Abstract

Financial management at the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative still uses a manual system using notebooks and Microsoft Excel. This method is less effective because the savings and loan transactions that occur are getting higher and more complex. With the increase in savings and loan transactions, the manual transaction settlement process takes a long time to validate from the loan application process, registration of new members and presentation of information related to member data, checking the amount of deposits, and loan reports which are carried out directly by visiting the cooperative office, thus causing delays in the management of the savings and loan transaction process stage and the presentation of information or reports produced is less than optimal.” The role of the system is to use Unified Modeling Language tools, to explain various functions of the system and produce a prototype of a savings and loan information system at the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative. The design of this Savings and Loans information system is website-based. This web-based design of the Employee Cooperative Savings and Loans Information System of Bank Jambi can be used to improve the performance of the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative because with this information system design, the recording of savings and loan transactions becomes faster and more accurate and reporting becomes easier and can also improve services to cooperative members, because members can apply for loans, view data on deposits, loans and installments online without having to come to the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative office.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dibiayai oleh Yayasan Dinamika Bangsa Jambi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk praktikum dan diskusi untuk melatih peserta pelatihan yaitu staff Perpustakaan dan Pustakawan pada Forum Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia (FPPTI) wilayah Jambi dalam hal desain grafis, untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dalam pengelolaan Dokumentasi berupa pembuatan Kartu Perpustakaan, Banner, Poster, dll untuk kebutuhan perpustakaan di kampus masing-masing perguruan tinggi. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode : tahap perumusan masalah, tahap penentuan solusi, metode penyelesaian, tahap evaluasi, dan Output. Pelatihan ini memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Desain Grafis seperti : CorelDraw dan Photoshop, pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Jambi dan dihadiri sebanyak 55 peserta selama 2 hari.

Abstract

The community service activities carried out are community service activities funded by the Jambi Dinamika Bangsa Foundation. The implementation of this activity is carried out in the form of practicum and discussion to train training participants, namely Madu Mayeesha UMKM actors in terms of graphic design and Facebook Ads and Shopee Marketplace, to increase sales through digital marketing. This training uses the following methods: problem formulation stage, solution determination stage, settlement method, evaluation stage, and output. This training utilizes Graphic Design software such as: CorelDraw, Photoshop and Canva to create promotional designs or advertising materials for mayeesha honey products

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dibiayai oleh Yayasan Dinamika Bangsa Jambi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk praktikum dan diskusi untuk melatih peserta pelatihan Digital Desa merupakan program pemerintah yang berpusat pada pengembangan desa untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat desa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dalam berbagai aspek pembangunan desa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan dasar untuk masyarakat terkait Desa Digital dan pengaplikasiannya untuk menuju Desa Digital. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Pauh Menang Kec. Pamenang Kabupaten Merangin melalui proses sosialisasi ke Masyarakat setempat. Informasi digital mengenai desa ini masih terbilang cukup minim teknologi informasi, sementara potensi kekayaan alam dan produk yang ada di desa tersebut sangat baik. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mendukung konsep digitalisasi desa serta sebagai ajang memperkenalkan potensi Desa Pauh Menang ke masyarakat luar. Metode yang digunakan adalah perumusan masalah, mencari solusi, penyelesaian masalah, evaluasi dan luaran. Pelatihan ini memanfaatkan teknologi informasi seperti : digital marketing untuk promosi produk desa pada market place shopee dan pembuatan konten promosi menggunakan tools AI.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam era digital dan globalisasi, konten budaya dan wisata berperan penting dalam mempromosikan serta melestarikan warisan budaya suatu daerah. Desa-desa memiliki potensi besar dalam hal ini, namun seringkali belum tereksplorasi. Melibatkan generasi muda dalam penciptaan konten budaya dan wisata menjadi krusial. Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi mengubah cara kita berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi. Desa-desa juga terpengaruh oleh perkembangan ini. Melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berjudul "Mengajak Generasi Muda Berkontribusi dalam Menciptakan Konten Budaya dan Wisata", tujuan program ini adalah menginspirasi generasi muda desa dan pokdarwis (kelompok sadar wisata) agar terlibat aktif dalam pembuatan konten berfokus pada budaya dan keindahan wisata di sekitar mereka. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang melibatkan generasi muda dan PokDarWis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) dalam workshop pembuatan konten budaya dan wisata, seperti vlog, video dokumenter, dan cerita interaktif. Dengan melibatkan generasi muda, diharapkan akan tercipta konten yang lebih segar dan relevan pada Desa Muaro Pijoan. Kata kunci: Konten, Sosial, Media, Wisata, Teknologi. Abstract In the era of digital and globalization, cultural and tourism content plays an important role in promoting and preserving a region's cultural heritage. Villages have great potential in this regard, but it is often unexplored. Involving the younger generation in creating cultural and tourism content is crucial. Technological developments and digitalization are changing the way we interact and communicate. Villages are also affected by this development. Through the Community Service program entitled "Inviting the Young Generation to Contribute in Creating Cultural and Tourism Content", the aim of this program is to inspire the young generation of villages and pokdarwis (tourism awareness groups) to be actively involved in creating content focused on the culture and beauty of tourism around them. Community Service involving the younger generation and PokDarWis (Tourism Awareness Group) in workshops on creating cultural and tourism content, such as vlogs, documentary videos and interactive stories. Abstract

Pondok Pesantren BIDAYATUL ULUM merupakan lembaga pendidikan agama yang berlokasi di desan tunas muda kec sekernan. Seiring perkembangan zaman di era serba digital ini pesantren dituntut untuk dapat beradabtasi dengan segala perubahan yang ada. Para santri dapat dibekali ilmu dan kemampuan yang beragam sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman tanpa harus membuang sistem pendidikan khasnya pesantren yaitu pendidikan agama. Pesantren mengajarkan santrinya untuk mandiri. Kemandirian merupakan awal dari pendidikan wirausaha artinya penting bagi santri untuk membangun ekonomi yang tertinggal, maka pesantren harus mendidik santri nya menjadi pengusaha. Agar dapat mencetak santri yang memiliki mental kemandirian secara ekonomi. Maka dari itu team mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk santi pondok pesantren BIDAYATUL ULUM dengan judul “Menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha dibidang bisnis digital bagi santri menggunakan metode digital marketing facebook ads dan market place Shopee.

Abstract

The information system needed by the village community is obtained through messages delivered by the head of the hamlet and the head of the RT in their respective areas which can be conveyed in the forum of routine activities in the community, while the problems that occur in the population administration in the form of additions, changes to family cards and the making of birth certificates, the community must take care of their own population records to the Dukcapil Office in Sarolangun district with a distance traveled which is quite far, namely a trip ± 30 Km round trip, in addition to the absence of a village information system, the village government does not have population archives, both population statistics and aid data statistics. In the research carried out modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language), in this stage we create a model of information system needs using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams and build prototypes. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a prototype of a web-based government information system in Pelawan Jaya Village, Sarolangun Regency. The results of the design of this web-based Village Government information system are expected to help the performance of the Village Government in managing the information needed by the community, and the Village Government has digital-based population data, so that at any time it needs population statistics already in this web-based Village Government information system. In addition, with the existence of this Village Government information system, it is hoped that the Village Government will also be transparent and accountable in managing village finances so that the community can know the activities that are being carried out by the Village Government both in terms of development, coaching and community empowerment.

Abstract

Markerless augmented reality (AR) is utilized in applications that do not require anchoring to the real world and do not require the use of physical markers (fiducial markers). Augmented object displays not only float but also allow for the automatic placement of 3D augmented reality objects on flat surfaces to enhance realism in real time. There are two challenges that need to be addressed in Markerless AR systems: object tracking and registration, as well as the influence of light intensity. Therefore, the objective of this research is to propose the use of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Features from Accelerated Segment Test (FAST) corner detection for tracking or detecting objects in markerless augmented reality systems. Testing was conducted using three epoch schemes: 10, 50, and 100. The test results were measured using several parameters, including the execution time, testing loss, and testing accuracy. The test results indicated an improvement in the performance of the tested object detection. The accuracy testing results of using the CNN and FAST corner detection methods were superior to those of the CNN-only method and FAST corner detection alone, reaching 98%. However, this method increases the processing time for object detection. Thus, the processing time of the CNN without FAST corner detection was faster.
