Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to marketing strategies, including for halal products, which are increasingly in demand by global consumers. Halal products are not only required to meet Sharia standards but also to build trust and brand awareness in a competitive market. This study aims to examine effective digital content strategies for enhancing halal product brands in the digital era. The method used was a qualitative approach through case studies of halal business actors using interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), observation, and documentation. The results show that informative, educational, and consistent content strategies optimized with SEO and social media can increase halal product visibility, strengthen brand image, and foster consumer loyalty. Collaboration with influencers and creative use of digital platforms have also proven effective in expanding marketing reach. Thus, a targeted content strategy serves not only as a promotional tool but also as an educational and communication tool that supports the sustainability of the halal product business.

Abstract

The low effectiveness of student organizational performance in designing and managing structured work programs presents a major challenge to strengthening the leadership culture at MTsN 1 Probolinggo. This community service program aims to enhance students’ managerial and leadership capacities through performance mentoring for the Intra-Madrasah Student Organization (OSIM), based on innovations in learning management. The methods employed include training sessions, workshops, and continuous mentoring, all designed collaboratively with school stakeholders. The activity stages began with a needs analysis and problem mapping, followed by the development of training modules, the implementation of organizational management training, and interactive workshops aimed at developing adaptive and applicable work programs. The proposed solutions encompass strengthening foundational understanding of organizational management, enhancing the role of members in program planning, and facilitating the implementation of OSIM activities that support the creation of an active learning environment. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests to measure comprehension improvement, field activity observations, and assessments of work program achievement. The results indicate significant improvements in participants’ cognitive and practical skills, particularly in the planning, execution, and evaluation of OSIM programs that are now more structured and goal-oriented. In conclusion, this community service activity successfully reinforced student leadership competencies through an innovative approach to managing student organizations, while also promoting the development of a sustainable culture of collaborative work. Based on the outcomes, it is recommended that this mentoring model be replicated in other madrasahs and that OSIM leadership development programs be systematically integrated into extracurricular curricula to ensure the continuity and expansion of the positive impacts achieved

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception of pilgrims on the quality of services provided by the South Sumatra Hajj Dormitory during the process of organizing the 2024 Hajj. Using a qualitative approach with the SERVQUAL (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) analysis model, this study explores the experience, expectations, and evaluation of services based on empirical data from in-depth interviews and the results of pilgrim satisfaction surveys. The findings show that in general, the perception of pilgrims towards the aspects of Tangibles and Assurance is in the very good category, while in the dimensions of Empathy and Responsiveness, there is a disparity between expectations and the reality of service, especially in the early and elderly groups. Segmentation analysis based on group, age, and gender showed that there were variations in perceptions influenced by socio-cultural backgrounds, previous Hajj experiences, and physical conditions of pilgrims. The results of this study provide theoretical contributions in strengthening the SERVQUAL model in the context of religious services, as well as practical implications for improving public service governance based on congregational satisfaction in the future.
