilizer (P) consists of four levels; 141 g/polybag, 212 g/polybag, and 283 g/polybag, and 354 g/polybag. The second factor was a NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer; 1.1 g/polybag, 2.1 g/polybag, 3.2 g/polybag, and 4.2 g/polybag. The results of research showed the giving goat manure fertilizer a dose of 354 g/polybag gave influence a real of the plant height parameter, number of leaves, root length, and fresh weight of plant. The results of research showed the giving NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer a dose of 3.2 g/polybag gave influence a real of all observation parameters.

Abstract

Lettuce is a vegetable plant originating from West Asia. Lettuce plants in Indonesia can be panted from the owlands to the highlands by considering selecting varieties. The high demind of Lettuce is not followed by an increase in production, low lettuce production is due to poor soil fertility and low levels of nutients in the soil due to excessive use of inorganic fertilizers and not paying attention to dosage. The use of organic fertilizer can increase soil fertility which is damaged by the use of inorganic fertilizer. The research was aimed to know effect of application the concentrstion of banana peel liquid based organic fertilizer and chicken manure fertilizer on the growth and yield of lettuce. The research was conducated in Sukajadi Barat Rt/Rw 001/005, Sukajadi Villager, Cibaliunh district, Pandeglang city, Banten. The method used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) Concentration Banana peel liquid; 15%, 25%, and 35%. Dose chicken manure fertilizer; 71 g/polybag, 106 g/polybag, 141 g/polybag. The result research showed giving banana peel liquid influential real against all parameters except plant fresh weight. The giving chicken manure fertilizer influential real against all parameters except plant fresh weight. The conclusion of this research is the giving banana peel liquid at a concentration 25% gives the best results and chicken manure fertilizer at a dose 106 g/polybag gives the best results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of animal manure fertilizer and the best type of vitamin B complex on the growth of durian plants (Durio zibethinus Murr.). The research used was a factorial Randomized  Block Design (RBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor with 3 levels: P1 : goat manure fertilizer, P2 : cow manure fertilizer and P3: chicken manure fertilizer. The second factor with 3 levels: V1: B1 thiamin, V2: B3 nicotinic acid and V3: B6 pyridoxine. The results showed that the application of cow dung fertilizer had a significant effect on the parameters of shoot number increase and leaf number increase. The type of vitamin B complex B1 thiamin significantly influenced the parametersof shoot number increase and leaf number increase. There is an interaction between the treatment of various types of animal manure fertilizer and types of vitamin B complex on the parameters of shoot number increase and leaf number increase. Durian cultivation can be done using cow dung fertilizer and vitamin B complex at appropriate doses. Keywords: animal manure fertilizer, durian, vitamin B complex INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis pupuk kandang dan jenis vitamin B kompleks yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman durian (Durio zibethinus Murr.). Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor pertama dengan 3 taraf: P1: pupuk kotoran kambing, P2: pupuk kotoran sapi dan P3: pupuk kotoran ayam Faktor kedua dengan 3 taraf: V1: B1 thiamin, V2: B3 asam nikotinat dan V3: B6 piridoksin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kotoran sapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pertambahan jumlah tunas dan pertambahan jumlah daun. Jenis vitamin B kompleks B1 thiamin berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pertambahan jumlah tunas dan pertambahan jumlah daun. Terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan macam pupuk kotoran sapi dan jenis vitamin B kompleks terhadap parameter pertambahan jumlah tunas dan pertambahan jumlah daun. Budidaya tanaman durian dapat dilakukan menggunakan pupuk kotoran sapi dan vitamin B kompleks dengan dosis yang sesuai. Kata kunci: pupuk kotoran hewan, durian, vitamin B kompleks

Abstract

This research aims to determine land suitability classes for soybeans using a geographic information system (GIS), limiting factors, and land improvement efforts that can be made to land suitability for soybeans in Karang Tanjung District, Pandeglang Regency. There were several stages in the data collection method, namely the survey stage, field observation, and laboratory analysis. The data collected was analyzed using the matching method and then analyzed descriptively. The research results show that the actual land suitability class for soybean plants is N (not suitable) with factors inhibiting water availability (rainfall). Efforts that can be made to improve non-permanent limiting factors in land suitability for soybeans include carrying out demolition activities during land processing, liming, applying organic material, fertilizing, making terraces, planting parallel to contours, and planting ground cover crops. Keyword: Geographic Information System, Land Suitability, Soybean Plants INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelas kesesuaian lahan untuk tanaman kedelai dengan menggunakan sistem informasi geografis (SIG), faktor pembatas dan upaya perbaikan lahan yang dapat dilakukan terhadap kesesuaian lahan untuk tanaman kedelai di Kecamatan Karang Tanjung Kabupaten Pandeglang. Terdapat beberapa tahapan dalam metode pengumpulan data, yaitu tahap survei, observasi lapangan  dan analisis laboratorium. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan metode pencocokan kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas kesesuaian lahan aktual untuk tanaman kedelai  adalah N (tidak sesuai) dengan faktor penghambat ketersediaan air (curah hujan). Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki faktor pembatas bersifat non permanen kesesuaian lahan untuk tanaman kedelai yaitu melakukan kegiatan pembongkaran pada saat pengolahan lahan, pengapuran, pemberian bahan organik, pemupukan, pembuatan teras, penanaman sejajar kontur dan penanaman tanaman penutup tanah. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografi, Kesesuaian lahan, Tanaman Kedelai

Abstract

Tanaman Selada (Lactuca sativa L.) merupakan komoditi hortikultura yang memiliki prospek dan nilai komersial yang tinggi. Bertambahnya jumlah penduduk Indonesia serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan kebutuhan gizi, menyebabkan permintaan selada meningkat. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan tanaman selada yaitu dengan cara melakukan pemupukan dan penggunaan varietas yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dan jenis varietas yang memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari  sampai Maret 2024 yang bertempat di Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama varietas tanaman selada (V) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf percobaan, yaitu V1 =Varietas new grand rapids, V2 =varietas kriebo, dan v3 =varietas Green coral. Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (K) terdiri dari 5 taraf, yaitu K0 = Kontrol, K1 =3 ml/l, K2 =6 ml/l, K3 =9 ml/l, dan K3 =12 ml/l. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi K2 memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman (22,17 cm), jumlah daun (23,33 helai), bobot basah (95,89 g), panjang akar (11,33 cm), dan bobot kering (3,82 g). Perlakuan varietas green coral memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap bobot basah (78,00 g), panjang akar (10,63 cm), dan bobot kering (3,68 g). Terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dan perlakuan varietas tanaman terhadap panjang akar dan bobot kering tanaman pada kombinasi perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair 6 ml/L dan varietas green coral

Abstract

Banyuresmi village is a national priority rural area that is dared in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. Limited facilities and infrastructure, especially the lack of water supply have resulted in a lack of carrying capacity for economic growth based on local potential. Banyuresmi Village Community also has not been able to manage natural resources optimally. Optimization of natural resources can be done in an integrated manner in the yard of the house through aquaponics technology. The application of aquaponics technology can be used as a solution to the problems found in Banyuresmi Village so that the food needs of its citizens can be fulfilled so that the creation of food independence. Community service activities include increasing knowledge of aquaponic technology through training and implementation of aquaponic cultivation. The implementation of community service activities uses the Participatory Rular Appraisal (PRA) method, Participatory Technology Development (PRD), persuasive and educative approaches. The results of knowledge measurement showed an increase in knowledge, incorporation of cultivation, and fertilization with fish droppings to 65-70%. Catfish harvest in aquaponic cultivation reaches 91 kg with a maintenance period of 3 months. Besides fish, harvest vegetables such as kale, baby romaine, cuisine, and lettuce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of various concentrations of leaf fertilizer on red chili (Capsicum annum L.) of the Laju F1 variety cultivation. This research was conducted at the experimental garden Instalasi Penelitian dan Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Balai Penelitian Tanaman Sayuran Serpong (IP2TP Balitsa Serpong). The method used in this research was the experimental method of Randomized Block Design with one factor, namely giving various levels of concentration leaf fertilizer consisting of six treatment levels namely 0; 1; 2; 3; 4; and 5 g/l with a total of 5 replication to obtain 30 experimental units. The results showed that leaf fertilizer has a significant effect on the average plant height parameter at 5 weeks after planting (WAP) (53.12 cm); stem diameter 3 WAP (3,99 mm), 4 WAP (6.85 mm), and 5 WAP (8.87 mm); fruit length per plant at 2nd harvest (15.55 cm); and fruit diameter per plant at 1st harvest (9.26 mm) and at 2nd harvest (9.77 mm); fruit weight per plant (1157,54 g); and fruit weight per plot (2673,34 g). The treatment of various concentrations of leaf fertilizers showed no significant differences in the parameters of the amount of fruit per plant.

Abstract

Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is a highly nutritious vegetable rich in fiber and essential vitamins beneficial for human health. The increasing consumer demand requires stable production; however, in Banten Province, productivity remains limited due to declining soil fertility caused by continuous land use. One potential solution to improve soil fertility and plant growth is through appropriate fertilization, both organic and inorganic. Liquid biofertilizer and Gandasil D are known to enhance plant growth and yield. This study aimed to determine the optimal dosages of liquid biofertilizer and Gandasil D fertilizer to achieve the best growth and yield of pakcoy. The research was conducted at Taman Alam Bareno Housing, Banjar Village, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province, from April to June 2025, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor was the dosage of liquid biofertilizer (H): 0 ml/L (H0), 15 ml/L (H1), 30 ml/L (H2), and 45 ml/L (H3). The second factor was the dosage of Gandasil D (G): 0 g/L (G0), 3 g/L (G1), and 6 g/L (G2), resulting in 36 experimental units. The results showed that applying 15 ml/L of liquid biofertilizer significantly increased plant height (14.68 cm) and number of leaves (6.22 leaves). Meanwhile, applying 3 g/L of Gandasil D significantly improved plant height (25.98 cm), number of leaves (14.42 leaves), fresh weight (9.95 g), and dry weight (3.03 g).

Abstract

This study addresses the critical challenge of balancing national food security with climate mitigation by developing a spatial model of Indonesia's agricultural carbon footprint. Amid global Net Zero Emissions efforts, it identifies geographical "hotspots" of non- CO2 greenhouse gases using secondary data from the Ministry of Agriculture and PT Pupuk Indonesia (2020–2024). Applying the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change IPCC Tier 1 methodology, this study estimates methane (CH4) emissions from livestock enteric fermentation and nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from NPK fertilizer consumption. GIS-based spatial analysis reveals significant clustering patterns, with East Java contributing 26.54% of national livestock methane emissions based on 2023 livestock population data. While methane dominates in total emission volume, N2O emissions from NPK fertilizer application demonstrate higher atmospheric persistence and global warming potential. Statistical analysis indicates that fertilizer management explains 78% of the variance in soil emissions (np2 = .78), confirming that nutrient input is a primary determinant of soil-based carbon flux variability. These findings are supported by spatial autocorrelation results and provincial emission estimates, which identify major emission clusters along Java Island and South Sulawesi agricultural corridors, highlighting the need for region-specific mitigation strategies.
