Abstract

PT. PLN in order to ensure the well-maintained reliability of feeders has routinely carried out maintenance of medium voltage networks, which also aims to keep SAIDI SAIFI's indicators well maintained. The different maintenance patterns in each Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3), inspection schedules that take long periods and rapidly changing environmental. Under these conditions, a method is needed which aims to optimize maintenance. The method will enhance the asset management-based methods with improvements in the inspection by adding ground patrol inspections, enhancement on the duration of optimization and blackout schedules with the integration of work schedules, reporting and daily follow-up of inspection results. The method is named Gerakan ARmada PedUli penyulang dan TindAk Lanjut (GARPU TALA). Based on this thesis the results of the analysis of kWh were saved by simulation if it would be implemented for maintenance from 2017, then it was obtained the saving kWh by 15,182 kWh or Rp. 20.116.150, -.While saving kWh for decrease disruption after the Garpu Tala maintenance method was equal to 71.941 kWh or Rp. 113,377,927.00. The decrease in disturbances was at an average of 30%. While globally, maintenance was more structured and effective and the results were monitored.

Abstract

The Efforts to accelerate the development of renewable energy power plants continue to be driven by the central government as stipulated in the National Energy General Plan. One of the plants developed is the Solar Power Plant. Currently about Solar Power Plant in Indonesia is built to reach 152.44 MW from the target set at 6.5 GW. The central government through the Minister of Energy of Resources and Minerals issued policy No. 49 of 2018 on the use of rooftop power plants. Gianyar is one of the areas that have good solar irradiation with an average of 4.99 kWh/m2/day, where it is very potential to build a rooftop PV. This research aims to find out the study of electrical energy and ecomonic generated from Solar Power Plant 10 kWp in Batuan village. Furthermore, surveyed the field to collect data to simulate the performance, comparison, and investment feasibility of the construction of the Solar Power Plant. Data collection of real production and real consumption is carried out for 12 months. Simulations use PVsyst programs and investment feasibility using several methods, such as Net Present Value.(NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Profitability Index (PI), and Payback Period (PP). The total potential Solar Power Plant in of Batuan Village household is 9.3 kWp from the entire roof of the installation of 78.11 m2. The construction of Solar Power Plant in households in Batuan Village with a capacity of 10 kWp has a potential of 6336.3 kWh in a year with a performance of 30.9%, while in real production this Solar Power Plant is able to produce a total of 8,502 kWh in a year. In economic analysis, the feasibility level of plts development investment was declared unfit, with an NPV value of Rp. - 321,004,050 at a discount rate of 10%, the value of IRR - 90.4%, BCR worth 0.78, PI at 0.32, and PP which reached 78 years.

Abstract

Good governance was a government whose programs were known and beneficial to the people. In Bali Provincial Government which has duty in disseminating information is Bureau of Public Relations Regional Secretariat Bali through media owned. Because at the time of news input to the media in this case Public Relations Bureau website was not included causing the emergence of problems in the form of difficulty knowing the news, which news that goes into certain categories. Clustering was a method to solve the problem. One of the algorithms used in the Clustering method is the K-Means algorithm. This study focused on designing to classify news data into a category using K-Means. To process the documents obtained to make it easier in the process of clustering, was done by preprocess documents first. Document preparation consists of case folding, tokenization, filtering and stemming. Tf-Idf was done to pass the weighting of the terms obtained on the preprocessed documents. From the results of experiments conducted using different amounts of data that are 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 data obtained results that the K-Means algorithm applied to cluster news, able to work and provide a satisfactory accuracy, Precision average of 73.11% while Recall of 69.65% and Purity of 0.80 for all test data. When viewed the comparison of each test data, the test on 50 data has the highest average precision and recall rate of 76.92% for its precision and for its recall of 79.58% while for Purity its highest value is on testing 300 data that is equal to 0.83.

Abstract

In the years of 2014 until 2015 Pesangaran plant capacity undergo changes due to the expiration of employment contract lease diesel units and also the addition of new plant unit of 200 MW PLTMG. An increase or reduction in plant capacity of electrical system Bali will lead to significant changes to the load flow, power losses and energy losses in the circuit of Bali electrical Transmission system. Load flow analysis and power losses in Bali electricity system is simulated in five scenarios. Scenario 1 for the conditions of existing in 2014, scenario 2 is currently experiencing a reduction Pesanggaran plant capacity in December 2014, scenario 3 is currently experiencing Pesanggaran plant capacity additions in 2015 by using a peak load of 2014, scenario 4 is the scenario 3 with using predicted peak load in 2015, and scenario 5 is the scenario 4 with assuming the Celukan Bawang plant operates at 130 MW. Based on the results obtained by analysis, scenario 2 has the most power and energy loss about 46.34 MW and 300.39 GWh. For the loss of power and energy Bali electrical systems after Pesanggaran plants changes in 2015 are 38.57 MW and 250.05 GWh.

Abstract

The central government policy through RUEN targets Bali to use 108 MWp of solar energy by 2025. Bali as a small island of highly developed tourism destinations in Indonesia is considered to have the opportunity to exploit this potential. This research tries to review how the development of PV system in Bali through literature study and field observation. The results of this study indicate that the development of total PV system installed capacity in Bali to date has reached 3.71 MWp or 3.44% of the RUEN target. Based on data managed by the development of PV system in Bali in the last 14 years it increased an average of 265.18 kWp or 7.14% annually. Until now the highest PV system capacity in Bali is in Karangasem Regency which has an installed PV system capacity of 1,106 kWp or 29.79% of the total capacity in Bali. While the lowest capacity is in Jembrana Regency with an installed capacity of 10 kWp or 0.27%. PVsystem in Bali is used in a variety of applications, the largest capacity used for utilities is 58.64%, while the lowest is used for water pumps by 0.55%. Based on the type of PV system, Bali is dominated by an on-grid PV system with an installed capacity of 3,225 kWp or 87%, while the lowest is a hybrid PV system with a capacity of 224 kWp or 6% of the total capacity in Bali.

Abstract

The increasing demand for electrical energy and the issue of climate change are driving the utilization of renewable energy, one of which is through Solar Power Plants (PLTS). The Province of Bali targets the development of PLTS of 108.2 MW, equivalent to 8.62% of the total solar energy potential of 1,254 MW by 2025. However, land limitations pose an obstacle to the construction of large-scale PLTS. Floating solar power plant design can be a solution to this issue. By utilizing 4,955.32 m² of water surface at the Telaga Tunjung Dam, the Floating Solar Power Plant at Telaga Tunjung Dam has a potential capacity of 141.4 kWp, using 280 Trina Solar modules of type TSM-DEG18MC.20(II) (505 Wp) combined with one SG110CX inverter with a capacity of 110 kW. The annual electricity production of the floating solar power plant, based on Helioscope software, is 201.1 MWh. The economic feasibility parameters used in this study include initial investment cost, Profitability Index (PI), and Payback Period (PP). The analysis results show that the 141.4 kWp floating solar power plant project at Telaga Tunjung Dam has an initial investment value of IDR 1,248,764,582, a PI of 1.26, and a PP of 3.91 years. Therefore, this project is considered economically feasible and contributes positively to reducing CO₂ emissions.
