Abstract

Role Playing Game (RPG) is a game that has complex story elements and acting that makes a person feel like a character in the game. One of the RPG editing engines is RPG Maker MV, where a 2D RPG can be a standalone program that can be played directly without the help of this program or other programs. Quests are assigned to players by non-player characters (NPCs) that the player cannot control and interact with them through dialogue. In the game mode each player can collect things into an inventory which contains the things needed to solve certain tasks during gameplay. In addition, game objects that represent learning objects have been assigned locations which can be NPCs or other objects. Can apply 3-dimensional modeling to role-playing game applications by placing objects on characters that can walk up, down, left and right. NPC objects can be applied to weapon objects, namely axes, if gold points are collected then the NPC object will appear. It is hoped that this implementation can be a reference not only for 3-dimensional modeling in complex role-playing game applications but also for all circles as the development of Android and IOS-based RPG games.

Abstract

Muslims who have the soul of a believer, muhsin, and mutaqin, who are plenary, are required to have beliefs based on monotheism that are consistent and free from shirk, bid'ah, and superstition. Have a bayani, burhani and irfani way of thinking. Having behavior and actions that are always based on and reflecting good morals which are rahmatan lil 'alamin. Muhammadiyah is an Islamic movement, da'wah movement and tajdid movement based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. A lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, is a member of Muhammadiyah, this is evidenced by the ownership of a Muhammadiyah member card. However, there are still many lecturers who do not have Muhammadiyah Ideology and Strategy books, thus encouraging the authors to develop an Android-based application of Muhammadiyah ideology and strategy. The system development model is the waterfall model. The Muhammadiyah Ideology and Strategy application goes according to plan based on black box testing and obtains a value of 97% from user testing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan surat masuk menggunakan sistem e-office di Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kantor Wilayah BPN Provinsi Bengkulu yang bertugas dalam pengelolaan surat masuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem e-office mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan surat masuk di Kantor Wilayah BPN Provinsi Bengkulu. Sistem ini memungkinkan surat masuk dapat diterima dan ditindaklanjuti secara lebih efisien dan efektif. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam implementasi sistem e-office, seperti kurangnya pelatihan dan dukungan teknis untuk pengguna. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar Kantor Wilayah BPN Provinsi Bengkulu meningkatkan pelatihan dan dukungan teknis untuk pengguna agar sistem e-office dapat dioptimalkan dengan baik.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar sekaligus menunjukan guru telah melakukan perencanaan dalam melakukan pengajaran di kelas. Hal ini dapat dipahami dari definisi media pembelajaran sebagai segala sesuatu yang dapat menyapaikan dan menyalurkan pesan dari sumber secara terencana sehingga tercipta lingkungan beajar yang kondusif dimana penerimanya dapat melakukan proses belajar secara efisien dan efektif. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia menggunakan perangkat lunak wondershare filmora secara keseluruhan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Guru dapat mengikuti dan memahami setiap materi yang diberikan oleh pemateri. Melalui pratik teknik pengambilan gambar/video guru mampu menghasilkan gambar/video dengan kualitas yang baik, begitu juga dengan praktik editing video, para peserta dapat memadukan bahan ajar baik teks, poto, audio dan video menjadi media pembelajaran yang dapat mereka gunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan siswa. Dari gambaran capaian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pengabdian pada masyarakat bagi guru di lingkungan SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu telah berhasil dengan baik Kata Kunci: belajar, gambar, video, media, pembelajaran

Abstract

SMK Pusat Keunggulan (SMK PK) merupakan salah satu program prioritas dari Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi (Ditjen Pendidikan Vokasi) Kemendikbud pada tahun 2021, program ini sebagai upaya pengembangan SMK dengan program keahlian tertentu agar mengalami peningkatan kualitas mengusung semangat Merdeka Belajar yang berfokus pada penguatan SDM serta mendekatkan dunia pendidikan dengan dunia professional. SMKN 3 Kabupaten Seluma yang terletak di jalan Bengkulu-Tais KM 34 kabupaten seluma merupakan sekolah kejuruan yang pada tahun 2021 mendapatkan program bantuan dari kementrian dirjen vokasi untuk menjadi sekolah Pusat Keunggulan (SMK-PK). Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, pemanfaatan Platform Teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan di era pandemi menjadi sangat perlu baik itu dalam proses pembelajaran maupun proses manajemen di sekolah. Hal tersebut sangat berpengaruh untuk mendukung implementasi kebijakan pendidikan yang akan diterapkan baik itu untuk para guru, tenaga kependidikan, maupun para siswa. Abstract

Nutrition has a crucial role in terms of health in life, especially in toddler nutrition. Poor nutrition can affect a child's physical growth, intelligence, and productivity. Factors such as economic conditions, parental attention, and an unsupportive environment can cause cases of malnutrition in toddlers. Less optimal nutritional monitoring in toddlers affects the growth and development of toddlers. This study seeks to develop applications based on Fuzzy Logic as a detection of malnutrition in toddlers, focusing on Pusk-esmas Semidang Alas Seluma Regency. This study discusses the variables of assessing malnutrition in toddlers, applying the Fuzzy Logic method in detecting these conditions, and designing applications to diagnose malnutrition in toddlers. The research also includes counseling the public about weight changes in malnourished toddlers and general nutritional status, by providing input to improve services for malnourished toddlers. Application development involves aspects of display and data, as well as testing with related parties to ensure the accuracy of detection results. User criticism and suggestions become valuable input for the improvement and development of this application.

Abstract

UMB Media Center (UMC) Bengkulu City is a health company owned by the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Currently, administrative services provided by UMC Bengkulu City to patients or clients, such as data management and data retrieval related to patients and other medical data, are still carried out manually through recording into administrative notebooks and Microsoft office applications. This has an impact on the orderly and slow management of patient medical record data and the presentation of information. system analysis and design using the Waterfall method which has stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance so that the UMS medical record application was built with the aim of storing track records of patient health quickly and making it easier to manage patient data..

Abstract

This study discusses the comparative analysis of the use of Blender and Sketchup Applications in 3D Animation (Case Study: PT Rico Putra Selatan), the comparison analyzed is the process of how long the rendering process takes using the Blender and Sketchup applications and how the quality of the visuals/images produced by Blender and Sketchup applications. However, this requires intensive resources and strong hardware to run, then the 3D animated video created will be used as a medium for promotion.Comparative analysis of Blender and Sketchup will result in testing the rendering speed, and image quality of the results of making 3D animated videos. The results of this study are able to state that Blender outperforms Sketchup in the comparison of rendering speed, and the image quality of this 3D animation video that Blender is superior to Sketchup.

Abstract

Dana Desa as described in Article 1 paragraph 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 190/PMK.7/2021 is a fund sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget intended for Villages which is transferred through the district/city regional revenue and expenditure budget and is used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Village BLT itself is budgeted for at least 40% of the ceiling value of the Village Fund received by each Village as regulated in Presidential Regulation No. 104 of 2021. For BLT Village recipients, it is regulated in Article 33 paragraph (1) of the Minister of Finance Number 190/PMK.07/ 2021. However, there are not a few mistakes and injustices in receiving BLT Desa. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can provide a reference in making decisions based on mathematical calculations of the values ​​of the determining criteria.
