Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar masih belum optimal karena masih mengikuti pendekatan konvensional yang hanya berfokus pada peran guru. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang melibatkan 23 siswa kelas V. Obyek penelitian adalah hasil belajar matematika, dan data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar matematika antara siklus I (1781 poin, rata-rata 77,4, persentase ketuntasan belajar 65%) dan siklus II (1987 poin, rata-rata 86,4, persentase ketuntasan belajar 83%). Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar antara siklus I dan siklus II, dengan peningkatan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 18% dan peningkatan rata-rata nilai sebesar 9. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Margahayu IX Kota Bekasi semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 berhasil meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method to poetry writing skills in elementary school students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research was carried out by collecting data using various journals related to the required research variables. The data source used in this research is a journal or scientific article related to the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method to poetry writing skills in elementary school students using the classroom action research (PTK) method. It shows that the results of research in cycle I average value The students' average was 74.71 and in cycle II the students' average value increased to 81.71, so that the results of research using experimental research methods (quasi-experimental) based on the results of hypothesis testing can be seen tcount > ttable or 2.7936 > 1, 68, so Ho is rejected. The indicators for poetry writing skills are title/theme, word choice (diction), rhyme, imagination, message, imagery, language style and typography. Thus, the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method has a significant influence on elementary school students' poetry writing skills. The implications of this research are very effectively applied using the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning method for poetry writing skills.

Abstract

Wabah Covid-19 yang semakin meluas membuat muculnya berbagai permasalahan, terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi memungkinkan untuk semua sistem pendidikan dialihkan menjadi pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran daring yang sering dilakukan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Zoom Meeting sebagai aplikasi tatap muka secara virtual yang mempermudah pengajar dalam penyampaian materi kepada peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar warga memiliki kesulitan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Zoom Meeting dalam pembelajaran daring. Oleh karena itu, tim melakukan kegiatan pengabdian dengan melakukan kegiatan webinar pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi video call dalam pembelajaran daring di era Covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 2 jam pada tanggal 14 Februari 2021. Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan skill cara penggunaan aplikasi video call dalam pembelajaran daring di era Covid-19 kepada peserta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan dukungan media pembelajaran kartu domino untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas III SDIT Permata Hati. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) selama dua siklus. Siklus I melibatkan perbaikan tindakan berdasarkan refleksi siklus sebelumnya, sedangkan siklus II bertujuan mencapai kriteria keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa, mencapai persentase rata-rata sebesar 84,83% pada siklus II. Implementasi model pembelajaran TGT berbantu media berhasil meningkatkan minat dan interaksi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas III SDIT Permata Hati.

Abstract

The aim of training and counseling on making learning tools is to use the Google website as a teaching tool. Elementary school teachers in Bojongmangu sub-district, in collaboration with teachers implementing the independent curriculum, provide devices innovative and creative learning. This training is qualitative research with observations, discussions and seminars, This seminar activity aims to increase insight into how to create Google sites for elementary school teachers in Sukabungah village, Bojongmangu district. Based on research conducted by elementary school teachers in Bojongmangu sub-district, teachers' ability to create lesson plans for the Mardeka curriculum is still limited, resulting in an unsatisfactory learning process. Teachers also do not have the ability to create interesting, innovative and creative learning materials. Teachers use media that is appropriate for students. Teachers should not overcrowd classes, and in some cases, learning material is limited to a certain number of books. In addition, teachers do not use technology in their teaching process; instead, all teaching methods are done by hand, which results in teachers' knowledge being inadequate to meet the demands of the curriculum. This research will produce products that can be used by teachers in the classroom, such as Google Sites. Due to the availability of Google sites, teachers can focus on developing their important skills, which are necessary for their field of work in education. The results of this research can be used as a guide for other teachers in other schools to increase the use of Google Sites for learning.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan membaca kata dasar suku terbuka tanpa konsonan rangkap menggunakan metode struktur plus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitian adalah 9 peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 04 Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Instrumen penelitian: 1) tes unjuk kerja secara tertulis membaca kosa kata dasar suku terbuka tanpa konsonan rangkap; 2) LKPD yang berisi cara membaca kata dasar tanpa konsonan rangkap suku terbuka berbasis metode struktur plus; 3) RPP yang berfokus kepada kegiatan belajar-mengajar membaca kata dasar suku terbuka tanpa konsonan rangkap menggunakan metode struktur plus; 4) pedoman observasi untuk guru dan peserta didik. Semua instrumen memenuhi syarat validitas isi. Data dikumpulkan dalam pembelajaran konvensional di bulan September 2021 yang berlangsung sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan dalam 2 pekan dengan sistem bergilir dengan kelas paralel lainnya. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk data hasil pembelajaran sedangkan data proses pembelajaran dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan pertama, persiapan pembelajaran mencakup penyusunan LKPD, tes kosa kata dasar, RPP, dan pedoman observasi. Temuan kedua, 3 dari 9 peserta didik (33,33 persen) tuntas membaca kata dasar suku terbuka tanpa konsonan rangkap pada siklus I. Temuan ketiga, 6 dari 6 peserta didik (100,00 persen) tuntas pada siklus II. Metode struktur plus merupakan jenis tindakan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kata dasar tanpa konsonan rangkap.

Abstract

Rapid advancements in education have been driven by technological progress, replacing traditional methods such as lectures and handwritten notes. It is noted that technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has transformed the way learning occurs. The evolution of learning from traditional methods towards utilizing technology in the educational process poses a challenge for teachers, especially in Sukabungah village where not all teachers are currently proficient in operating Information technology to create educational media/learning materials. This writing originated from a training seminar aimed at showcasing the utilization of Canva for creating innovative learning media to elementary school teachers in the Bojongmangu Subdistrict. The objective of this engagement, in the form of a seminar, is to enhance innovative and creative learning by utilizing Canva-based learning media that aligns with the learning environment. Present-day learning demands teachers to adapt to technology. Based on the findings of this research, utilizing the Canva application in teaching is encouraged so that educators are expected to adapt to current technology trends, specifically by employing Canva for teaching and learning. Canva facilitates educators in delivering innovative and creative teaching materials.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the mastery of early reading skills among Grade I students at SDN Galudra through the implementation of the SAS method. Employing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with both quantitative and qualitative methods, this research seeks to improve the quality of learning. The findings reveal substantial improvements in students' early reading skills, as evidenced by the percentage of students achieving mastery in reading skills, which increased from 33% to 73% and ultimately reached 100% after two cycles. These results demonstrate the efficacy of utilizing the SAS method as a strategy to improve basic reading skills in Grade I students.

Abstract

A descriptive paragraph is a paragraph that describes an object, event, place, person or experience in detail.This study was conducted to improve the skills of writing descriptive paragraphs with the concept sentence method assisted by image media in grade IV students of SDN Marga Mulya I. This study was conducted with classroom action research through 2 cycle stages. This classroom action research was conducted because it was found that in grade IV students there were still many students who did not understand how to write paragraphs, students had difficulty developing the meaning they wanted to convey in writing and the use of learning methods that were less suitable. The results of this study prove that there was an increase in learning outcomes in the application of this model with a percentage of 66% of students who could in cycle 1 and increased to 80% in cycle 2 of students with descriptive paragraph writing skills. So the application of the concept sentence model assisted by image media is said to be successful in improving the skills of writing descriptive paragraphs in grade IV students of SDN Marga Mulya I.
