Abstract

Studying the impact of financial literacy, lifestyle, consumerism, and psychology on Indonesian millennial investors' investment decisions is the goal of this study. 205 respondents between the ages of 17 and 30 who were dispersed over 10 capital market research communities in Indonesia were selected by purposive sampling. The findings demonstrate the strong direct influence of investor psychology, lifestyle, and financial literacy on investment decisions. Decisions about investments are not impacted by consumption. There is no discernible relationship between investor psychology and financial literacy. Consumer behavior and lifestyle have a big impact on investor psychology. Decisions about investments are influenced by investor psychology. Investment decisions are not impacted by financial literacy through investor psychology. Investment decisions are impacted by lifestyle through investor psychology. Investment decisions are significantly impacted by consumptive behavior through investor psychology. The study suggests that financial service providers and investment platforms should tailor their products and communication strategies to align with the psychological and lifestyle traits of millennial investors, rather than relying solely on traditional financial education.

Abstract

Although Pangkalpinang City has an administrative government, one of the companies engaged in the printing sector, in this case CV. Prakarsa Indo Karya has experienced a decline in turnover since the last three years. In fact, the market share of the company that was established in 2019 is dominated by elements within the Pangkalpinang City Government. Sales activities carried out can be in the form of procuring printing needs, office stationery, to food and beverage needs within the Pangkalpinang City Government. Analyzing the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, Brand Image and customer loyalty, service quality and satisfaction, Brand Image and satisfaction, service quality and customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable, and Brand Image and customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV is the challenge of this study, according to Prakarsa Indo Karya. This study employs quantitative research with 61 respondents, and the data analysis method makes use of both direct and indirect validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. Every instrument from every variable was deemed valid and reliable based on the results of the validity and reliability tests. There is no direct relationship between the service quality variable and customer loyalty, no direct relationship between the Brand Image variable and customer loyalty, a direct and significant relationship between the service quality variable and satisfaction, no direct relationship between the satisfaction variable and customer loyalty, no relationship between the service quality variable and customer loyalty with satisfaction acting as an intervening variable, and no relationship between the Brand Image variable and customer loyalty with satisfaction acting as an intervening variable, according to the results of the hypothesis testing that was conducted at CV. Prakarsa Indo Karya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik, kualitas komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Patallassang, Kabupaten Gowa. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan publik, komunikasi aparatur desa, dan disiplin kerja aparatur desa berkontribusi terhadap terbentuknya kepuasan masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal. Adapun populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Patallassang Kabupaten Gowa yang berjumlah 17.949 penduduk. Dengan penarikan sampel teknk slovin, maka digunakan sampel sebanyak 99 responden dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden, yang merupakan Masyarakat Desa Patallassang Kabupaten Gowa. Dan menggunakan teknik sampling accidental sampling, yaitu berdasarkan responden yang berhasil ditemui. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan publik, kualitas komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi yang efektif, dan disiplin kerja yang baik merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kredibilitas influencer, kualitas konten TikTok, dan brand image terhadap minat beli konsumen UMKM kuliner di Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh setiap variabel secara parsial dan simultan, serta menentukan variabel mana yang paling dominan memengaruhi minat beli. Dengan survei kuesioner pada 100 pengguna aktif TikTok yang pernah membeli makanan atau minuman berdasarkan rekomendasi influencer, penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan kualitas konten TikTok dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan kredibilitas influencer tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Konten yang informatif, kreatif, interaktif, dan sesuai kebutuhan konsumen meningkatkan minat beli, sementara brand image yang positif mendorong konsumen mencari informasi, mencoba, membandingkan, dan membeli produk, menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital untuk UMKM kuliner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Smart ASN dan Digital Governance terhadap kapasitas aparatur serta dampaknya pada kemandirian ekonomi lokal di Kota Makassar. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 60 ASN dengan metode purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Smart ASN berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapasitas ASN (t = 8,495; p = 0,000), tetapi tidak secara langsung terhadap kemandirian ekonomi lokal (t = -0,633; p = 0,529). Namun, kapasitas ASN memediasi pengaruh Smart ASN terhadap ekonomi lokal (total effect = 23,964; p = 0,022). Sementara itu, Digital Governance berpengaruh signifikan langsung terhadap kemandirian ekonomi lokal (t = 5,063; p = 0,000), meski tidak signifikan terhadap kapasitas ASN (t = -1,435; p = 0,157). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas ASN menjadi kunci dalam mengoptimalkan implementasi Smart ASN dan tata kelola digital guna memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi daerah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar perumusan kebijakan pengembangan kompetensi ASN dan percepatan transformasi birokrasi berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This study examines governance innovation through the implementation of e-government platforms, with a particular focus on their influence on service efficiency and citizen satisfaction. As governments worldwide increasingly adopt digital systems to streamline public service delivery, understanding the extent to which these platforms improve administrative performance becomes essential. Using a mixed-methods approach that integrates quantitative service performance indicators and qualitative citizen perception data, this research investigates how digital transformation enhances responsiveness, reduces bureaucratic delays, and facilitates greater transparency in government processes. Findings indicate that e-government platforms significantly contribute to operational efficiency by automating routine tasks, improving interdepartmental coordination, and minimizing service errors. Moreover, increased accessibility, faster service delivery, and user-friendly digital interfaces positively shape citizen satisfaction, strengthening public trust in government institutions. The study further reveals that the success of governance innovation is not solely determined by technological adoption, but also by institutional readiness, digital literacy, and sustained stakeholder engagement. The results underscore the importance of integrating human-centered design and continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure inclusivity and long-term system effectiveness. Overall, this research contributes to the broader discourse on digital governance by providing empirical evidence on how e-government platforms can serve as catalysts for modernizing public administration and enhancing the overall quality of public service experience

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembangunan ekonomi kreatif yang inklusif bertujuan mengatasi tantangan sosial dan ekonomi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan potensi kultural yang melimpah. Meski demikian, pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Pinrang, Sulawesi Selatan, masih menghadapi kendala dalam keunggulan bersaing produk dan manajemen usaha. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk mendorong pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Pinrang khususnya di Keluruhan Benteng Sawitto, Kecamatan Paleteang dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mereka mengelola usaha dan meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing produk, yang memerlukan keterampilan seperti manajemen, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu diawali dengan kegiatan penyuluhan serta Metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Partisipasi pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat sangat baik, menunjukkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Penilaian yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan yaitu dengan memberikan pretest dan posttest kepada seluruh peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah diadakan penyuluhan pemahaman peserta meningkat secara signifikan. Peningkatan pemahaman tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang jauh lebih baik setelah mengikuti penyuluhan. Ini dapat diartikan sebagai keberhasilan kegiatan penyuluhan dalam meningkatkan wawasan dan kemampuan peserta dalam pengelolaan usaha serta pemanfaatan potensi lokal untuk produk unggulan. Hasilnya dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah setempat dalam merancang program untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui UMKM di Kelurahan Benteng Sawitto.Abstract: Inclusive creative economy development aims to overcome social and economic challenges, create jobs, and improve community welfare by utilising abundant cultural potential. However, business actors in Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi, still face obstacles in product competitive advantage and business management. This service was carried out to encourage business actors in Pinrang Regency, especially in Benteng Sawitto Sub-district, Paleteang District, to improve their ability to manage their business and increase product competitive advantage, which requires skills such as management, creativity, communication, and problem solving. The method used was preceded by seminar activities and the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The participation of the local government and community was very good, showing awareness of the importance of creative economic development. The assessment used to measure the success of the activity is by giving a pretest and posttest to all participants. The results of this activity showed that after the counselling, the participants' understanding increased significantly. The increase in understanding shows that participants gained much better knowledge and understanding after attending the extension programme. This can be interpreted as the success of extension activities in improving participants' insights and abilities in business management and utilisation of local potential for superior products. The results can be a reference for the local government in designing programmes to improve the economy and community welfare through MSMEs in Benteng Sawitto Village.
