Abstract

AbstractCurriculum reform plays an essential role in assuring the success of systematic educational change. The purpose of this study is to portray the government policy and the issues of the Curriculum 2013 implementation. This study employed qualitative methodology using document analysis, observation and Focused Group Discussion (FGD)   as data collection techniques. The results of this study show that the curricula philosophy of curriculum reform was well-articulated and relevant to meet the requirements of twenty-first century learning competencies. However, the curricula implementation process faced substantial challenges with technical problems regarding the national standards of education document, teacher training and competences, the availability of school textbooks, and classroom assessment implementation. The findings of this study have several implications for implementing the national curriculum in Indonesia. Therefore, alignment between the national standards of education document, the curriculum structure, and the assessment system is required in order to ensure the successful implementation of Curriculum 2013 throughout the nation.AbstrakReformasi kurikulum memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan perubahan pendidikan yang sistematis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kebijakan pemerintah dan isu-isu implementasi Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif menggunakan analisis dokumen, observasi dan diskusi kelompok terpumpun sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa filosofi reformasi kurikulum diartikulasikan dengan baik dan relevan untuk memenuhi persyaratan kompetensi pembelajaran abad kedua puluh satu. Namun, proses implementasi kurikulum menghadapi tantangan besar dengan masalah teknis mengenai dokumen yang terkait dengan standar nasional pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompetensi guru, ketersediaan buku pelajaran di sekolah, dan implementasi penilaian di dalam kelas. Temuan penelitian ini memiliki beberapa implikasi untuk menerapkan kurikulum nasional di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan keselarasan antara dokumen standar nasional pendidikan, struktur kurikulum, dan sistem penilaian untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di seluruh negara.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia, provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan penemuan kasus diare pada anak yang cukup tinggi dengan menempati urutan ke enam, Data yang diperoleh dari Bidang P2PL Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok tahun 2021 jumlah penderita diare sebanyak 37.940 orang atau sebesar 68%, Salah satu kecamatan tertinggi penderita diare adalah kecamatan Tapos sebanyak 3591 kasus. Discharge planning perlu dilakukan di rumah sakit agar pasien dan keluarga dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara manajemen pemberian perawatan di rumah dan mengetahui apa yang diharapkan didalam memperhatikan masalah fisik yang berkelanjutan sebelum menghadapi pemulangan. Desain penelitian ini Pra Eksperimen one group pre-post tes design. Pengambil sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden, kemudian diolah dan di analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan tingkat pemaknaan (a=0,05). Sebagian besar orangtua anak diare melakukan Discharge planning tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan pulang sebanyak 56%. Sebagian orangtua memiliki perilaku yang tidak baik dalam merawat anak pasca diare sebanyak 55%. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pemberian Discharge planning terhadap perilaku orangtua merawat anak pasca diare di RSUD Khidmat Sehat Afiat (KiSA) Depok Tahun 2023dengan PValue sebesar 0.001 dan nilai Odds Rasio 7,5. mampu menyempurnakan penelitian ini dengan menghubungkan faktor atau variabel yang lainnya misalnya dengan mencari faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan perilaku orangtua merawat anak pasca diare seperti faktor motivasi diri dan pengetahuan orangtua.

Abstract

Triage competency supports nurses in providing better emergency nursing care in maintaining patient safety. Triage competency supports nursing task performance and nurse self-efficacy in the emergency department. The purpose of this study is the Effect of Providing a Workshop on Triage on the Competence of Emergency Room Nurses in the Emergency Room of Adhyaksa Hospital Jakarta 2025. The method in this study used a One-group pretest-posttest design with a population and sample of 16 respondents, namely emergency room nurses, data analysis using the Wilcoxone rank test. The results of nurse competency before being given a workshop on triage in the Emergency Room of Adhyaksa Hospital Jakarta were mostly competent and after being given the workshop, all were competent. There was an effect of providing a workshop on triage on the competence of emergency room nurses in the Emergency Room of Adhyaksa Hospital Jakarta in 2025 with a p value of 0.008 <0.05. The conclusion is that the workshop education media can affect the level of ability of IGG nurses about triage. Hospital recommendations to frequently provide training education to nurses so that nurses are more competent and professional in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Airway effectiveness is a condition when airflow from and to the lungs runs smoothly so that gas exchange is adequate. In patients with decreased consciousness who have an endotracheal tube (ETT), accumulation of secretions, decreased cough reflex, and oropharyngeal colonization increase the risk of airway obstruction and respiratory tract infections. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Suction and Oral Hygiene on the Effectiveness of Airway Clearance in Patients with Decreased Consciousness on Ventilators at Adhyaksa Hospital in 2025. The method in this study used a One-group pretest-posttest design with a population and sample of 16 respondents, the instrument used was the SLKI indicator of airway clearance. The results of the study showed the effect of the combination of Suction and oral hygiene on the effectiveness of airway clearance in patients with decreased consciousness who used ventilators in the ICU at Adhyaksa Hospital, Jakarta in 2025 with a p value of 0.001 <0.05. The conclusion is that suction and oral hygiene are effective. Recommendations for suctioning and oral hygiene can be carried out on patients who experience decreased consciousness and are on a ventilator.

Abstract

This study addresses the persistent challenge in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in madrasahs, which often emphasizes rote memorization rather than meaningful understanding and value internalization. The study aims to examine deep learning as an emerging pedagogical paradigm and explore its implications for PAI in madrasahs. This research employed a qualitative systematic literature review approach by analyzing 32 relevant national and international scholarly publications on deep learning and Islamic education. The literature review and selection process were conducted using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) approach, including identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, followed by thematic and conceptual synthesis. The findings indicate that deep learning, characterized by mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning, is strongly aligned with the principles of Islamic education, particularly in promoting reflective thinking (tafakkur), deep understanding (tadabbur), and character formation. The study also highlights important implications for curriculum design, teaching strategies, teacher roles, and authentic assessment practices in madrasahs. This article concludes that deep learning provides a transformative framework for strengthening the cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions of PAI learning. The novelty of this study lies in its conceptual integration of deep learning theory with Islamic educational principles as a foundation for transforming PAI learning in madrasah contexts.
