Abstract

Berdasarkan diskusi yang telah dilakukan, masyarakat dalam hal ini jamaah PCA Gondanglegi belum sepenuhnya memahami berlakunya UU Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH) pada tahun 2014. Dengan keberadaan UU tersebut para konsumen memiliki hak untuk mengkonsumsi makanan yang terjamin halal. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar masyarakat khususnya jamaah PCA Aisyiyyah dapat mengerti dan memahami bahwa konsumen memiliki hak untuk mengkonsumsi produk yang halal selaras dengan perintah agama. Target dan luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah produk dan jasa, yang dapat dirinci yaitu: 1) Produk berupa booklet konsep halal dan makanan halal. 2 Produk berupa poster-poster halal dan makananan halal dan thayyib. 3). Publikasi jurnal. Metode pelaksanaan yang mengacu kepada analisis situasi program yang disepakati bersama adalah diskusi, sosialisasi, dan dialog interaktif.

Abstract

Purpose of the Study: To provide assistance for the regeneration of amil zakat in the LAZISMU-assisted mosques in Malang in order to realize accountable, professional and on target zakat management. Method: Strengthening insight and assistance related to the following topics: 1) education on the importance of zakat management, 2) amil zakat in managing zakat, 3) creating organizational culture in managing zakat 4) making zakat management posters that are accountable, professional and on target. Main Findings: To assist the regeneration of amil zakat in the LAZISMU assisted mosques in Malang. Applications of this study: To enhance the ability of amil zakat in the mosque built by LAZISMU in Malang. Novelty/Originality of this study: Regeneration of amil zakat in the LAZISMU mosque in Malang in order to realize accountable, professional and on target zakat management.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of the management on the basics of fiqh muamalah in the economic and financial fields. Methodology: The implementation method which refers to the mutually agreed upon situational analysis of the program is discussion, outreach, interactive dialogue, evaluation in two forms, namely in the form of a survey and also in the form of a simulation after the event takes place. Main Findings: There is an increase in understanding regarding the concepts and contracts in fiqh muamalah of Islamic finance for the management of the Bueka As-Sakinah Cooperative, Malang Regency. Applications of this study: This dedication is useful in the application of concepts and contracts in fiqh muamalah Islamic finance at the Bueka As-Sakinah Cooperative, Malang Regency. Novelty/Originality of this study: increased understanding regarding the concept and contracts in fiqh muamalah sharia finance for Cooperative management.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The aim of this activity is to provide literacy regarding halal certification which can be done by self-declaration to MSMEs in Malang City. Methodology: There are five stages in this service, namely the preliminary stage to identify the main problems; observation stage to deepen devotion; analysis stage to determine service steps; implementation and execution level; and data evaluation and analysis level. Main Findings: Service participants follow the process according to the specified method. The service runs smoothly with several MSMEs fostered by partners who are committed to being willing to take care of their halal certification. Applications of this study: This service is useful for Malang City MSMEs who do not yet know the halal self-declaration certification process Novelty/Originality of this study: Increasing halal certification literacy among MSMEs in Malang City
